Incredible place. My daughter started at Green Park Nursery when she was 7 months old - she was the smallest there. Now she is in pre-school, and most of the staff know her name and say hi to her. She absolutely LOVES going to nursery; she is thriving there and learning lots of new skills. The teachers have been amazing - very patient and helpful with her. Brook is a rock star who really understands my daughter and has created a real bond with her. It will be sad leaving Green Park soon for school, but as a mother, I cannot say enough how grateful I am for all the hard work and support you have provided for my little troublemaker. Thank you a lot.

We had a very concerning experience with this nursery recently . On my 1 year old son first day, he fell and hit the back of his head, but staff said they had not noticed it. Over the next two weeks, he suffered four separate facial scratches all over the face - one very close to his eye , which has now unfortunately left a permanent scar. As for a parent and new baby just step in to the new world, we are heartbroken.. While accidents can happen, what worried us most was the way staff dismissed these incidents as "normal" and failed to put effective measures in place after I informed. As a result, our child became unsettled, had difficulty sleeping, and lost his appetite. This nursery does not deserve its "Outstanding" rating, as children's safety and wellbeing should always be the top priority. Sadly, in our experience, it did not meet that standard. Multiple authorities, including Ofsted, are now investigating. I strongly encourage any parents with similar experiences to raise a complaint.

Our daughter had a wonderful time at Green Park and the best start we could ask for. We (and she) loved the activities available, the outdoor space, and in particular some really excellent staff members, Hailey, Cerri and Keron. We also liked a lot of the ethos of the nursery, for example sitting and eating together - our daughter has recently started school and one of the comments is how well the children from Green Park eat at school lunches.

I currently have two little ones at Green Park Day Nursery and both of them love it there. My eldest, who is now three, has been there since he was ten months old. This nursery has allowed him to flourish into a very grown up little boy who is sociable and confident. The team (across all rooms) have been incredibly supportive in his development and I don't really have a bad word to say. My youngest is now receiving the same great care in the caterpillars room and I am starting to see him progress in a similar manner.

My child has been attending this nursery Green Park Reading since the age of 10 months. He is now three years old. The time and effort put into his development has been exceptional, he will always come home learning new things and he has felt so comfortable with all the staff members, I honestly don't think he's ever had a bad day. Green Park nursery has been flawless and cannot thank them enough.

Our daughter has a wonderful time at Green Park Day Nursery - it's a rich learning experience filled with a great mix of daily activities. Every nursery worker is friendly, helpful and skilled, giving us great reassurance that we are leaving her in safe hands. The extra-curricular activities are great and we really appreciate the opportunities to socialise with other parents. And they manage to get her to eat vegetables and oily fish - a feat we struggle with at home!

Green Park Day Nursery has been the perfect starting place for our son, warm, welcoming and full of care! The staff are truly fantastic, everyone has been so kind and attentive particularly towards our shy son. It's clear the staff are passionate about what they do! They've created a very nurturing environment that has allowed our little one to grow and develop into a confident & curious child. The communication updates are always great, we feel informed on what has happened during his day and we always feel reassured that he's in safe hands! To the management - Please continue to invest to refresh some equipment for the classes.

We couldn't be happier with Green Park Day Nursery! Our son has been attending since April 2024, when he was just 7 to 8 months old, and it's been a fantastic journey ever since. He absolutely loves being there, and it's heartwarming to see how much he has developed in such a short time. The teachers and staff are simply brilliant-so caring and attentive. Our son adores them, and it's clear they genuinely enjoy what they do. He eats well, sleeps soundly, and comes home with a big smile on his face every day! We also appreciate how quickly our questions and requests are answered. It really makes a difference knowing we can easily communicate with the team. Overall, we feel incredibly lucky to have found such a nurturing environment for our little one. Highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a loving and supportive nursery!

Green Park Nursery has been an incredible place for my son, who started there at 1 and is now 2. The staff are amazing - warm, supportive, and genuinely caring. They've helped him so much with his speech development, and it's been wonderful to see how confidently he's now expressing himself. He's learned so many new skills, from socialising and sharing to songs, numbers, and colours. The facilities are excellent - clean, safe, and full of engaging activities that keep him excited to go in every day. I also really appreciate the regular, detailed feedback from the team. It's reassuring to know how he's getting on and what he's enjoying. I truly feel he's thriving at Green Park, and we're so happy to be part of this nursery.

The staff in the caterpillars room have been really helpful and amazing with settling my daughter in. They are all very welcoming when I come to pick her up and I always have positive feedback about her day. Her key worker has been especially helpful with settling her into nursery and making sure all her needs are always met. She always comes home clean and happy and she has a good bond with her keyworker.

So pleased that we sent our daughter here; the staff are all incredibly kind, patient, friendly and engaging with the children. My daughter has thrived here, she loves coming to nursery and we're always kept up to date with the latest communications. Can't recommend it highly enough!

My daughter spent time at Green Park Nursery from 10 months old and absolutely loved it. As soon as we'd enter the doors she would start to smile and wave her legs. The staff are fabulous and I couldn't recommend highly enough. They were very patient with her and took the time to know her likes, dislikes and habits and tailored her day around her. They always gave me a full update on everything she was up to, how much she ate, slept etc which showed how much they paid attention. She developed so much in a short space of time. We had to leave because we moved out of town and the nursery sent a handover document to her new nursery which helped her settle in there too. I'd highly recommend.

Great nursery with amazing and caring team. The learning activities and overall support had a great impact on my son's development. Staff is fantastic, diligent, engaged and dedicated. My daughter is due to leave Green Park Nursery in August, after nearly 4 years. She has thoroughly enjoyed her time in Green Park Nursery and has met (in some cases exceeded) all her development milestones, thanks to the amazing staff at this nursery. She was very well supported through a difficult phase in her life and I cannot thank the nursery management and staff for this. I cannot recommend Green Park Day Nursery enough.

The staff at Green Park Nursery have all been fantastic. From the moment you walk in you are greeted extremely well, to the care and support the nursery staff provided. I have been so impressed with everyone who cared for her and cannot rate the nursery highly enough. Everyone always went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was happy. Fantastic nursery - the staff are genuinely caring of the children and the facilities are well looked after. The kids go outside every day and the activities are varied and well thought out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery.

My daughter had never been left with anyone for more than an hour just a handful of times, so leaving her was incredibly daunting. Her key person ensured me she'd treat her kindly at her own pace, which she's done over the last few months and watching her confidence grow and the relationship form has been incredible. I can only sing the key worker and the nursery's praises for being so wonderful. Watching how happy my little girl is, is thanks to the key worker and staff's patience helping her flourish.
