Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery and Preschool (formerly Wembley Willow Tree) is situated in Hirst Crescent, just off East Lane in North Wembley, within walking distance of North Wembley tube station giving direct access to central London.

They have a fantastic staff team who are caring and committed to the wellbeing and development of all children.

The purpose-built nursery is modeled in a child-centered way to encourage children to develop their independence and confidence. They have three large outdoor play areas (including a mud kitchen), a designated buggy area and a dedicated activity room for your child to explore and discover.

The nursery has bright and spacious rooms for each age group and staff encourage learning through fun play. The nursery focuses on encouraging children’s independence and choice to support their learning and development.

As well as offering the Growing Enhancements including Growing Writers, Readers and Mathematicians, the nursery offers a wide range of extracurricular activities including French, Numberfit and Theatrebugs which the children love!

For your convenience, they provide an all-inclusive service including meals, snacks, milk and nappies.

I am very pleased and happy with the way my daughter has progressed in the babies room, she's adapted very well to the teachers and has a very good bond with the other children, she has learnt so much within her second week of her starting and I feel she will learn so much in the near future. I have

I have an extremely positive experience of this nursery. Since joining at 15 months my daughter has really come a long way in her development in terms of her personality, vocal and cognitive aspects. I attribute this to the fantastic staff who are very children-centric and really spend time getting
to you know your child, tailoring activities through the day that meets her (and other children's) needs. I'm very encouraged by their most recent nursery manager who has brought a great amount of energy and rigour in her approach - always accessible and ready to listen and act upon parents' views. She has a real passion for childcare and it shines through. Likewise, I am very happy with her key worker in the small toddler room/under 2s. She's attentive, caring and very hands on. My daughter has learnt to form sentences, count to 10+ and understand nature and the world around her. The chef is great, delicious meals with a varied menu. My daughter loves the food there. Thank you to all the team.

My grandson has started in the baby room and every time we pull up by the nursery, he smiles and points to the building. The staff are very friendly and he loves all the staff in the baby room. He sometimes cries when I drop him off but the staff are always quick to comfort him and I leave happy and
secure that he is ok.
The food is great and they can accommodate any dietary needs. The management team are really good and friendly. It’s an excellent environment for children to go and feel safe.

My grandson loves his nursery! Every day he comes home learning something new. The staff are very attuned to his needs and ensure that his needs are being met. Any issues the nursery always call. The staff are lovely and always honest. My grandson can be a bit cheeky and the staff tell us when he’s
had good days and when he’s had not so good days. Either way, their honesty is always appreciated, which was very important for my daughter when picking a nursery.
Their security is brilliant. They have two doors you have to wait to be buzzed through and they check ID for anyone who they don’t know. I have picked up a few times, once someone didn’t recognise me. I was asked for my ID, personal password and someone from the baby room came out to verify who I was.
The staff are chatty and friendly and I could chat to them for a long time. The management has a solution to every problem and they are so approachable but most of all, they listen to parents. An absolutely lovely nursery!

I would extremely recommend this nursery. Staff are brilliant and my niece is so happy to go there that she even talks about going on her days off. When I go and collect her, she is always happy to show me something she has created. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. They give great feedback about

My son will be leaving in the next few months to start school in September. He has lots of friends at nursery, he enjoys the activities provided, especially Number Fit!
I have been using this nursery for many years (since 2012 - my oldest child also attended here), so I have seen a few changes with
staff and management! I have to say the current team are friendly and supportive, their dedication to the children is superb. They have worked with us (parents) to academically prepare our son for big school.
On a recent trip with the children and staff, I was extremely impressed, safeguarding was paramount and the children's behaviour was outstanding. WELL DONE!

Settling in a child in nursery is never an easy task. However, the staff at Bright Horizons Wembley have always made us feel reassured that our child was in good hands from the very beginning. They have always been caring, understanding, flexible and most importantly honest towards us and our child.
The staff are amazing and treat each child in a respectful and individual way. They provide them with lots of exciting and interesting activities and sometimes even include the parents; which is a nice way to mix with other children/parents and staff. Food choices are always great, nutritious and take into consideration each child's dietary requirements. Facilities are great, clean and modern. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone around the area!

We have twin boys who began attending Bright Horizons (Wembley) in September 2017.
We looked at several nurseries before deciding to go with Bright Horizons. We are so pleased with our decision.
The staff are very supportive and manage to bring out the best in our twins. They regularly let us know
how our boys are progressing and we can see this ourselves at home.
Our twins can be rather boisterous, but the staff approach them with a professional, friendly and positive manner. They have made amazing strides with their learning abilities thanks to the patience and dedication shown by everyone at the Day Nursery.
Our twins get upset when they realise that there is no nursery and it’s a holiday. I cannot praise the staff enough for all that they have done for our boys. If you are looking for a place for your little ones, I would unreservedly recommend Bright Horizons in Wembley. The staff are brilliant, dedicated, friendly and caring.

I felt awful putting my child in nursery, but the staff at Bright Horizons Wembley were so understanding to my situation and my anxiety of leaving my child. I called them during the day, but they were able to email photos of my child playing and learning to ease my worry. I must have bothered them with
so many phone calls, but they were always so gracious and accommodating.
My child now smiles and claps as we approach nursery and has made a couple of friends, which is lovely. Staff are honest and tell me if he hasn't had a great day, which I appreciate.
Managers are friendly and know the children so well, which is good to see. Their facilities are great but most of all, it's a wonderful 'home away from home' environment. Brilliant!!

My son has started in the Baby Room and he couldn't be happier. He smiles at his key worker as soon as he sees her. It's so reassuring as a first time Father, especially after making the decision to place him full time. I can already see the difference it's making, with his physical development and
social development. The new management team are very approachable and understanding. Everyone is so friendly and staff acknowledge all children when they come in. I love that the babies have their own little garden. Will be great to see what plans the staff will roll out. Makes me feel very secure in the knowledge, my son is in good hands.

The nursery is an excellent start to life for any child. My eldest son attended and now my youngest son (3) has been attending since he was 18 months old. The staff are excellent, I cannot fault them. The care and kindness they show to the children is second to none. It gives me such peace of mind when
I am at work that my son is being very well looked after. Since starting pre-school class in January his development has come on in leaps and bounds. The deputy manager is especially amazing her kindness has touched all of our hearts at home.
