Great place and caring staff for children. My child attended JITB for 1.5 years, and had a great time there. You will have peace of mind as you know your child is in safe and capable hands. Fees are also reasonable.

I'm very happy that my child started jack in the box nursery.The staff are very friendly and supportive. My child has learned so many things at the nursery, every morning he's excited to go to the nursery.

Our son has been attending since April, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! From our first visit, it was clear that the staff genuinely care about the children. The management team have been incredibly helpful and responsive & the nursery staff are approachable. Whenever we've had a concern they've been quick to pick up the phone and have a real conversation. That personal touch has made a big difference in how supported we feel as parents. They've been very accommodating of our family's needs. We have a long commute home & the staff have kindly built a routine to help prepare our son for pick-up time. It's that attention to detail and willingness to work with us that we really value. The staff are friendly & positive, and it's lovely that even those from other rooms know our son's name. It's clear there's great collaboration and care across the whole nursery. We feel our son is in safe, nurturing hands and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jack in the Box to others!

The nursery has been excellent. My child has become more independent, picked up many English words, and plays happily there. She settled in quickly and have shown interest in reading books, sketching, and playing with water independently. Staff there are very lovely and helpful. Her confidence has been build. Thank you

Jack in the Box is one of them best nursery in the area with high standards and above all a very personal professional Team. Price is unbeatable! Both of our sons attend the nursery. Our elder son first started in Piglets when he was 2.5yrs coming from another nursery which closed down. It was a very quick settling in for him and high five to all his key workers and team who made him so comfortable. He has some mild allergies and the nursery accommodated to his diet and skincare without any hesitation. It reassured us as parents. Our youngest son who is now 10months just started in Babies room and it was a no brainer decision which nursery he would go to after my return to work. By coincidence, he also had the same keyworker which our elder son had upon start and big kudos to making sure our child was well looked after. Management Team are always on point with communication and they welcome feedback constructively. We do not hesitate to contact them as they are our safebase :)

Initially, my oldest daughter started off with Jack in the box nursery in 2023 they were very welcoming and very patient with her. She was a bit tentative to begin with, but they made her feel at ease through the initial few weeks. After the success of my eldest Who is now three years old a few months ago we put our youngest who is one years old into the nursery this is a testament to the experience of our eldest child and the service and care we have received. I would recommend Jack-in-the-Box to all those in the local area.

Jack in the box nursery is amazing in terms of the care which they give to my son. We were very unsure how things will go as my son was moving from child minder to nursery but everything was great and in few days he got settled the nursery very well. I would also like to appreciate the nursery team for their efforts in making friendly environment for my son. They both are rockstars. Special thanks to his Nursery Practitioner who is my son's favourite.

Both my daughters attend this nursery, I am very happy with their development and overall happiness. The elder of the two has a strong bond with her key worker and it's reassuring to know she's cared for beyond the standard. I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking to send their little ones in. It's a Berkshire Healthcare nursery which provides additional assurance to the standards they keep - It's always clean and tidy (somehow!). There's a range of staff that have been consistently there, all of which are incredibly engaging. I have not seen much of a revolving door other than Maternity leave which is positive. The nursery manager is such an asset, always responsive and present. The fee rates are competitive, and despite slight increases in the last 2 years, I have not thought for a moment to look elsewhere. 5 stars for the whole team from me.

My child just started nursery in January and so far I am happy with everything. The team is friendly and caring. They are assessing how the child is settling and what progress they are and also a great thing is that they give you feedback on how the child did for the day. They set the goals for the child in agreement with the parent and they try to complete children's milestones by guiding them.

Absolutely brilliant! Had a wonderful experience with my 1st, my 2nd is now in pre-school, getting ready to start reception in September. Very professional, friendly staff, the management is extremely supportive!

My son joined Jack in the Box when he was just 11 months old and is sadly leaving after 2 and a half years. The EYFS environment of the nursery has been invaluable in his early development. As first time parents, it was scary to send our baby to a nursery, but the baby room staff were amazing in putting our minds at ease, special mention to one staff member in particular, as she was the first ever person we talked to and finalised our decision of enrolling. It has been smooth ever since, our son loves going here and has made special friendships with his teachers and classmates. All the nursery staff works very hard all day with kids, and when the parents come to pick up, they make sure the parents also are emotionally taken care of, which is one of the best things here.

Our experience with Jack in the Box can't be better. Our child is very happy, learning a lot of things and that's not easy, as he is coming from other nursery. Also they were very helpful when we have a huge family problem within my child's first days, so we really appreciate it. We are very happy with them.

My son has been attending Jack in the Box Nursery for two months and I am extremely pleased with the care and attention he receives. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and attentive to his needs. Communication from the nursery is excellent, keeping me informed about his daily activities and progress. It's reassuring to know that he is in a safe and nurturing environment where his development is a priority. There aren't enough words to describe how absolutely amazing Jack in the Box Nursery is. From day one, the support they have given my son has been extraordinary. He was just over 1 year old when he started, and the staff ensured he settled in fantastically, doing everything they could to make him happy, which they've continued to do throughout his journey in the nursery As my son prepares to start school in Sept, I can't help but reflect on the incredible journey we've had with the nursery. Without their support, my son wouldn't be where he is today. He has additional needs, and the nursery has gone above and beyond to ensure he is included, his needs are met, he thrives, and is generally well looked after. Jack in the Box Nursery doesn't just support my son-they support our whole family. While I am excited about my son's new chapter at school, it is with great sadness that we leave the nursery. Enrolling him at Jack in the Box Nursery was the best decision we ever made for our son.

Staff are really friendly and nice. Everything is nice. It would be nice if they could share HD soft copies of pictures they take instead of printouts. Also, be flexible about the lunch timings in case the child doesn't eat. Rest is all really good.

My baby has settled really well in the nursery. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a very busy nursery so you have to be aware that they do not accommodate for extra days as the staff is restricted with the number of children in each room. The meat is not halal so your child will get a veggie option if you have a dietary requirement.

My daughter has only recently joined the nursery and from what I have seen she has settled in very quickly and seems very happy. The staff are very friendly, they take time to give feedback at the end of the day and don’t make you feel rushed. Overall I am happy and hope this will continue.

Our son joined the nursery full-time in September 2023 and we have nothing but great things to say. He has really started to flourish in his communication skills and is making progress every day. The staff at the nursery really make you feel welcome and get to know you, and know every child’s name even if they are not working in the same room which is amazing as there are a lot of children! Unsure if this is standard practice as this is our first child however we are still impressed nonetheless! They have been so accommodating to us and our son's needs, that I honestly cannot praise them more. Thank you to everyone at Jack in the box!

The nursery staff are super friendly and always willing to help and provide feedback. The classroom is clean and there’s a variety of activities for my child to get involved in. Good food options and I have seen my child develop and grow in confidence since being at Jack in the Box. Management communication is great and they always respond and support where needed. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Our son has been attending the baby room for the past year and our experience has been excellent. We were nervous when he started, but the staff were loving and caring from the beginning. He had some time off at the start due to illness and they provided us with multiple extra settling in sessions without hesitation, to ensure he was fully comfortable, showing genuine care. The children are stimulated with a wide range of activities, and we are so happy with his development, particularly communication skills. The nursery provide a range of food and he often eats better here than at home! Our son has not only formed a wonderful bond with his key-worker, but also with many other staff within the baby room. He loves talking about his teachers and the other children which is heartwarming to see! Sadly, our time at Jack in the Box has come to an end as we are re-locating, however I would not hesitate to recommend it to parents looking for an environment that is nurturing, kind and caring.
