Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Harlow

My son has been attending Kiddi Caru since he was 8 months old and is now 2 1/2. It is a warm, friendly environment and I have always found the staff to be caring and take a genuine interest in my son. The facilities are great - the garden and sensory cabin especially are fantastic.

Kiddi Caru Harlow gives my son lots of confidence. Everybody is very nice and friendly. All staff know my son's name which is very nice. My son loves to come here, play and learn. The place is very safe and I feel peaceful leaving my son with the Kiddi Caru staff.

The staff have been brilliant, always updating me when my son has done something really well or his day to day activities.

My son is very happy here. He has made amazing progress thanks to the staff at the setting. Communication is good and I always know what is coming up. Good facilities and resources.

Overall I have been very happy with Kiddi Caru. Staff have been brilliant and get the children involved in a wide range of activities. My son is very happy and settled at Kiddi Caru even though he only attends for 1 day a week. In the 2 years he has been attending I couldn't fault anything. Now my son is turning 3 and entitled to the 15 funded hours, I have found that Kiddi Caru is very restricted in the way they offer the funding, which I have found very difficult but this is the only negative point about the nursery.

My daughter has always enjoyed coming to the nursery at Kiddi Caru. I feel she is looked after well and she gets on well with the staff. I feel that she has learnt a great deal since she has come here and is developing well. It is a friendly environment to come to.

Our son started at the age of 9 months and has progressed through three stages here. He has had a wonderful time and all of the staff we have encountered have been really kind and caring. The food is always well received. The sensory cabin is lovely. He has had a good head start at this nursery.

All in all a great nursery with fantastic staff. Always feel safe leaving my son with them and he has a great time every day. Meals are great and he loves being outside in the garden.

Since my daughter started in Kiddi Caru in February this year, she has thrived. Her speech has come on in leaps and bounds, with confidence. My daughter is currently in preschool on a full-time basis and again I feel this will fully prepare her for school in September 2017. The staff are great and open in terms of what has happened in the day and share any concerns. I feel fully confident that when leaving my daughter for the day, she is cared for in a warm and friendly environment.

Overall we have been pleased with the quality of care provided for our son. The staff are always friendly and have been supportive while he was diagnosed with food allergies.

I feel really confident leaving my 2 children here every day. The staff are friendly, caring and I feel that they give my children the care and attention they need.
