Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery and Preschool (formerly Wembley Willow Tree) is situated in Hirst Crescent, just off East Lane in North Wembley, within walking distance of North Wembley tube station giving direct access to central London.

They have a fantastic staff team who are caring and committed to the wellbeing and development of all children.

The purpose-built nursery is modeled in a child-centered way to encourage children to develop their independence and confidence. They have three large outdoor play areas (including a mud kitchen), a designated buggy area and a dedicated activity room for your child to explore and discover.

The nursery has bright and spacious rooms for each age group and staff encourage learning through fun play. The nursery focuses on encouraging children’s independence and choice to support their learning and development.

As well as offering the Growing Enhancements including Growing Writers, Readers and Mathematicians, the nursery offers a wide range of extracurricular activities including French, Numberfit and Theatrebugs which the children love!

For your convenience, they provide an all-inclusive service including meals, snacks, milk and nappies.

Thank you so much bright horizons Wembley! Both of my children attended bright horizons Wembley, and my eldest who moved half way through nursery from another nursery to this one it was made clear what a wonderful place this is. My second attended from 1 year until primary school age.
All members
of staff here are superb, I never met anyone here that didn't want the best for your child and would do anything to achieve this. The kindness, friendliness and love that was shown over the years to my children is unmatched. Not only did I always feel happy and comfortable leaving my children in their care, but I also knew the basis of a invaluable education was being put in place and both of my children have now moved onto primary school confident young persons, and I'm sure a lot of this is down to the start they had at bright horizons Wembley. A special mention for the nursery manager with words I cannot speak highly enough of and came to think of as a friend.This place is 1 in a million!

No amount of words can truly reflect our gratitude for looking after our daughter. Leaving your child is extremely difficult and nothing could have prepared me for it. The more I got to know the staff at Wembley and see first hand the care, attentiveness and love they give to my daughter, my anxiety
melted away leaving me feeling at ease.
Dropping her off in the morning in her preschool room, seeing how happy she is to be there and have her morning hugs from the staff makes me feel so comfortable. Her key person is a fantastic practitioner and always presents herself professionally and I feel I can approach her with anything and she will listen. Another practitioner in her room is always very informative with her handovers and showing care for my daughter and goes the extra mile to make my daughter feel included in our drop off chats. I would like to say a big thank you to the nursery for all the care they give my daughter since starting at Wembley.

Sending my 18-month-old daughter to this nursery has been the best decision I've made. She has been attending for three months, and I can't thank the staff enough. It took her just 10 days to settle in, and she has been incredibly happy ever since. Every morning she wakes up excited to go, which speaks
volumes about the love and care she receives. The food is nutritious-she eats little at home now, yet her growth, development, and bowel health are excellent. The teachers (Ayla, Zoe, Jane, Norma, and others) are warm, attentive, and supportive, and Laura and Amy at the office are wonderfully helpful. The app is fantastic-I can see what she eats, how long she naps, and her diaper changes. The facilities are excellent, and the children are taught in a way that's perfectly suited to their age and developmental stage. I am truly delighted with this nursery and have already recommended it to friends. It's rare to find an organization that inspires so much trust and joy.

I recommend Bright Horizons - Wembley to fellow parents, if you are looking for a nursery this is the one. I've had a wonderful experience there. The staff is not only well-qualified but also truly compassionate, creating a warm and nurturing environment for our children. My child has settled in very
quickly and loves going to nursery at Bright Horizons - Wembley.
The facility is immaculate, with strict safety measures in place, ensuring a secure and healthy setting. Their engaging, age-appropriate curriculum contributes significantly to my child's cognitive, social, and emotional development.

My twins have attended Bright Horizons since they were 10 months old, I cannot say a bad word. What stands out most is how they've created an environment that genuinely feels like an extension of our family.
The consistency and retention of staff speak volumes about the nursery. Remarkably, some of
the same staff who looked after my oldest child 12 years ago continue to work there today. This level of staff loyalty is rare in childcare and creates a stable, nurturing environment where children and parents alike feel secure.
I'm a mum with a disability - chronic Pain Disorder, I've been deeply touched by how the staff regularly check in on me if I haven't been seen for a while. This thoughtfulness demonstrates their commitment to caring for the whole family, not just the children in their charge.
Staff are always available to discuss any concerns about my twins' development or wellbeing. They take my input seriously and work collaboratively to address any issues that arise.

Where to begin... being a first time mother and leaving your baby in an unfamiliar place can be incredibly daunting and I made sure I did my research on the surrounding nurseries in the area prior to joining. I cannot thank the management and staff enough for the transition. They were accommodating
with the settling sessions, informative, responsive to questions and overall, has been a comforting experience so far. My child has been going to this nursery for almost ten months now and she absolutely loves it. We are both always greeted with smiles from all staff and my daughter has taken really well to them. It brings me a lot of comfort knowing she is well taken care of, enjoys her time there and is learning so much. A special mention to the chefs as well who produces such nice and fresh meals for the children every day. I highly recommend this nursery.

Leaving your child to return to work is tough, but Bright Horizons made the transition much easier. Our experience has been absolutely wonderful!
The nursery is led by management who are exceptional in every way. They are incredibly approachable, friendly, and always ready to accommodate any of our
needs.
The entire staff are amazing, building strong relationships not only with my son but also with our whole family. They greet us with smiles and conversations, making it easy to get to know everyone.
They have become like family to my son, providing care and love of the highest standard. Special thanks go to the staff, his key workers and second mums, as well as to two staff members in particular who have been like special aunties to him.
I wholeheartedly love this nursery and cannot recommend it enough.

Bright Horizons - Wembley is a fantastic nursery! My son started nursery at 11 months old. I was so anxious for my son to go to nursery when I returned to work, but they all went above and beyond to reassure me. It is hard to entrust your child into the care of others, but from the very first day, I
feel very comfortable leaving my child there. The whole management team and staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects, always smiling! They are without doubt the best, from the learning facilities and the care that goes into each child individually, to the awesome resources. They have a lovely choice of food menu. There are lots of different activities, with a great outdoor area and the cleanliness is brilliant too. So thank you everyone at Bright Horizons for nurturing and teaching our precious boy and for being totally awesome. We have nothing but positive comments and praise for the experience we have had. They have been outstanding from the very first time we visited them for a viewing. Our son settled over two weeks, it did not feel rushed or abrupt, as parents we were just as supportive as our son. The nursery communicated
fabulously and dealt very well with the questions we had and our ‘check-in’ phone calls. We were expecting the process to be hard in terms of separation anxiety, our son settled quickly and I think that is a testament to the fantastic efforts of the staff here. They put us at ease and our son loves going to nursery. They make a constant effort to keep us informed, they take the time to speak to us about our son daily and they make an extra effort to ensure his needs are met. They are so respectful of our views and concerns, they involve us in decisions about nursery activities and naps as much as possible. We feel very grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our son.

I would highly recommend Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery and Preschool. My son started nursery at the age of 1 and has been there nearly for a year now. He loves going to nursery and all staff are amazing! Great to see how happy our son is when he walks to nursery. Fresh food is provided daily and
a variety of food is available there. Staff are really working on children's development and are super friendly and helpful. It was very difficult to choose a nursery for our first baby boy and as soon as I stepped in Bright Horizons Wembley Nursery, it felt right and the best choice I’ve made for my son. They also have a lot of play time outside in the play garden. Lots of play, exploring and learning activities as well as relaxing/sleeping time. Thank you all staff for being so great!

Honestly, I cannot vouch enough for this nursery. I was very skeptical to begin with, just as any parent would be, but now my daughter has been going here for the past 2 and half years, she loves it and always wants to attend even on weekends. The great thing is they have an app to update information
about your child. My daughter has learnt so much from here, always coming home with bright new words and the entire team are just so lovely. Highly recommended to send your children here. Great location and great for parking for pick-up and drop-off.

Wembley, Bright Horizons is a fantastic nursery. The management team are wonderful, both the manager and deputy manager are extremely helpful and approachable and clearly make every effort to know the children in their care. The staff, in general, are lovely, proactive and helpful. Their support during
the settling in period (especially for my eldest, which was during lockdown) was very much appreciated. They also worked tirelessly during the pandemic, to keep the nursery open with minimal disruption, which should be applauded. It's a wonderful nursery. Highly recommend!

The team are simply fantastic. They show endless dedication, care and support for my daughter's wellbeing and development. As a first-time parent, they have supported me through key milestones. The staff at Bright Horizon Wembley are great and always care for my daughter. We've been with them since 2019 and cannot find them a fault. They show dedication and my daughter is so happy to be there. They create a lovely, fun and warm environment for the children and they are true 'kids' lovers',
which in my opinion is one of the most important characteristics for people working in a school setting. Thank you to the manager and the wider team.
