Bright Horizons Forest Park Bracknell Day Nursery and Preschool

Our daughter started at 10 months old and settled in quickly, after a few weeks of tearful drop-offs. Now she is fully settled in, she absolutely loves it. She has great relationships with all of the team, she has learnt so much and is so happy there. I get photo updates unless she’s asleep during the activities, and updates on her eating and naps in real time. The team are so caring and it’s great to see my daughter feeling so confident and comfortable with them all.

My little one adores going to nursery here. We have 100% faith that she is safe, happy and having a great time learning!

Our son has been at Bright Horizons Forest Park Bracknell Day Nursery and Preschool for 3 years. We cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff are caring, and compassionate and take a genuine interest in each child. They are attachment focused, building relationships in order understand each child so they can best support them to grow and develop. They continually communicate with us and followed our lead when it came to weaning, naps, toilet training etc. Our son loves going and has developed not only in his knowledge and skills, also socially and emotionally. We are sad he is leaving and know that Bright Horizons Forest Park Bracknell Day Nursery and Preschool havve prepared him for the challenges of big school. We are excited for our second child to begin with forest park as we believe there is no better place.

Management really take the time to listen to you if you have any issues and any accidents that may happen are reported to you instantly.

Practitioners are brilliant and show a genuine interest and care in helping your child however management is shocking. They gave my details to a third party without my agreement, senior management refused to provide me with the paperwork I’m legally entitled to for a period of time. They had medical concerns about my son but decided not to tell me about one and refused to assist with a diagnosis referral for another, the list goes on. Providing you have a neurotypical child and/or one that doesn’t go through multiple major life changes in a short time span with no need for management assistance, I’d recommend this setting for the practitioners alone. Other than that, avoid this setting.

The location of the nursery is convenient, plenty of parking and easy walking routes if you live nearby. There's a playground up the road and Savernake Park only a few minutes walk. Crown Wood primary school is also very close by.

We have had a fantastic experience at Bright Horizons, Forest Park since our child started there in 2023. The staff are friendly and attentive and have really helped our little one settle. The activities and care provided to children are fantastic and communication is great too.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for a few months now and I'm already really impressed. One staff member in particular and the ladies in adventurers really take the time to understand my daughter's needs and give clear feedback each week about what she's done and what they plan to do next week. The nursery has a really personal feel and I couldn't be happier with it so far.

I see my little girl so happy with you in every day until she no longer wants to go home in the evening. So, what can I understand from this except that you do some extraordinary things with the children and they feel loved besides all the activities that help them develop every day. Being my first child, I was very anxious when she started nursery and about to return to work, but you helped her to settle in very quickly. I could see many hugs and cuddles that you offered her which made me get rid of this anxiety and trust that my little girl is in good hands. Now, after seven months since she started in nursery at Bright Horizons and I see how happy she is, I can only reconfirm how wonderful the whole staff are. I can't thank you enough for everything you do for my daughter.

Our 3 year old has only been going to nursery for a couple of months but in that time we have seen such a change. The work that the staff have put into making her feel comfortable and settled has helped so much. Her key person has been so supportive and kind which has meant we are seeing our shy little girl turn into someone so much more outgoing and excited to go to nursery. As parents, it's always a worry exposing them to new experiences but this has been such a wonderful and reassuring experience!

My childs experience has been very good even after changing rooms. He got a new key worker who was up to her game. She will give him hugs every time he enters the room and welcome him. The Staff are also polite at all times. My child is enjoying himself all the time and he has been attending this nursery since he was 1 year old and he is now 3 years old. Love the nursery and the service each staff provide. Always very informative and keep us, parents, in the loop at all times. Definitely feel the nursery has helped in my child's development, whether that is through being independent or other topics.

Our daughter has gone to Bright Horizons for nearly two years. To say they are phenomenal is an understatement. She has some extra needs and they are so supportive and our daughter has benefited so much from the care provided by staff. I can only offer the highest praise for the nursery.

Both of our children have attended this nursery and we have been really happy with the care they have received. The staff have built great relationships with our son and do lots of lovely and engaging activities with him. We are regularly kept up to date with his progress. The rooms are clean and well-organised. We would definitely recommend the nursery.

Bright Horizons, Forest Park have been amazing. My son started there in June and has settled in really well, although he cries sometimes at drop-off, he is so happy when we pick him up and has developed socially, really well. The communication is great at drop-off and pick-up. We love the app as well so we can check on him throughout the day and see how he is developing. Thank you!

My daughter was in this nursery and she really enjoyed her time there. It was an easy transition from nursery to school as she was well prepared. Absolutely amazing nursery. My little boy has flourished in the year he has been there. The staff are fantastic and caring. My little boy really enjoys going and all the activities. His speech is incredible thanks to the team. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the food must be good as my little one eats so much of it. (Unfortunately not so good at eating at home) so seeing he has most of the time eaten all his food fills me with confidence. The team are amazing at giving updates each day on what my little one has been up to. Will definitely look to send my 2nd born here too when I feel ready to send him to nursery.

Overall, my daughter is enjoying every day she’s been to nursery. She has developed really well. She can speak in full sentences, her numeracy has improved. She has developed really well with her feelings and emotions.

Honestly, I can’t praise Forest Park Bright Horizons, enough. My 17-month-old has excelled in socialising, basic and complex skills and it’s all down to the staff. We’ve had strangers at the library come up to us and praise us on how well our little one is doing and I always mention that it’s with the help of you guys. Thank you!
