My daughter has attended this wonderful nursery since March 2025. From the very beginning, the initial meeting with Kim, the Nursery Manager, all through our settling her into the butterfly room with the help of the lovely staff and then the progression onto preschool, i cannot fault the nursery or
staff at all. They are an incredible team filled with fantastic women that work as a family to help provide a safe, loving and nurturing environment for our children as I have seen with my very own eyes. My child has excelled in her confidence in both speaking and herself, and I cannot thank the nursery enough! Every single time my child comes home from nursery and learns a new word or sentence it warms my heart and it's all due to the time spent at this nursery. The nursery is also incredible at celebrating all cultures and religions, through small events they have and host at the nursery to make children and families of all cultures and religions feel welcomed, understood and recognised.

Not had the best experience with this nursery lately. Meddling and lying staff about conditions of my children which has led to issues regarding seeing my children. Namely the team leader has been stirring trouble telling me my children have conditions then when asking for medication, being told as
their father I am not allowed. My kids were moved to this nursery without consent and whilst I am happy with their learning, the friendliness and honesty of the some of the staff there leave a lot to be desired. Preferred the other nursery my children were at due to transparency and honesty. Would not recommend.

My son has been attending Little Pioneers nursery for the last 4 months in the baby room, and its been a wonderful experience. The helped him settle in really well and are always happy to give updates if he's having a sad day. He loves the creative art projects and the huge garden to run around in.
The staff's dedication, enthusiasm is evident in how happy my son is at nursery - so much so that sometimes he refuses to leave! The detailed daily reports are so reassuring, giving me plenty of peace of mind while I'm at work. I feel confident leaving my son in their care and would recommend Little Pioneers Nursery to other parents.

My daughter started the nursery on September 2024, from the first day at baby room and now at butterflies every staff member has made her feel safe and comfortable. They create fun and creative environment and are always cuddling if my little one need it. Any worries I had in the beginning have
gone. They do a great job, I am really lucky that I found this nursery for my daughter.

I am so glad to find coop for my child. Its been a year now he is 4 this month and still going. I must say all the staff members and especially manager is friendly and so loving to my kid. They develop not only a comfortable, play friendly atmosphere for kids but also making sure that kids are
learning morally. All a parent need to feel that their kid is in safe hands so that u can feel secure mentally and trust me i feel this every time i drop him to coop. Thank you very much coop for being second parent for my kid in my absence. love u all staff.

For the past 5 months, my daughter has attended Little Pioneers nursery, and I'm very pleased with our experience. The staff's dedication, enthusiasm is evident in how happy and engaged my daughter is. I've been particularly impressed with how quickly they helped her settle in, the creative art
projects, the detailed daily reports. I feel confident leaving my daughter in their care and would recommend Little Pioneers Nursery to other parents.

I am sending my third child to this nursery. I feel very comfortable with staff and management. They are professionals and they take very good care of the children. They teach a lot of everyday routine as well as academic for the age. They care a lot and they never fail to report anything out of the
usual. They organise various activities to keep the children entertained. They also teach the children to be part of a group which is vital in my opinion. It is always very nice talking to any of them and they are ready to chat. Management also is always ready to help and answer to any of my questions. Can't recommend enough. They also have a 5-star rated kitchen for cleanness and I witness that every day.

By far the best nursery we looked at.
The staff are genuinely friendly and make you feel welcome, you are allowed to come in and help your child hang up their coat and bag so it doesn't feel like they are being torn away from you at the door like other nurseries. We watch them have breakfast and
the staff are extra supportive if the boys (twins) are having a sad morning. It's nice to be able to peep through the window and see that they are quite settled.
When we collect them we are able to see the kids playing naturally and who they are playing with. They are always so happy and have even on occasion wanted to stay longer.
As a first time parent of twins, it is so nice to have this transparency and see for myself how the staff interact with the kids and how happily they play without us. For the boys, its a fun home away from home. Fantastic staff with regular events for the family and they have learnt so much and eat well.

I had the pleasure of enrolling my child at Co-op Childcare Hounslow, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff are truly dedicated, offering a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages
growth and development.
I am particularly impressed by the communication between the caregivers and parents. Regular updates and feedback make it clear that my child's well-being and progress are always a priority.
The facilities are clean, safe, and thoughtfully arranged, with plenty of space for children to play and explore. The outdoor area is a particular highlight, offering a fantastic space for children to engage with nature and physical activity.
My child has thrived in this environment, and I am so grateful to have found a childcare setting that combines care, education, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Truly outstanding!

I cannot recommend the Co-op Childcare highly enough! My daughter absolutely loves attending, and it's amazing to see how much she learns every day. The staff are simply brilliant - so caring, attentive, and supportive of each child's development. They create such a warm and nurturing environment
where children can thrive. It's clear how dedicated they are to helping the children grow and learn while making every day fun and engaging. As a parent, knowing my daughter is happy, safe, and learning so much gives me complete peace of mind. We feel so lucky to have found Co-op Childcare, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional nursery!

All staff are very friendly and they keep you updated with the developments and progress the child is making. My child enjoys his key worker and also all other staff. They look at safety as well and I love sending my son into Co-op.

The staff at the nursery are wonderful and attentive, my granddaughter loves going there, she learned so much.
The food is also very good and it's all healthy and it's cooked on the premises daily.
I would recommend this nursery 100%.

The care and development of my children is brilliant. I always feel 100% confident they will be well looked after. Communication with staff is always great.
The staff has always been considerate. In particular, The Manager has always been welcoming and helpful. She has been trying hard to keep the

I am very pleased with the nursery. Staffing levels are at the next they've been. My child loves going to nursery and I am very happy with his progress. The staff are all very friendly. The staff in the office make such an effort to greet and meet parents. Lovely to receive constant feedback with
regards to my child's daily progress.

Lovely place to have my child. They are always happy to help with any questions and always take the time although I know they are busy. All the girls that look over my son are so nice and they all love him. They took the time to include celebration from my country which makes a difference. They
update the app constantly so I know what my son is doing. They have different activities daily to develop my son’s skills. I know that he is happy there and he is in good hands.

I have two boys that attend this wondering nursery. My boys only recently started, and I am very impressed with a number of things.
Firstly, the welcome we receive each time we arrive from all the staff is very friendly and warm.
My son has recently been in hospital with seizures - I informed
the nursery, and they were straight on it, which has made me realise that this amazing nursery is an outstanding and caring one too. So, I recommend this nursery for so many different things and feel comfortable leaving my two sons in their safe hands.

My son joined this nursery when he was one year old, he thoroughly enjoyed his time at the nursery, watching him progress with learning new things and making friends was so rewarding. The staff are so friendly, always giving me updates and observations were great to read which ensured me that he was
on the right track. I always enjoyed seeing the picture updates of what he was getting up to.
My daughter joined the nursery in September 2023 and the staff have been taking great care of her. I know there have been a few changes at the nursery with staff and general layout of rooms but the team has been very professional with handling this. I always enjoy seeing the kids come home with a smile on their face because they had a great day. I definitely recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our journey with this nursery has been nothing short of amazing! From the inviting atmosphere to the dedicated staff, every aspect has exceeded my expectations.
The staff here create a warm, loving environment where children thrive. Their passion for their work is evident, making drop-offs
stress-free, knowing my son is in capable and caring hands.
The big outdoor space is amazing - allowing kids to learn through play and to explore independently whilst still being safe.
They've got lots of structured activities, from arts and crafts to story time, computer skills to writing. My son knew how to write his name before starting school. The nursery chef is lovely and provides a menu prioritising nutrition and variety and my son tried lots of new things here.
In summary, this nursery has been an extended family where my son has thrived and made great friends!
