Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-school, Maidenhead

I have two children that attend this nursery my youngest has been there since he was 3-months-old and will be 2 very soon thanks to the girls and all their hard work his development has come on leaps and bounds, especially his speech. My eldest will be going to school this year and again thanks to the pre-school staff and their amazing work she is so ready for a massive step. All the staff know my children and treat them like their own. And my kids absolutely adore them all.

This is a lovely nursery, very well organised and the staff are extremely caring and provide comfort to my son. They are very responsive especially if you are a worried first-time parent in the current pandemic. Health and safety is of paramount to the manager. Staff put you at ease and keep you updated on your little one. My son has settled in well and is happy going in. He is provided with the right educational stimulation and a variety of play. Lots of garden time and fresh air. The menu is varied and very healthy. There is a chef on-site so all meals are cooked fresh. Would recommend!

Little Pioneers is a fantastic nursery. The facilities are very good the rooms are big and each class has its own large outdoor space much larger than you would expect. The staff are friendly and very nurturing and the food is freshly made and is healthy and varied. Our daughter has been in each of the rooms from baby to pre-school and has transitioned through each setting easily. Pre-school is a great environment/fun but lots of learning through play. We have seen her confidence and social interaction grow.

We absolutely love our nursery and all the staff! My son is coming up to 3 years old and has been attending Little Pioneers for 1 and a half years which has given him experience within "Little Adventurers (1-2 yrs)", "Little Creators (2-3)" and now transitioning to pre-school. Through this time, he has shown amazing improvement in his development from walk, to speech, to expressing, sharing, counting, even toilet training as a result of great work and carer support/encouragement. And our biggest measure of happiness is the little boy who looks forward to his "school days" to play with children and his carers which he calls his "friends". The advice and support management and staff offer has been a tremendous value to us, and we cannot recommend Little Pioneers enough!

Little Pioneers is a great nursery. Our son started there when he was 6 months and I felt completely comfortable about leaving him in the capable hands of the team. We did go through a rough patch after the lock-down as the settling in was a bit challenging, but this didn't take long and it's great to see the excitement on your child's face when you talk to him about the nursery.

Overall a fantastic nursery. Our son loves going to Little Pioneers Maidenhead. We can see his development coming along really well as I direct result of his time there. All the team members are really helpful and always happy and enthusiastic. We highly recommend this nursery. Thank you team.

My daughter has been attending Little Pioneers nursery since she was 9 months old and she is now 3 nearly 4. She has thrived so much since being here and that’s all down to the fab staff and the way they go about teaching the children. The way they adapted straight away to my daughters potty training needs with no trouble at all. They communicate all the time through emails calls letters etc, and if any problems they deal with it promptly. My daughter absolutely loves it here and I've never had to worry about leaving her there because they treat the children as if they where there own. Highly recommend.

I am so happy that my daughter is at this nursery. She absolutely loves it and all the staff, she is always so excited to go every morning. All the staff know who she is and I hope all parents feel as special as we do. My daughter is learning so much and is always surprising us with a song or a story that she has learnt at nursery. We feel she is safe, cared for and loved.

There's a play area outdoors. Christmas activities were great, and calendar.

Both my children have attended Little Pioneers and I can’t rate it high enough. The nursery is well run and communication between them and parents is very good. The staff care about each child and their individual needs. Spending a lot of time outdoors, our daughter thrives! The menu is varied, healthy and cooked on site. Happy children = happy mum!!

My son has been at the nursery for a year now, having joined when he was 11-months-old, and he loves it! The staff are all lovely, and really seem to care about the children. As neither my husband nor I have family in the area, it’s great to know that our son is being well looked after.

Attending Little Pioneers is 'home away from home' for my daughter, she has been attending the nursery for almost two years. She has always loved it at the nursery. She really enjoys all the activities set by the nursery, making friends, lovely teachers and good atmosphere is sound. Thanks to the management and teachers for helping my little one to grow academically and socially. My mind is always at rest going to work knowing full well she is in good hands.

Twins have been at nursery since April 2016 - 3 years now and absolutely love it! Great staff, facilities, food, learning and play time.

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery. She has a great bond with the staff members and other children. Since attending the nursery, she is filled with confidence and is very happy.

My little boy has been well cared for at this nursery for the past 7 or 8 months. He took a little while to settle but the staff were reassuring and comforting and he now loves going off to nursery every day. They do lots of fun activities, painting, messy play and singing and are often out in the garden. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others.

The nursery provides a safe and fun environment for our son to learn and grow in. The staff are very caring and have a close relationship with the children, which shows by the children being comfortable and happy around them. The rooms are spacious and provide plenty of opportunities to engage in different stimulating activities. I have complete peace of mind when he is at the nursery because I know that he is well looked after and is having a good time!
