Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery and Preschool

The team are simply fantastic. They show endless dedication, care and support for my daughter's wellbeing and development. As a first-time parent, they have supported me through key milestones. The team at Bright Horizons Wembley have become an important integral part of mine and my daughter's lives. She looks forward every day to spending time with them and I couldn't trust anyone more than I trust them. I highly recommend it!

The staff at Bright Horizon Wembley are great and always care for my daughter. We've been with them since 2019 and cannot find them a fault. They show dedication and my daughter is so happy to be there. They create a lovely, fun and warm environment for the children and they are true 'kids' lovers', which in my opinion is one of the most important characteristics for people working in a school setting. Thank you to the manager and the wider team.

As a parent, it is a scary time when choosing a nursery for your child. I have had the best experience possible as my son settled in this month. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and you can feel the love and passion they have for their jobs. The manager of the nursery is exceptional and made me feel reassured through this time. I am very happy with the nursery and knowing my son is learning and growing in such a warm environment.

My daughter started at the nursery full-time 5 days a week from August 2020, in the midst of the pandemic. Despite not being able to go inside the nursery due to covid restrictions the staff made the settling-in period as stress-free as possible and my daughter settled into nursery life quickly. She has absolutely blossomed during her time at nursery, with her learning supported by fantastic, dedicated staff. She runs into the nursery every morning with a smile on her face! Communication has been great throughout her time at nursery, both in terms of contact from the nursery management team and her key workers. My daughter is leaving the nursery as we are relocating but I could not recommend this nursery highly enough.

I have tried to find another nursery purely because of the distance from home but nothing has compared which is why we are willing to travel to ensure we get the best care for my son.

My daughter is happy to go into nursery every day and happy when I pick her up. Couldn’t ask for much more. She eats well, sleeps well, learns well. She loves the staff. My son was also the same. In the 4 years, I have known this nursery I am overall happy with what they provide. The main thing being happiness, love and care to my children.

The nursery management is very poor and we have had a lot of issues in the past two years. Especially in the pandemic where they charged us for the days where they did not provide childcare. Their complaints team usually don't respond and the nursery manager does not always give correct advice in accordance with their policies - we have proved this to them using their own emails. We spent weeks arguing and asking for the days back which they overcharged during the pandemic.

They also don't transfer kids to the next age group until four months after their birthday so the kids may spend a lot of time with much younger kids which can delay their learning and development.

It's very disappointing because they provide good childcare overall.

My daughter loves attending this nursery and has really improved in her speech and confidence. The staff there are very friendly and welcoming. They are very attentive and keep me well informed about my daughter's daily activities and progress.

Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery and Preschool is a great place for my child to play and learn. The staff are absolutely amazing and very helpful. They helped us a lot with our diabetic child. Our son loves his caring teachers and every morning he is so happy to go to nursery. I know he is very well looked after whilst in there and it is the most important thing for me. I would highly recommend Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery and Preschool to anyone.

On the important side, my daughter is certainly happier and I can see the positive impact it has on her. She is more sociable, interactive and has a higher tendency to learn new things.

My son is really happy at this nursery since he joined in November, he is very settled and walks in every morning without crying and I can see that he loves the staff. The staff are really caring and take good care of the children. I have nothing negative to say about the nursery. I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents!

My 2-year-old son enjoys nursery very much, he looks forward to going and doesn't even look back! The nursery always provides daily feedback and have taken extra precautions during COVID times. I trust that my son is in capable hands, and is always well behaved. He has learned a great deal and the nursery always does fun and engaging activities to help the children learn and grow.

My grandson has been attending for near on 6 months and his development is coming on in leaps and bounds! The team are brilliant and have such beautiful activities planned for the children. Families are kept regularly updated which we really appreciate. I would highly recommend Wembley Day Nursery and Preschool to anyone.

Our son has been attending since he was 10 months old and he is now 2.5, we cannot fault the nursery. As a parent leaving your child with anyone is scary but leaving him here we have no worries, it's like his 2nd home. With lots of activities, garden time and yummy food he has the best time. Feedback is always provided as well as advice eg potty training. If we have had any questions the team are always proactive at getting back to us and reassuring about our son's progress.

A brilliant nursery with an amazing staff team. Activities are well thought of and the learning is evident. Staff are very attentive and have an amazing bond with my son. Management is excellent and very easily contactable should you need them. I very much look forward to their Friday Feedbacks with the highlights of their week!

Very worrying experience sending your little ones to nursery. Bright Horizons Wembley are brilliant. They keep you updated even through the pandemic and care for the children and help them progress. Good meals provided too on site. I am very happy and would recommend.

Amazing nursery with lovely caring staff. Our daughter attended from the age of nine months and always had a great time there. One of the best nurseries we have seen.

My two children attend this nursery and are extremely happy. The staff are attentive and they have a wide range of activities for the children. My children have great healthy bonds with their key carers and they do everything they can to prepare them for school. The management team are approachable and friendly. I’m very happy about leaving my children here.

The nursery managers are really friendly and always so welcoming.
