Kiddi Caru Harlow, a GrandirUK Day Nursery

Even prior to my husband and I signing our eldest daughter up to Kiddi Caru Harlow I was impressed with their service as they were the only nursery out of four to follow up our initial visit. While the Ofsted recognition is excellent it was the people who made the decision very easy for us and who have continued to fill us with confidence over the last two years. The management team are excellent and their communication is wonderful you always know whats going on and if there are any issues then they are always communicated in a transparent and professional manner. It appears that staff retention is very low at the nursery so there is always a familiar face for the kids and the parents and in every room that my eldest daughter has been placed the staff have always surpassed themselves and really do care about your child's development and happiness. I now have two daughters attending and I am extremely pleased with the care and attention they receive.

Kiddi Caru Harlow is a brilliant nursery. My eldest has been attending for almost 3 years and my youngest for a year now. The staff are absolutely fantastic. You can tell they genuinely care for the children and forge strong relationships with them. Everyone I’ve ever come in to contact with has been friendly, professional and caring. My boys thrive there and look forward to attending. They also provide individual care and have always made the best decisions based on my children’s needs. The management are also fantastic. Caring, knowledgeable and ready to help. I would highly recommend Kiddi Caru Harlow.

My daughter was starved of oxygen at birth and we did not know what she would be able to do in the first couple of years of her life. Kiddi Caru Harlow has not only helped my daughter reach her full potential (and more) they have also guided and supported us, parents. The care and support go way beyond "a job" the staff truly care and have the most amazing bond with my daughter. They have met our needs nothing is ever too much for them to do and the managements door is always open for any advice. By far the most outstanding nursery locally for me. I would recommend it to anyone. The only bad thing would be saying goodbye once school starts.

My daughter has been attending for over a year now and her talking and confidence has developed so much. Such a warm and welcoming nursery too and they always have time to talk to the parents if you have any concerns.

Lovely nursery, all the staff are brilliant. My daughter absolutely loves coming here and it’s a pleasure to watch how much she has developed since attending!

Amazing with my son. He loves it here and has come on leaps and bounds developmentally in the year he has been here.

Great security in place also, so no worrying at all.

My daughter has loved every minute of Kiddi Caru. The staff are caring, friendly and endlessly patient. My daughter leaves Kiddi Caru every day in such a good, happy and chatty mood. I can tell she loves it even though she's not yet talking!

Staff, facilities and approach have all been fantastic. I viewed many nurseries and have been very pleased that I chose this one. A few months after my one-year-old started he generally appears happy to get to nursery, pleased to see his carers and happily playing at collection. The variety of activities that they do reassure me that he is learning more from being at nursery 3 days per week than he would learn from being with me full time.

I’ve had my Son attend Kiddi Caru for 6 months now and the level of care I feel they have given to my boy is outstanding. I get kept up to date on everything daily. I feel they really take on board our needs as parents and have really helped my son's development. I would highly recommend this Nursery to anyone.

My daughter started nursery with Kiddi Caru in January 2020, the settling period was amazing and in a week my daughter was settled. We have seen so much improvement in her communication over the last 6 weeks and they are always doing alot of activities which is very stimulating and great for her. The daily feedback is great and I believe we made a good choice in choosing this nursery. My only advise would be to include the meal she's had daily on the update sheet, although the teachers tell us but we sometimes forget when we get home due to a busy day at work. Apart from that everything is great so far.

Since my daughter joined the nursery 6 months ago, we have nothing but positive things to say. It's very apparent that the children's happiness and safety is at the forefront of all of the staff's priorities and they show this day in and day out. The mixture of activities keeps our little one busy and excited about her day ahead. We are sent keepsakes home on a weekly basis, and they give a very detailed update of her day on every pick up.

We absolutely love Kiddi Caru. Since our daughter started we have watched her become more and more confident and independent. She loves her friends and all the girls that work there. We love it!

My son settled down very quickly and has made a lot of progress. He attended a nursery before and never settled hence I withdrew him and brought him to Kiddi Caru. I have never regretted it to date and will recommend Kiddi Caru at the drop of a hat.

The staff are friendly and extremely professional and the managers are hands on too. It is always lovely to see them on the floors and not just in the office.

My mind is at rest when I have to drop off my child and the fact that there are times he doesn’t want to come home after a day at nursery.

His keyworker is a Godsend and all the ladies in the room.

Amazing place for fun and learning

The facilities are also good with great garden areas and sensory shed and I love the focus throughout the year on different books and linking this with activities and learning.

My son has been attending Kiddi Caru Harlow for the past 13 months, we searched a number of nurseries and visited several more, as soon as we walked into Kiddi Caru, we knew our son would thrive in their caring, fun and stimulating environment and they would be able to support our son on his journey through to primary school.

The staff are attentive, knowledgeable and engage fantastically well with the children. The food choices are excellent and we are very happy that we chose Kiddi Caru!

Our son starts school this September and both my partner and I said we actually wish he was staying longer! It's been great and if you are considering Kiddi Caru Harlow - do it, you won't be disappointed.

I have been taking my daughter to Kiddi Caru Nursery since when she was 12 months.

Apart from the fact that it is a very clean nursery, the management and the nurses are just amazing. They are friendly, supportive and very polite and kind.

I can't imagine having taken my daughter anywhere else if it wasn't this one. We are extremely happy with our daughter's development and behaviour. She is not 2 yet and she can already speak very well, count and say nursery rhymes perfectly well. She is a very good listener and has excellent behaviour.

More importantly, we feel safe leaving our daughter here full time from 7-6, the safeguard here is very high.

We definitively recommend this nursery to every parent.
