Both my children have been to bright horizons forest park and received excellent care. The staff really care for the children and create a nurturing and fun learning environment. I’d highly recommend the nursery.
My son went through this nursery so I have always know how good they are. After moving we decided to send our daughter to a different nursery, we soon change to Bright Horizons and my daughter is much happier for it. Extremely attentive nursery, staff care a lot about the children's development and also ensuring parents concerns are handled appropriately. I cannot recommend the nursery enough. Our little one is always running out of the end of the day happy and inspired.
The staff at Forest Park are exceptional. They treat every child individually and not as a homogenous group. My son was there from 12 months to nearly 5 years and we were always satisfied with his care and the support and communication we received from staff. They ensured he was prepared for school and ready to start the next step of his learning journey.
My son 2 years old now 3 has always said sweet and positive things about the staff looking after him. I think that is a very vital part because only then can children enjoy and thrive in learning emotionally, psychologically, physically and mentally. Thank you to all the staff at Forest Park! Hats off to all of you.
I'm very happy with this nursery, they are always maintaining high levels of standards with the children. The education they provide is really good. Also, they go the extra mile with the team making sure that all their needs are covered. Staff are excellent the same for Management.
I am very happy that my daughter is going to this nursery. Bright Horizons is a great team. Every day they have various activities that contribute to the child's development. Good luck and keep going.
My son has been going to Forest Park now for nearly a year. I have nothing but praise for the nursery. I was really worried about starting him at a nursery at the height of the pandemic and therefore veered away from some of the larger nurseries in the area. I wanted somewhere small where he could really get to know the people. Found exactly what I was looking for with Forest Park. I love that all the staff know him (I think that’s a good thing at least!!) and know who you are. It’s reassuring knowing exactly who he is with and knowing everyone involved in his care when he can’t be with me. Really can’t fault them.
I have only words of praise for the staff of Forest Park. My daughter moved from another nursery in August to Forst Park and they made her feel so welcome. My husband and I were worried she might struggle with the transition as we were also due to have a baby and the staff took our concerns on board and gave us lots of reassurance that she was managing well at nursery. They gave her time one on one with her key worker if she needed it and encouraged her to play with others and get to know the other children. My daughter is now completely settled and loves her new nursery. She comes home singing nursery songs every day, talking about activities, her new friends/staff and bringing home her drawings. The management made time to get to know us when we started with FP which I appreciated. They also offer outings and weekend family activity packs which is a lovely enhancement. I think the staff all do a fantastic job and deserve so much praise. Thank you!
This is a really great nursery! Both of my children absolutely love going in, they always leave so happy as well which is exactly what you want from a childcare provider! The staff are amazing, the support they offer goes above what you would expect (I would say) and they form fantastic relationships with the kids. Would highly recommend.
My son started at Forest Park at the beginning of June. I was nervous as a first time Mum and because he hadn’t had much interaction with children due to Covid. The team at Forest Park did a wonderful job getting him settled and he absolutely loves nursery. He has developed so much in a short space of time through all the activities he takes part in. I love the app where everything is logged and they post pictures so I get to see what he has been doing. Most importantly I can see the bonds he has formed with the team. I would definitely recommend Forest Park!
Management regularly communicate with parents and do a weekly newsletter.
The location of very well set out.
Our child loved his time here and misses the staff. They helped him take a huge leap in his development and we are very grateful for that as well.
My son left in August for school and says he misses nursery.
My children have attended Bright Horizons at various times for almost 3 years now, and both have received a great deal of care and kindness from the outset. They have loved the extra activities provided by staff and outside companies such as Hartbeeps and Boogie Mites, and the team are always coming up with fun ideas to spark imaginative play, such as themed dress-up days, getting involved with the local community and doing activities centred around a favourite book. My son recently left to start primary school, and thanks to Forest Park I feel that he is starting on a very good footing with numbers, letters and phonics. Being a year-round nursery it is quite expensive, but in my opinion it does offer value for money, from the homely setting, to the high-quality food and well thought out activities available. I would recommend Forest Park to anyone that asked.
Every morning he looked forward to seeing his friends and the staff. He would run every morning into the staff member’s arms and seemed to have the BEST time every day. We loved the friendly atmosphere and lovely staff that greets us every morning.
They are phenomenal, dedicated, warm, kind and brilliant at what they do.
There are lots of fun activities and we saw progress very quickly, my son has developed many new skills, which we credit to Bright Horizons.
Every day we got updates about his day and the food is varied, my son enjoyed his meals.
He spent a lovely year in preschool and we owe that to the great people at Bright Horizons Forest Park that I would recommend highly.
My wife and I looked at 9 different nurseries in the Bracknell area before finally finding this gem. Finding a nursery to us was a little like finding a new house in a way that when you walk in, you had a really good feeling about it. We knew it was the one for us and our children. Our daughter started baby care when she was 12 months old in 2018. Obviously concerned as she was still so young, but the staff were absolutely amazing in putting our concerned minds at ease. We knew we could call at any point to ask how she was doing, but they gave us a full overview of her day when we arrived. She's now in Pre School and our son has just started Babycare. We had an even bigger concern this time as due to Covid we couldn't go into the nursery to help him settle. But once again they made us feel at ease. Our children love Bright Horizons Forest Park and it's great to see how they are and have developed over the years. I've recommended this nursery to many friends and will continue to do so.
Baby Care staff have helped him to become a confident, caring and very happy little man.
When l see him in Baby Care you can see that he really does feel safe and cared for. Also, his development and knowledge of numbers, colours and nursery rhymes, words he can say are amazing.
The staff really go above and beyond in caring for my grandson.
I would like to say a very big thank you to all the staff at Forest Park Nursery.
With a fantastic playful learning environment, helpful, kind staff members & everything included in one price (meal times/nappies/activities etc) it would be hard to find a nursery that offers more under one roof!
Thank you x
My daughter always comes home from nursery thriving from her day. She will tell me about all the different activities she has participated in and how she played alongside peers. Staff provide me with a detailed overview of my child's learning and development and I couldn't believe how much they knew about her in such a short space of time. My daughter is encouraged to self serve and will often have seconds which is great as she can sometimes be a little fussy as home.
We have two children currently attending Teddies, Bracknell, and would highly recommend to anyone. Our eldest started at 10 months and is now in his final year in preschool, his development wouldn't be where it is today if it weren't for the nursery. The support, structure and learning they have provided over the years, he is now at the age where he is able to tell us about his day, and it is always positive and packed with lots of fun, exciting activities. The staff are very friendly, enthusiastic and very welcoming. We are always kept fully up to date on anything we should know about. We have high hopes for our youngest, who joined baby group a few months ago.
If upset they are dealt with really well and settled down.
Facilities are good and the children are well catered for.
Food is good and nutritious and my child has started trying lots of different food. Staff are always cheerful and helpful.
