wonderful nursery - very clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The staff are incredibly friendly and caring, and they put in excellent effort to make every child feel happy and supported. Highly recommend!

We couldn't get into our local setting but when a place came up we chose to stay here as the nurturing environment and solid class leaders means our little girl was happy and thriving and still is 3 years on! We would not hesitate to recommend this setting. Our little boy is now here in the baby room and it has been made to replicate a lounge at home which we love.

Some of the areas may be due an upgrade but it doesn't take away from the staff.

This nursery has been such a positive experience for our family, and I feel so grateful knowing my child is in such good hands.

My daughter has been going here for a year and a half from baby to toddler room and we are so happy with how well the staff treats her, what she learns, how balanced she is, how supportive the staff is in general, now for her potty training and others. It is a well managed nursery, very organized, with caring staff.

My daughter has been at the nursery since the beginning of this year and I really do not have any complaints about the actual nursery, except for the fact they don't offer discounts for multiple children attending the same setting. However, the staff are supportive and attentive. My daughter has developed massively and I know it has a lot to do with being at the nursery. She loves all the staff and it shows at drop off when she literally runs in and doesn't even look back at me. This obviously alleviates any anxiety because sending your children to nursery can be quite daunting, but I honestly can't fault the nursery. I've had nothing but good experiences. Constant updates, stay and play sessions. Amazing!!

We are very happy with Woodlands and would highly recommend it, having experience of all three classes from baby room to preschool. All the staff are very good and clearly care for the children. Woodlands has a very warm, family feel which has been so helpful when our child has been moving up to a new class, as there are always familiar faces to support. The management are very involved and communicative and seem to know the children as well as the room staff. When my child moved to this nursery the management provided a personalised settling in programme to take account of the fact that my child had already been in a childcare setting, which demonstrated to me their care and commitment to providing a high quality and personal service to the families they work with.

My son loves his nursery and he will talk about his teachers and his friends at nursery to me when I pick him up. All staff are very caring, super friendly and funny too! There's nothing better knowing your child is having a great time there every day!

Staff are very welcoming and reassuring. My son seems very happy and we get pictures and updates regularly. My son is the youngest in his room and I sometimes wonder if he can access some of the learning activities they do physically but he certainly has a lot of fun and staff clearly help him. He is comfortable there as he naps fine and eats all his food. The menu seems really nice! Nurseries are expensive but I feel confident my child is well looked after and does lots of fun activities.

My son started in October 2023, and I am super happy we made the choice to send him to Bright Horizons. From the second his place got accepted and throughout the settling-in sessions to now, the whole team have been fab. My son always has a great day, and it's so important to know your child is well taken care of when you are out at work. Will definitely be sending all future children to this nursery.

We are so pleased we chose Woodford Woodlands for our daughter. The setting is just the right size so you know all the staff and children and this gives a really lovely family feel to it all. The staff are always kind, helpful and professional. The activities are interesting and varied, as are the meals. Our daughter is thriving as a result.

We’ve had a wonderful experience over the past year with this nursery! The setting, ethos and staff provide a wonderfully stimulating and nurturing environment for our son. He has formed warm bonds and comes home having learnt new things about the world, which is always a pleasure to see. He looks forward to each day there and has really thrived. We couldn’t be happier!

Communication with management is open, easy and the updates and development reports we receive on our son through the app makes such a difference to us.

I would highly recommend the nursery - the care, facilities, resources and learning is absolutely outstanding. My child has developed really well, with confidence, curiosity and happiness. It is an excellent environment for any child to flourish. The staff and management are extremely professional taking excellent care for the wellbeing and development of each child. My children have really progressed in both speech and understanding of the world around them and I feel the nursery has really supported this. They create a space which allows my children to feed their curiosity with the environment in nursery, toys, books, projects but most importantly the interaction with the staff.

My son has attended Woodford Woodlands since he was 11 months old and is now 4.5 years old and absolutely loves nursery. He is excited to go to nursery and walks in without a backwards glance. I don't worry about him at all while I work because I know he is happy and safe. The activities and education he receives are excellent. He has learned his phonics sounds for all the letters of the alphabet for example. He is a happy and confident little boy and that is in no small part due to this nursery.

The staff are amazing, caring and appear to love the children they look after.

He absolutely loves his nursery days and it's been so lovely to witness his development under the staffs care. He has built some lovely relationships and it's nice to see he still remembers many of his carers, even from his first room. From the very first day, the manager and all the staff have been excellent at working with us to ensure he has the very best care and opportunity for development. All food is cooked onsite and the children are offered such a wide variety. My son loves telling us what he has eaten when we pick him up. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. My daughter attended Bright Horizons Woodford Woodlands Day Nursery and Preschool from ten months to three years and eight months and my son at eleven months is now there. We have found the staff at Bright Horizons Woodford Woodlands Day Nursery and Preschool to be wonderfully kind and caring towards our children, both my children have been very happy. My children were both tricky sleepers when they started but the staff have wonderful ways with babies and very soon they were sleeping and eating well. All food is cooked in house and there is a great choice, encouraging healthy eating. The staff do lots of great, creative activities throughout the day and have a lovely amount of small outside space that the children use very often. As my daughter got older, we were really impressed with how the staff adapted to and managed her growing independence and assertiveness, potty training and helping her develop her first Math and phonics. We have always been assured that Bright Horizons Woodford Woodlands Day Nursery and Preschool has excellent processes in place to keep the children safe and happy. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for the manager and another member of staff.
