Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Harlow

Over the past two years, we have had a very positive experience, with our daughter being very happy in attendance and have always found the staff to be warm, receptive and helpful. We would comment that the fees are generally quite expensive, but have found these to be of good value overall.

My partner and I could not be happier with our daughter's attendance at the nursery. We feel confident and happy going to work knowing that she is happy - when we tell her we are going to nursery, she gets her coat and shoes to wait by the front door. She loves all the staff, in her room and those who work in other rooms, she is always smiling at the end of the day. We can't thank them enough for allowing us to return to work at what can be a daunting time for parents with babies, knowing that she is enjoying herself and is safe!

When my daughter started nursery I was worried about how she would cope. But after the first month, I just need to say that I'm well reassured to see that she has been very well looked after. I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all staff, especially Pre-School staff, and a very special thank you to my daughter's key worker for her kindness and support well done Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Harlow!

Firstly the nursery staff are very caring, there is a genuine love for the children, however, they are being very let down with bad management. They are therefore unable to provide the children with stimulating activities to develop the children's skills. Staff ratios are at a worrying level, regularly being just over the safe/legal adult-to-child ratio and using loopholes to account for this lack of planning, using a 'building ratio' instead of physical adults in the relevant rooms. Many parents were being turned away at the door within recent weeks as they decided to 'cap' the entry of more children after 8:40. This has been brought up to management from parents and nursery staff alike. They are relying on bank staff, interns and agency staff due to bad planning and lack of care and ability to retain current, brilliant staff. This has meant children are very unsettled in their rooms as most staff members are on regular rotation, non-permanent staff or strangers/agency workers.

The manager of the nursery was very nice and polite lady. When I went to the nursery to drop off the application form, the receptionist stated that I should look for an alternative nursery as there are no spaces available. However, when I initially came in for a meeting with the manager, she confirmed that there are spaces which is why she gave me the application form. The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful.

Great care from all staff at Kiddi Caru. Always trusted them with the care of my daughter and felt safe and happy leaving her there, she also loved being in your care. I can't wait to send my youngest!

I leave my child in the care of the amazing staff at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Harlow. I know she is well looked after and learns so much as she comes out at the end of the day always smiling and tells me what she has done. She is always happy to go back and her confidence has grown massively. I cannot fault Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Harlow. Thank you for everything.

Good nursery, our only experience of one to be fair but no complaints and my child seems to enjoy the experience and develop well there. The parking can sometimes be an issue when picking up as the car park is small, with parents parking on roundabouts and yellow lines, making it less safe but this is more an observation of the parent's behaviour and not necessarily the fault of the nursery themselves. There is ample parking on side streets that are a seconds walk from the nursery though, so you will never have issues parking when picking up, if you don’t want to endanger other children's safety with reckless parking.

The team at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Harlow do an amazing job. My two children are very happy there and their development from their time at the nursery is clearly visible. The team are all lovely and very caring. Tools like the parent app are great as you get lovely insights into the children's days at nursery.

We are super happy at the nursery every day. We made the right choice years ago when we chose Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Harlow. The team around the children are superb and the management team are as well. Thank you for everything you do for our little ones!

I want to say that Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Harlow has been one of the best choices I've made in choosing a nursery for my baby. My child joined in 2020 when she was 5-months. Her milestones has been everything and more with the help of Kiddi Caru Nursery Harlow. The staff are wise, very friendly, informative and very much accept if they're any changes that need to be done.

The staff are always friendly, polite and trustworthy. They really get to know the children as individuals which I think is incredible. We have never had any issues with them and feel it is a great environment for children.

I am very pleased with the care that my child receives. The variety of food is great, and the arts and crafts that they do look very fun. My child enjoys coming to the nursery, which is very reassuring as a parent.

An excellent nursery that delivers care and love to our children. The nursery is flexible if contacted regarding days, and the staff have always been professional. The nursery carryout many theme days and events for the children to keep them engaged, and they almost always leave happy.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for two years and she absolutely loves it there. My youngest has also just started there and I have to say, I have got so much confidence sending her, knowing how much my eldest has learned and grown from being there. All the staff we have dealt with there are really professional but also really friendly and welcoming. It really does feel like being part of a community and that the staff really do care. The manager is fantastic and always has time to talk things through and give help and advice where needed. Even though I know she's really busy, she never makes you feel like you are asking silly questions or taking up too much of her time. The nursery really felt like a fantastic fit for us, with brilliant facilities and staff that want to make things fun and engaging for the kids as well as supporting their learning of the more practical things like manners and toilet training.

After a lot of research into nurseries in the local area, I felt Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Harlow was the best nursery for my daughter. I loved how friendly the staff were and the rooms and garden looked amazing for little ones. The staff were brilliant at settling in my daughter, especially as due to the pandemic she was only used to being with me. Now she walks in smiling, waving and excited for the nursery! The team have been fantastic at communicating with parents and keep us updated on monthly activities, changes due to the pandemic, and the development of my daughter. I really feel my daughter has developed so much from being at this nursery and this is down to the dedicated and brilliant staff at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Harlow. I only wish this had been my nursery when I was young!

He always naps well there during the day and the food they offer is varied to allow the kids to try different things. The activities are also varied each day.

All the staff at this nursery have been and are amazing! The way they have dealt with Covid-19 has been exceptional and not once was I concerned for my sons well being whilst he was in their care. My son absolutely loves going there and doesn't stop talking about his friends and the members of staff. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of taking their child to this nursery to definitely do it as you will not be disappointed.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kiddi Caru Harlow. The staff are not only friendly, caring and kind, making excellent bonds with the children but are also very keen on child development. They focus on learning through play for all ages and I have certainly seen the benefit in our little one. The nursery environment is great; clean and well presented with an incredible garden for little ones. Can't praise Kiddi Caru Harlow enough, I'm so glad we chose them!

We are so happy with the nursery. From day 1 I have felt that my child is cared for and understood. He is challenged and encouraged. The staff are outstanding and led by an exceptional manager and her deputy. Their procedures during Covid have been excellent, they have always had the children’s safety and the safety of their families at the forefront. The environment is conducive to open-ended play and the activities are well thought out. Ultimately I trust in the team and I know my child is in safe hands.
