Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery and Preschool

As a first time mum, I was dreading leaving my son in a setting that wasn't just unfamiliar to him but myself aswell. I did a huge amount of research and went to several viewings of different nurseries but nothing compared to this one and I just had a great feeling about it when I viewed it twice. My son is now one and a half and has been at this nursery since he was 9 months old and he couldn't be happier. I can't thank the staff enough for being so friendly, patient and for helping my son develop and achieve major milestones. I 100% recommend them.

My little boy is four and he's been at bright horizons for a couple of years now and he couldn't be happier there. The staff are all so helpful, patient and friendly, all milestones have been celebrated with them. And any further support we need has been dealt with the utmost professionalism and an 'on it straight away' attitude which is amazing, so a big thank you to all the staff.

All members of staff here are superb, I never met anyone here that didn't want the best for your child and would do anything to achieve this. The kindness, friendliness and love that was shown over the years to my children is unmatched. Not only did I always feel happy and comfortable leaving my children in their care, but I also knew the basis of a invaluable education was being put in place and both of my children have now moved onto primary school confident young persons, and I'm sure a lot of this is down to the start they had at bright horizons Wembley. A special mention for the nursery manager with words I cannot speak highly enough of and came to think of as a friend.This place is 1 in a million!

Dropping her off in the morning in her preschool room, seeing how happy she is to be there and have her morning hugs from the staff makes me feel so comfortable. Her key person is a fantastic practitioner and always presents herself professionally and I feel I can approach her with anything and she will listen. Another practitioner in her room is always very informative with her handovers and showing care for my daughter and goes the extra mile to make my daughter feel included in our drop off chats. I would like to say a big thank you to the nursery for all the care they give my daughter since starting at Wembley.

Sending my 18-month-old daughter to this nursery has been the best decision I've made. She has been attending for three months, and I can't thank the staff enough. It took her just 10 days to settle in, and she has been incredibly happy ever since. Every morning she wakes up excited to go, which speaks volumes about the love and care she receives. The food is nutritious-she eats little at home now, yet her growth, development, and bowel health are excellent. The teachers (Ayla, Zoe, Jane, Norma, and others) are warm, attentive, and supportive, and Laura and Amy at the office are wonderfully helpful. The app is fantastic-I can see what she eats, how long she naps, and her diaper changes. The facilities are excellent, and the children are taught in a way that's perfectly suited to their age and developmental stage. I am truly delighted with this nursery and have already recommended it to friends. It's rare to find an organization that inspires so much trust and joy.

Excellent nursery, amazing staff my child started at 12 months and has had an amazing 5 years at this nursery , will be sad to leave a place that you feel relaxed leaving your child in such a great environment, thanks to all the staff at this branch and good management

Very very helpful and supportive staff and management towards children and parents. Always available to ask any questions or any concerns we might have as parents. Always keeps the parents informed a out what is happening in the nursery. Very good nursery to be for all children

Staff are always available to discuss any concerns about my twins' development or wellbeing. They take my input seriously and work collaboratively to address any issues that arise.

Where to begin... being a first time mother and leaving your baby in an unfamiliar place can be incredibly daunting and I made sure I did my research on the surrounding nurseries in the area prior to joining. I cannot thank the management and staff enough for the transition. They were accommodating with the settling sessions, informative, responsive to questions and overall, has been a comforting experience so far. My child has been going to this nursery for almost ten months now and she absolutely loves it. We are both always greeted with smiles from all staff and my daughter has taken really well to them. It brings me a lot of comfort knowing she is well taken care of, enjoys her time there and is learning so much. A special mention to the chefs as well who produces such nice and fresh meals for the children every day. I highly recommend this nursery.

Bright Horizons - Wembley is a fantastic nursery! My son started nursery at 11 months old. I was so anxious for my son to go to nursery when I returned to work, but they all went above and beyond to reassure me. It is hard to entrust your child into the care of others, but from the very first day, I feel very comfortable leaving my child there. The whole management team and staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects, always smiling! They are without doubt the best, from the learning facilities and the care that goes into each child individually, to the awesome resources. They have a lovely choice of food menu. There are lots of different activities, with a great outdoor area and the cleanliness is brilliant too. So thank you everyone at Bright Horizons for nurturing and teaching our precious boy and for being totally awesome. I have no hesitation in recommending this nursery and its wonderful staff to everyone. I am pleased we picked Bright Horizons for our son.

We have nothing but positive comments and praise for the experience we have had. They have been outstanding from the very first time we visited them for a viewing. Our son settled over two weeks, it did not feel rushed or abrupt, as parents we were just as supportive as our son. The nursery communicated fabulously and dealt very well with the questions we had and our ‘check-in’ phone calls. We were expecting the process to be hard in terms of separation anxiety, our son settled quickly and I think that is a testament to the fantastic efforts of the staff here. They put us at ease and our son loves going to nursery. They make a constant effort to keep us informed, they take the time to speak to us about our son daily and they make an extra effort to ensure his needs are met. They are so respectful of our views and concerns, they involve us in decisions about nursery activities and naps as much as possible. We feel very grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our son.

I would highly recommend Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery and Preschool. My son started nursery at the age of 1 and has been there nearly for a year now. He loves going to nursery and all staff are amazing! Great to see how happy our son is when he walks to nursery. Fresh food is provided daily and a variety of food is available there. Staff are really working on children's development and are super friendly and helpful. It was very difficult to choose a nursery for our first baby boy and as soon as I stepped in Bright Horizons Wembley Nursery, it felt right and the best choice I’ve made for my son. They also have a lot of play time outside in the play garden. Lots of play, exploring and learning activities as well as relaxing/sleeping time. Thank you all staff for being so great!

My niece attends Bright Horizons Wembley, and it is amazing. All staff from the top to the bottom are amazing. Nothing is too much. My niece loves it. The management team are amazing, from the manager, deputy and third in charge. They are doing an amazing job preparing her for school in September. Thank you all so much.

Honestly, I cannot vouch enough for this nursery. I was very skeptical to begin with, just as any parent would be, but now my daughter has been going here for the past 2 and half years, she loves it and always wants to attend even on weekends. The great thing is they have an app to update information about your child. My daughter has learnt so much from here, always coming home with bright new words and the entire team are just so lovely. Highly recommended to send your children here. Great location and great for parking for pick-up and drop-off.

Overall, my son's experience at the nursery has been amazing. The staff at the nursery are wonderful, cheerful and lovely. The management team are the best and I wish he could stay at the nursery longer, this has to be the best nursery my children have been to.

Wembley, Bright Horizons is a fantastic nursery. The management team are wonderful, both the manager and deputy manager are extremely helpful and approachable and clearly make every effort to know the children in their care. The staff, in general, are lovely, proactive and helpful. Their support during the settling in period (especially for my eldest, which was during lockdown) was very much appreciated. They also worked tirelessly during the pandemic, to keep the nursery open with minimal disruption, which should be applauded. It's a wonderful nursery. Highly recommend!

This nursery has provided my granddaughter with the best possible start. The manager and team are proactive and take time and care to know the children and love them like they are their own. What more could you ask for!

This is a wonderful nursery. I am always kept up to date on my Child's progress and what they have been learning. The staff are brilliant and always willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommend this nursery.
