Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery and Preschool (formerly Wembley Willow Tree) is situated in Hirst Crescent, just off East Lane in North Wembley, within walking distance of North Wembley tube station giving direct access to central London.

They have a fantastic staff team who are caring and committed to the wellbeing and development of all children.

The purpose-built nursery is modeled in a child-centered way to encourage children to develop their independence and confidence. They have three large outdoor play areas (including a mud kitchen), a designated buggy area and a dedicated activity room for your child to explore and discover.

The nursery has bright and spacious rooms for each age group and staff encourage learning through fun play. The nursery focuses on encouraging children’s independence and choice to support their learning and development.

As well as offering the Growing Enhancements including Growing Writers, Readers and Mathematicians, the nursery offers a wide range of extracurricular activities including French, Numberfit and Theatrebugs which the children love!

For your convenience, they provide an all-inclusive service including meals, snacks, milk and nappies.

The nursery and staff are very tuned into my child and at times it is hard for my daughter to come away from the nursery! It is a home away from home, my daughter enjoys the meals and the management team are very pleasant and helpful. The prices have just come down to make it more competitive in the
area but to be honest the service which is provided was well worth the price, this is just an added bonus. Opening is until 6 pm - at times could be a little bit longer but a small price to pay for an excellent service.

The nursery has been a very reassuring and caring start for me and my little boy. My baby started recently and has settled in really well. He goes to the staff happily and enjoys many different activities. I know I am leaving him in safe hands and the team are working hard to settle the more challenging
times of his day, such as sleeping!. The team have been really supportive which is essential as I have not always wanted to leave him! I call up to check on him and nothing is too much trouble. A lovely team of staff who all know my little boy so well already and have stories each day as to what he has been getting up. He is happy to go and happy whenever I collect at the end of a session.

My daughter started nursery in March 2014 when she was only 1 year old, I was very much confident that she will be happy there as my first son was, also going to the same nursery for 3.5 years. They both learnt so much through their journey with their teachers, that I'm sure I wouldn't teach them as
much as home. They both love this place, the staff are very friendly, communicative and supportive. Only when you meet you understand how good they are. Through their everyday task, you can see that they really care for the kids. Then meeting with the staff you are up to date with your kid's development and achievements. This is the best nursery in town!

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. The staff are very friendly, supportive, caring and nurturing. My son was reluctant to go at first but they encouraged and supported him (and me) and he soon found his confidence and started to enjoy himself there. It is very clean and well looked after,
there are many toys and resources. The staff really do care about the children. I get a progress report almost every day, and I really like that they keep a progress book on each child and make sure they are individually reaching their own goals and their needs are met.
They do so many activities, theatre bugs is a particular favourite with my son, and he enjoys the French lessons too, he is also constantly bringing his drawings and paintings home. The security system they have in place is also very good, and all the staff know who you are (and always say hello which is lovely). He is about to leave to go to school but I will be sending my 16 month old daughter there very soon.

My son was scared of nursery at first as it was new. They made him very welcome and now he loves it. The staff genuinely care about the welfare of the children which is lovely, they always sing and play. My son has grown in so many ways since being here. All round it's a great Nursery.

I love the nursery, I can see the progression that my daughter has made. My daughter really loves her keyworker and looks forward to going to nursery each day to see her and her friends. My daughter likes the meals and enjoys drawing pictures which she brings home daily.

My son's nursery is a fantastic setting for children. Especially babies room where my son is now. The nursery is clean and spacious. The staff members are very friendly. The other children seem very happy there too.

We are very pleased with the care that our daughter is receiving at the nursery. We are given feedback everyday on the progress of our daughter. The nursery is clean and organised, there is a lot of activities and stimulation given to our daughter. So we drop her off and do not worry because she is
in safe hands.

My son is attending Wembley nursery since he was 9 months and he really enjoys his time here. There are lots of activities that keep him occupied. The staff are friendly and feedback I receive at the end of the day is valuable. He is not a very good eater at home but finishes all his meals in the nursery.


My youngest son is due to start this nursery soon and the only drawback for me is that there is no sibling discount. Paying full time for two kids under 3 is quite expensive.

I have two children attending the nursery. Facilities are suitable. I do not get any feedback from preschool as I was expecting, so I do not know what my child does every day. This could be improved. My youngest has not settled in well yet, however am hoping this will change. Food is good with plenty
of variety.

My daughter has been going to the nursery for more than a year now and I am satisfied with the nursery, just that it is slightly inconvenient for people living close to Wembley central.
But in terms of services, care, staff etc I would recommend this nursery.

This is an excellent nursery especially pre-school. I find the nursery has a very family orientated environment and I am confident in the care my child receives.


I find the staff to be very friendly and accommodating especially management and pre school team. Since my child has attended the nursery

in the last 11 months, I have notice her development and social skills have come on leaps. She's now very confident which I feel will help her when she moves on to school.


I am also pleased with the freshly prepared and cooked meals provided, especially as my child is a very fussy eater. The chef always seem to accommodate her needs.


I would definitely recommend this nursery to any parents, as you would never find a nursery which provides better child care than this one.

My daughter has been at Wembley since September 2015. She has settled in nicely to nursery and made friends. She has recently moved up to pre-school and is really enjoying it. She has come on leaps and bounds in her development. The staff are very friendly and informative at the nursery and do regular
development checks with you regarding your child's progress and milestones. The children get healthy meal options plus snacks throughout the day. I am very happy with my child's progress at this nursery and would happily recommend.

All the staff are really helpful and informative, they go the extra mile. Staff regularly provide development updates and work with parents to devise a development programme. The nursery provides the children with a wide a variety of choice when it comes to meals. The nursery is also extremely clean

This is an excellent nursery and pre school. Rooms are kept clean and tidy, there is a lovely and spacious outdoor area. The staff are very friendly and professional and caring. They do help children with their literacy and numeracy skills development through games and activities. Overall I would recommend
