It's amazing what you do with the kids, I can't fault the care our kids get, the girls that look after them are fantastic.

The staff are really great and really get to know your child and build a positive relationship. I was really impressed with the clear routines they have in place and the calm and organised manner during mealtimes. I believe this experience helped my child to become more independent in feeding herself. The daily feedback about your child is also excellent and gives you a clear idea of how their day went.

My daughter absolutely loved coming to nursery. She always felt completely safe, protected and looked after, just as if at home.
Her progress was phenomenal both educationally and emotionally. I am very proud of the child she has become and who has astounded her reception class teachers since beginning school in September.

I have nothing but gratitude for Highams Park Nursery, you did such a fantastic job for us, thank you!!

I feel the children are generally well cared for but the pre-school has inadequate play and learning facilities and as such does not stand up to other preschools in the area. That said, staff are striving to make improvements and some have been seen in areas of learning since September 2016.

Brilliant staff.
Happy with child's progress.

Staff do all they can do.

Just think prices are crazy and don't believe the difference in money to that of other London nurseries is valid. Don't believe it goes to the running of the nursery or the staff. Many friends of mine at the nursery are now considering nannies to save money. It's an option we will have to address too soon I suspect. Such a shame.

Staff are brilliant and my son gets excited every time we get near the door. The care and commitment to educating and developing my son is excellent and they always go out of their way to make the experience and environment as effective as they can be.
I would definitely recommend the nursery to would be parents.

I particularly like that they make the effort to get to know my son and his personality.

We are very happy with care in preschool as we have been with baby and toddler rooms. My daughter is learning a lot, she is happy and stimulated. Staff are responsive and friendly. Catering for our vegetarian daughter is good.

Overall Experience

Highams Park Children's Nursery and Preschool is an extremely friendly and happy place for children (and parents!) The staff are always kind, encouraging and caring to the children and always welcoming to everyone. They are very attentive and help with development at every step of the way. From supporting me as a tearful Mum leaving my child for the first time, to getting them ready for school.

I have had two children attend the nursery and am extremely happy. The highlights particularly are the staff going the extra mile to put on summer and winter concerts. Seeing my children sit with their friends singing, smiling and taking part is just the best feeling in the world. It's down to the staff who make this experience.

Another bonus is that the nursery is open for a good stretch of the day and it's close to Highams Park station so easy for getting to work quickly.
