My son also loves the chef's cooking! She is always so friendly and ensures the children are well-fed with a range of cultural foods.

My son has been attending since he was 12 months old, now finishing at four years old. Amazing staff, friendly, kind and understanding. I was always able to check up on him, talk to staff when necessary and was able to leave my son there every day with no worries. Overall, an outstanding experience!

I can’t praise Co-op Childcare enough for the love and care that they have shown all 3 of my children. We as a family have been attending Co-op since 2017 and my last child will leave in July 2024. Management is so supportive. The induction and settling periods are free which is great as some nurseries in the area charge for this. I receive updates regularly via the app which is so easy to use and navigate. The staff in the rooms are amazing and they never fail me with their endless enthusiasm with regards to activities. Parents are invited in regularly for sports days, Father's days and Mother’s days. The key person system is brilliant it means you always have a constant port of call if needed! Thank you, Co-op for everything! Keep being amazing!

Lovely nursery, all the staff are friendly and helpful. My child has special needs and the staff are always patient and kind to her, also her key person did help me with a lot of her reports for her next step.

I can't praise Co-op Childcare Hounslow Day Nursery enough. The staff are amazing and always going the extra mile. The nursery itself is very clean and there are tons of educational activities. My son will literally get his shoes and coat and walk to the door in the mornings as he loves to go there so much. If there are any issues they will always let you know and they keep you updated via the app too. The food is varied and healthy too. I leave every time knowing my child is in good hands and that he is happy and learning and looked after. Would highly recommend this nursery.

This nursery is amazing. I have seen my son grow in self-confidence and able to communicate with me. The staff are very nice and they take all feedback from the parents seriously. The nursery manager is very approachable and understanding. I have seen his behaviour change at home which is good sign.

Today was my daughter's third settling in session and as a mother, I know the anxiety and stress we go through whether our child will settle down in a new environment or not. But I must say that she is already doing so well and all the credit goes to the friendly, caring and professional staff at the nursery. They have taken such good care of my daughter and me as well, understanding that this is a big change for both, the child and parents. I'm so relieved I chose this nursery for my daughter. There cannot be a better nursery than this! So far so good! They have gone above and beyond my expectations and I'm sure they will continue with their best and outstanding services. Co-op Childcare Hounslow is like a second home to my daughter. She has been going here for a year now. She loves to go to her nursery. A wonderful team of staff. A huge thank you to all of them for making her time at nursery so happy and enjoyable. I chose this nursery after visiting many others for my son in 2018 as I could see plenty of sunshine (daylight) and fresh air in big rooms for children. Both of my children really enjoyed their time here and developed a good relationship with staff. Above all the manager and staff are always keen to offer any support when required. I just have a suggestion - if there can be a different pattern of session timings that would be great. I highly recommend Co-op Childcare Hounslow to anyone who is looking for a perfect place for their children to grow.

My daughter has attended Co-op Childcare Hounslow for more than 3 years now and so far I am happy and feel secure to keep my daughter there. They are updating all the information during the day with the app. My daughter is very happy to be there too, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

It's a nice place and good staff. They inform you of all the activities the children do in the Nursery. My only concern is that it would be great if they can break the sessions and allow 3 hours sessions if required, this way we can utilise more days. Thanks.

The staff is very professional and provides timely updates about my child at the nursery as well as publish useful links for development areas to focus on. I can see many positive changes in my child ever since he joined the nursery.

My son has been there since butterflies with a gap due to Covid-19. All the staff are very informative and great with the children. He has made friends and learns something new every time with increased confidence. The app is updated daily with useful information and feedback on your child’s progress.

My son has gone to this nursery since 2019 and I have seen huge improvement in his behaviour and growth, whether it is his language or his involvement with other children, I am very happy. The staff are really good and the parent app is a great help.
