Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery and Preschool

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Wembley since she was ten months old. This nursery is outstanding - the staff are so friendly and follow policies and procedures. My daughter is always safe and she has learnt so much following the early years foundation stage framework. I want to say a special thank you to the best leadership team staff. I believe they run the nursery so well. It is a positive environment for children, parents and staff. I would like to thank all the staff who have worked with my daughter. Thank you all for being amazing educators and being such great role models in my daughter's life. All your hard work does not go unappreciated.

The nursery has always provided a happy environment for our child, but the improvements made and standards achieved over the last 12 months have been brilliant. A superb and committed staff team led by great and innovative management means that our child is both mentally and physically stimulated to achieve AND enjoy.

It is a really nice nursery. Staff are professionals and are taking good care of children. Management is very invested to create a good environment for the children.

I am very pleased and happy with the way my daughter has progressed in the babies room, she's adapted very well to the teachers and has a very good bond with the other children, she has learnt so much within her second week of her starting and I feel she will learn so much in the near future. I have also been welcomed so much by the staff and the manager of this nursery, she is very understanding and has a very positive attitude towards the progression of my daughter's well being.

We love Bright Horizons Wembley. My son loves going to preschool, he has learned so much and looks forward to seeing his teachers and friends. The staff have been great and made us feel incredibly confident and comfortable. In particular, the manager’s attention to detail and genuine kindness has made this school a place I recommend to friends and family for their own children.

I have an extremely positive experience of this nursery. Since joining at 15 months my daughter has really come a long way in her development in terms of her personality, vocal and cognitive aspects. I attribute this to the fantastic staff who are very children-centric and really spend time getting to you know your child, tailoring activities through the day that meets her (and other children's) needs. I'm very encouraged by their most recent nursery manager who has brought a great amount of energy and rigour in her approach - always accessible and ready to listen and act upon parents' views. She has a real passion for childcare and it shines through. Likewise, I am very happy with her key worker in the small toddler room/under 2s. She's attentive, caring and very hands on. My daughter has learnt to form sentences, count to 10+ and understand nature and the world around her. The chef is great, delicious meals with a varied menu. My daughter loves the food there. Thank you to all the team.

The food is great and they can accommodate any dietary needs. The management team are really good and friendly. It’s an excellent environment for children to go and feel safe.

The staff are chatty and friendly and I could chat to them for a long time. The management has a solution to every problem and they are so approachable but most of all, they listen to parents. An absolutely lovely nursery!

I would extremely recommend this nursery. Staff are brilliant and my niece is so happy to go there that she even talks about going on her days off. When I go and collect her, she is always happy to show me something she has created. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. They give great feedback about what activities she has done throughout the day and show passion in their work. The room is very presentable and tidy.

The staff are lovely. All have paid close attention to my son's needs and have always provided feedback when necessary. One staff member is new and went out of her way to introduce herself to me and let me know she would be working closely with my son.

On a recent trip with the children and staff, I was extremely impressed, safeguarding was paramount and the children's behaviour was outstanding. WELL DONE!

Settling in a child in nursery is never an easy task. However, the staff at Bright Horizons Wembley have always made us feel reassured that our child was in good hands from the very beginning. They have always been caring, understanding, flexible and most importantly honest towards us and our child. The staff are amazing and treat each child in a respectful and individual way. They provide them with lots of exciting and interesting activities and sometimes even include the parents; which is a nice way to mix with other children/parents and staff. Food choices are always great, nutritious and take into consideration each child's dietary requirements. Facilities are great, clean and modern. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone around the area!

Our twins get upset when they realise that there is no nursery and it’s a holiday. I cannot praise the staff enough for all that they have done for our boys. If you are looking for a place for your little ones, I would unreservedly recommend Bright Horizons in Wembley. The staff are brilliant, dedicated, friendly and caring.

We are very sad to be leaving the nursery as my daughter has enjoyed her time here. She has made many friends and enjoys the activities. The staff were very helpful and caring when my daughter was first settling in. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Managers are friendly and know the children so well, which is good to see. Their facilities are great but most of all, it's a wonderful 'home away from home' environment. Brilliant!!
