Co-op Childcare Hounslow

My son has been attending this nursery since he was one year old. He has been in two of the three rooms so far and has made excellent connections with the staff. He is always very happy and clean when we collect him. His development has been positively supported and boosted by attending here. Compared to his peers who do not go to nursery, the difference is stark. I am happy with the wide variety of healthy meals and snacks served and the push for the children to develop their independence during meal times and throughout the day. I definitely recommend this nursery and give a big shout out to my son’s key worker and her team for their continued efforts with supporting his development.

I would like to recommend Co-operative Childcare to other parents and carers, who are looking for childcare for their children. I have been using Co-operative Childcare for over 5 years now, for my two children, and I am very happy with the service being provided. The environment is so positive and the staff is so friendly too. They all do their best to provide the best possible childcare to their children in their setting. The manager is also very nice and listens to one's needs. My kids love to come to the nursery and are doing really well in all their areas of learning. The nursery is of decent size and has a very big garden attached to all the three different rooms of the nursery. Food provided at the nursery is really healthy and fresh and pudding/fruit/yoghurt is given after every meal. It's such a fun place for my kids and I am confident sending them as I know they are happy and safe there.

My daughter settled well in the nursery and now she loves to go to nursery every day. My daughter learnt new skills and enjoys activities led by carers and also love outdoor activities. The staff takes good care of children and management are excellent and ready to help whenever you need. I would definitely recommend The Co-operative to other parents.

Brilliant nursery, my daughter loves it and has excelled since starting there just over 2 years ago. Teachers are lovely and very welcoming.

This May will be a year for my son attending nursery. Nursery helped my son with his speech and he’s speaking a lot more now. Also, the routines and activities help him a lot. The nursery does special events and involves the parents with the kids and that’s really amazing as you get to meet everyone and have some fun time together. The staff puts in a lot of effort and they are really amazing. Thank you, everyone.

The staff are always reassuring and helpful. The children are well looked after and always safe.

An absolutely brilliant nursery, my daughter loves attending here. Since she started back in October 2017 I have noticed a huge difference; the once quiet, shy little girl has now become a bubbly 3 year old who has gained so much confidence all down to the teachers who have helped me bring her out of her shell. The teachers and staff are so welcoming and friendly, I do not have 1 bad thing to say. I would 100% recommend this nursery.

My son has been going here for over a year and a half and has SEN needs. They have been brilliant and he has formed a close relationship with staff. They praise him all the time and it’s nice to hear positive feedback. The management are very nice and do help you whenever needed.

It's very daunting sending your first child to nursery and leaving them in the hands of complete strangers. As soon as I walked through the door of The Co-operative Childcare Hounslow I felt at ease! I saw the place was secure, the children there were all running around and enjoying themselves. There were lots of different activities for the children to do and the food cooked there looked delicious!

My daughter has been at the nursery for over a year now and has grown into a confident and talented little lady! She loves her teachers, her friends, the outside space. I am so proud of how she is developing and love seeing the stuff she brings home that she has made. My second daughter will also be coming here. I couldn't recommend it more.

I have already recommended the nursery to friends and family. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. My daughter is well looked after in their care. She is happy and settled there and knowing the staff are there to support her is great.

Everything is good. Every day there is fresh food, a different menu. I recommended this nursery for another little.

The main child teacher is excellent but there is no consistency between staff. The excellence isn’t there with others nor is the communication or how they teach.

The Co-operative nursery is very clean and tidy, the food or meal they serve is good. The children are learning new skills and activities, playing games and also love outdoor activities. The management is amazing and managers are also very friendly. My kids love the nursery and enjoy. I am satisfied with the nursery and the staff.

I went to the nursery one day to collect my son, 3 hours earlier I saw a little one sitting on her own in the pre-school area and another one on his own in the toilet when everyone was outside. The one caregiver for 4 children rule has never taken place as far as I have seen. My little one was trying to show the scissors to one of the caregivers so desperately but the caregiver was chatting to a colleague about her holiday in Spain. I watched for more than 5 minutes and she didn't communicate with my little one, even when he was trying so desperately.

My little one settled into the nursery and never had any tantrums. One day I went to collect him and I had been told he had been crying and asking for me all day. No one had contacted me to let me know, even for courtesy. I complained to the manager once seriously in writing and heard nothing back. She is verbally understanding but very poor to get things sorted. Caregivers give the right answers to parents to keep them happy but they don't care for children. Caregivers just work there to get paid.

My daughter has been at this nursery for over 3 years and enjoys her time there. The management and staff are good and attentive. We will miss them when she leaves and moves on to primary school.

Each week when my daughter arrives home from nursery and it is clear she has developed new skills and gained knowledge. She is much more sociable. The nursery has been working closely with me to wean my daughter off her milk bottle. She is also in a good routine which helps me when she is at home. I am able to copy the routine she has at nursery. The regular daily updates of her meals and activities help in my planning of what I can do to help maintain her diet by introducing new meals which she has previously enjoyed that the nursery. Staff are pleasant and approachable. They go beyond their job role to ensure my daughter and I are made welcome.

My son gives all the staff a hug when he starts and when he leaves to go home.

Staff are very hardworking and caring, and it's nice to get a feeling that they genuinely care and try their best to work with me to help with my son's development and learning.

I would highly recommend this nursery. Staff are very friendly, management is extremely helpful and it’s a safe and fun atmosphere for children of all ages. Very pleased with their services! Many thanks!
