Great nursery and great team I feel my little
One is in the best care and is thriving so much due to the forest park team . I look forward to seeing the great activities they have planned for our little one over the coming months

We're very happy with the care our daughter receives at the nursery. The staff are warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about supporting each child's development. Our daughter has grown in confidence, communication, and independence since joining.
The learning activities are well-planned and
engaging, helping her develop new skills through play. The environment feels safe and nurturing, and we love receiving regular updates on her progress.
The food is varied and nutritious, and it's great to see her trying new things and enjoying mealtimes.
Overall, we're really pleased and thankful for the excellent care, education, and support provided by the whole team.

Teachers are caring and work well with kids. They are the best thing about the nursery!
The outdoor space is too small and occasionally one can smell weed in the garden.
The management is not great and doesn't treat parents well - they seem to forget that we are a paying customer - instead of
meeting parents half way to make things work, they are perceived as dictators, don't invite parents in decision making related to their own kids and only care about making things work for them - come up with nonsense excuses to cover up their lack of resources. If one dares to complaint, their regional director dismisses them and care team takes 28 days to respond to a question. Very poor customer service.
Staff is unhappy, they had some attrition and others are looking for better opportunities. Quite a few parents are unhappy too. As one parent said - it's a problem when the above see it as a business than childcare as all considerations and understanding/empathy go out the window.

The staff have been great since our daughter started in January.
She's coming on in various aspects and seems happy to attend the nursery. We couldn't be more happy with the choice of nursery we made.
The smaller class sizes is, in our opinion, fantastic for the children.

Since my daughter started in January of this year, following previous care with a childminder she has absolutely thrived! She has great connections with all of the nursery team, and especially her key worker who keeps us up to date with insightful developmental observations. I could not be happier
with the care and support she is receiving, she is really growing into an independent confident little girl, who is now fully potty trained - always leaving nursery with a smile on her face and a story to tell us. The food menus are fantastic and I can see via the app updates that she eats more whilst there than she ever would at home (ie a whole portion of melon and satsuma!) - excellent facilities and excellent staff.

Our daughter started nursery last February and quickly settled in. Always looking forward to meeting her friends and teachers. She's learned so much and as a 2.5-year-old child, she can dress and undress herself which is wow, I'm so proud of her and thankful to the staff for looking after her and
teaching her. Five stars for the nursery. Soon we are sending our son there.

Since my son has started in September 2024, he has made so much progress. The range of vocabulary and increased independence is clearly apparent. All the staff are incredibly friendly, supportive and great with the children. The communication is super. Most of all my son is happy!

Great daycare. Both my kids go here. Both started around 4-5 months old. The service and care provided by all staff is amazing. They both always come back smiling and laughing.
You can really see the development in them. We are always kept informed and up to date on how they are both progressing.
Would highly recommend to parents looking to send their kids to a nursery/preschool.

My son was at Bright Horizons Forest Park Bracknell Day Nursery and Preschool before moving on to reception; he thrived from the environment that was facilitated by the manager and her staff. My daughter was also at the same nursery, initially, she struggled to settle but she was met by smiling and
comforting faces who have helped her settle and build up her confidence, she had a key worker who played a pivotal role settling her in, my daughter has since moved rooms and it was a smooth transition as she was also welcomed by nursery teachers who have continued to offer the supports she needs and promote independence.
Before Bright Horizons it was difficult to find a nursery where the children fitted in. But thank you to all the staff at Bright Horizons Bracknell for all the help and support and creating such a wonderful, safe space for my children to learn and develop.

Staff are friendly, many activities which my child enjoys. Lots of updates in the app show me what my child is doing and pictures showing what activities they get up too.
They also invite parents and children to activities outside of hours like going to the park on the weekend which was very nice.

Cannot thank Bright Horizons Forest Park Bracknell Day Nursery and Preschool enough. They have been key in aiding the development of my son. They do so many activities and keep you up to date with what happens throughout the day. The staff are all amazing and friendly. Couldn't recommend them

My child has been with Bright Horizons for almost 2.5 years now. I am so pleased with them and couldn't recommend them enough! My child is learning well and loves the staff, especially one staff member! They are teaching her such great skills and emotional balance. She is Flourishing! We are pleased

My little one really enjoys Bright Horizons Forest Park Bracknell Day Nursery and Preschool, the team there are so lovely and friendly but very professional too. The updates we receive are fantastic, I love seeing the pictures they put on the app and the progression that is tracked for my daughter.
The management is so helpful and accommodating when you need anything and couldn't recommend it enough!

The nursery staff are professional and respond in a polite and friendly manner during all interactions.
Lots of activities take place and updates given to parents on a regular basis.
Management is friendly and has offered great support with the recent change of free childcare hours.
I highly
recommend all the staff working there and thank them for their hard work.

My daughter has now been at this nursery for three years and it's been fantastic for her development and confidence.
All the staff are so friendly and great with the kids. Their communication is great. Highly recommend this nursery.

Since viewing this nursery and meeting the staff in March, I have been filled with such confidence that my son would be well looked after here. He absolutely loves being at Bright Horizons Forest Park Bracknell Day Nursery and Preschool and always comes out in a really happy mood when I pick him up.
The staff at the nursery are honestly the kindest people and know exactly what they are doing, they are always happy to help and are really approachable. I can already see a great improvement within my son's speech/behaviour and his general personality since being at the nursery. He also eats a lot better and is happy to explore new foods due to the large variety that the nursery offers for snacks and meals. Overall, I am really happy with the services and staff here.

My son started in April 2023, the staff were reassuring and patient with his transition. Within a couple of weeks, he was walking in and excited to see the staff! They are so wonderful with him and he is learning a ton.

My son began attending the nursery when he was 6 months old. I cannot fault the nursery, the team are amazing and supported his settling in so well. He loves going every day and the updates we get are lovely to see throughout the day.
The nursery is smaller than most in the area however this works
better for us, as a family, as it gives a more personal feel. The staff in his room are all so caring and genuinely interested in us, as a family. The manager and deputy were so helpful when organising the settling-in period and you can see how much they care for the nursery and children.

We are always greeted with such a happy demeanour and big smiles on your faces. It makes such a big difference.
A big, massive thanks to the in-house chef - been brilliant in
dealing with food allergies. Attention to detail is impressive and we really appreciate your dedication to keeping our daughter safe.
