Jack in the Box Nursery

If you consider a nursery the most important aspect is the staff, not the nurseries. The staff of Jack in the Box Nursery are all well trained and skilled but most of all caring. My son has flourished under their care.

I was told my son is learning how to write and when he went to reception he couldn't even hold a pencil.

Excellent service with due care of the child.

Prompt attention to the issues raised by management and the staff are well educated and know their duties well.

Wonderful staff who provide great care and make the children feel comfortable in their surroundings and learning environment.

Very happy with the care and attention to detail that the nursery has with the children and in relation to the parents. The girls in the baby room are lovely and really helpful.

My daughter has attended JITBN (Jack in the Box Nursery) since she was six months old. She is now almost three and I can see how beneficial it has been. Her social skills are great and she is now beginning to count and even tries to say the alphabet. She loves it there and the staff have always been amazing, very caring and attentive.

Wonderful atmosphere, both of my children have enjoyed being there. Lovely staff, great learning. Would recommend this nursery to anyone!

My children have been attending JITB (Jack in the Box Nursery) for over 4 years in total and I have had the chance to see how staff operate in each of the different age group rooms. I have always been so pleased and so assured my children are well cared for with that extra 'home from home' touch whenever they have attended. The staff are always so helpful and always happy to talk and discuss nursery life and development for each child and any changes or things that are happening at home which could be complemented at nursery. I am expecting my third child soon and will certainly be returning to JITB, to support me with caring for my children when I plan to return to work. Couldn't recommend them enough. My daughter has become so much more confident and outgoing since starting nursery at 11 months old took a long time to settle but all the staff were so helpful and knew how to help her settle, she was an extremely clingy baby. Now she loves nursery and always looks forward to going and seeing the staff and her friends, the staff are all outstanding.

The baby room staff are extremely caring and helpful. My son settled in very well which was only possible because of the interaction the staff had with him. They observed what his favourite toys were and would mention those toys during drop offs which distracted him and made drop off much easier.

My older child has attended the nursery since she was a baby. We were so happy with the nursery that we decided to send our younger child too, although it is quite far from home. The staff are fantastic, every day I get feedback on my child's day and we discuss any issues such as behaviour to keep continuity at home and in nursery. My child is cared for well and looks forward to going in every day. I highly recommend this nursery.

We have sent three of our children here over the years. Have always found the nursery to be warm and welcoming. Lots of committed and long term staff (which is a positive reflection in itself). Would highly recommend the nursery to any prospective parents.
