Cannot recommend this nursery and the staff enough. They are all very personable and extremely professional but lovely and friendly at the same time. Very happy with my child’s progress since starting at the nursery a year and a half ago.

My little girl absolutely loves going. She has learnt so much! We really struggled to encourage her to say please and thank you but this is now a habit. She does various activities and is always happy to go into nursery. The staff are always helpful and bend over backwards to help wherever possible. They really care about the children. Best decision to choose Kiddi Caru.

I love Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Harlow and since my son started in August 2019, I was nervous as he had only been with my mum since. My worries were soon cleared up, as on my son's first day he came home happy. His speech is amazing, when I first put him in the nursery he wasn’t able to speak a word in English and soon overcame this and I could honestly say this is due to the nursery. All the activities he does are well planned to help with development. The staff are extremely friendly and amazing. My son's confidence has increased with adults and other children and he has made friends and is always talking about nursery and how much he loves his teachers. It's also lovely to get details of what my son has done on a daily basis, you can also tell child safety is important and makes you feel safe knowing your child is in safe hands and everyone is so welcoming. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parents and wanted to say a big thank you to the nursery manager and team.

Absolutely love all the staff, they’re so friendly and put you at ease with any queries or concerns you might have. My, now 10 year old, also came here and 8 years later we’re back with number two baby and glad to say nothing has changed, best nursery ever, thank you!

The nursery is spotless, well balanced healthy and delicious meals, my daughters have both been very happy there, I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone looking.

Lovely staff and very accommodating. My daughter, after initially being very upset at being somewhere new, now absolutely loves it there. My daughter now runs in there to the staff without a second glance and this will stand her in good stead for further nursery and school.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the care our daughter receives at this nursery! The staff go above and beyond to care for her every need paying the utmost attention to developing her social, emotional and physical development. I find all the members of staff an absolute pleasure to deal with and I am looking forward to our second child also joining the nursery in the not too distant future!

Both of our children have been attending Kiddi Caru, Harlow, for a year now. They are both in different rooms but we are equally delighted with the care they have received from the staff. They are friendly and welcoming with clear communication between childcare provider and parent. Their relaxed and nurturing approach makes it easy for us to leave them there – we know they will be safe and cared for exceptionally well. Their care is child-centred and fosters a love of learning. They are so excited to be dropped at nursery. The interactions, by all staff, with our children make it very clear how well they have got to know both of our boys individually. We are incredibly pleased with the level of care the nursery provides and we are certain that such a positive environment is helping them develop into confident children. The variety of experiences they get are helping them develop every day.

Brilliant staff, always happy and always keeping us informed of what is going on. The way they’ve dealt with the logistical issues of keeping the nursery safe and open has been amazing. Our children look forward to going to nursery and always come back chatting about their day.

All staff are knowledgeable and approachable and most importantly care about the child and their wellbeing. Management are always on hand to answer questions and communication is clear. My children are very happy here.

Friendly staff who provide excellent support for my son's learning. Lots of great feedback and photos daily so we can see how he's getting on. They have dealt with Covid really well and everyone is doing a great job keeping the environment safe. Our son loves his time at nursery! Thank you all.

The Manager and her team are absolutely amazing and have been outstanding during the last year. They have not only provided us parents such strength and support but given our children such love and commitment. I see the whole team at Kiddi Caru more like family. Every single one of them have played a huge role at caring for my daughter, teaching her and watching her grow. I am looking forward to spending more years with them once my son starts attending soon.

Even prior to my husband and I signing our eldest daughter up to Kiddi Caru Harlow I was impressed with their service as they were the only nursery out of four to follow up our initial visit. While the Ofsted recognition is excellent it was the people who made the decision very easy for us and who have continued to fill us with confidence over the last two years. The management team are excellent and their communication is wonderful you always know whats going on and if there are any issues then they are always communicated in a transparent and professional manner. It appears that staff retention is very low at the nursery so there is always a familiar face for the kids and the parents and in every room that my eldest daughter has been placed the staff have always surpassed themselves and really do care about your child's development and happiness. I now have two daughters attending and I am extremely pleased with the care and attention they receive.

Kiddi Caru Harlow is a brilliant nursery. My eldest has been attending for almost 3 years and my youngest for a year now. The staff are absolutely fantastic. You can tell they genuinely care for the children and forge strong relationships with them. Everyone I’ve ever come in to contact with has been friendly, professional and caring. My boys thrive there and look forward to attending. They also provide individual care and have always made the best decisions based on my children’s needs. The management are also fantastic. Caring, knowledgeable and ready to help. I would highly recommend Kiddi Caru Harlow.

My daughter was starved of oxygen at birth and we did not know what she would be able to do in the first couple of years of her life. Kiddi Caru Harlow has not only helped my daughter reach her full potential (and more) they have also guided and supported us, parents. The care and support go way beyond "a job" the staff truly care and have the most amazing bond with my daughter. They have met our needs nothing is ever too much for them to do and the managements door is always open for any advice. By far the most outstanding nursery locally for me. I would recommend it to anyone. The only bad thing would be saying goodbye once school starts.

My daughter has been attending for over a year now and her talking and confidence has developed so much. Such a warm and welcoming nursery too and they always have time to talk to the parents if you have any concerns.
