Crystal Palace Day Nursery

Little Crystals Day Nursery has very professional staff that deal with any queries I have and are always reassuring and trusting. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else and I am so grateful for the staff that work there providing individual attention and care to each child.

Staff are very professional, the nursery is very clean and the children are happy and stimulated, it's a wonderful environment, the manager is lovely and you should be very proud of the work the staff do.

An amazing and lovely nursery. Couldn't recommend enough. All the staff know all the children's names and a warm and clean setting. My little one started over a month ago and has really settled in well. Staff listen to all your feedback and take an interest in outside activities

My nephew attended this nursery from 6 months old until he left for Primary School. Choosing a nursery was a very daunting decision for his mother and the whole family were delighted to finally find such a warm loving and welcoming nursery. The staff were all extremely passionate about their role in my nephew's life and attended to all of his needs with genuine care. The management team were fantastic and very approachable if we had any concerns. My nephew made special friendships and bonds with staff and other children, and grew in confidence. We were continuously updated with his progress and with any events which the nursery were holding. The menus were great and incorporated all cultures. I would recommend this nursery to anyone! It definitely played a huge role in our lives, I can not thank them enough.

Lovely friendly nursery where all the staff takes time to get to know your little one and the family. The nursery is well run with excellent communication using the Eylog app, there are daily observations with photos of your little one engaging in activities.

Cleaning standards are high and they provide nutritious meals which for us is important. Outside space is not big but they go on outings to the nearby parks. My little one will start next January and having that peace of mind that he will be well looked after and cared for is priceless.

I couldn’t recommend Little Crystals enough! They provide an excellent provision and have allowed my daughter to blossom whilst in their care. Their approach is extremely personalised, meaning every child receives the best care to meet their milestones. The atmosphere at Little Crystals is vibrant, friendly and filled with love. Their approach to the EYFS framework is impeccable and the staff ensure parents are aware of all progress that has been made, whilst also working with parents towards the next steps in development.

We are very happy sending our son to Little Crystals Day Nursery, where he has thrived. The staff are excellent and it is so lovely to see the relationship that he has with them and that he has formed a bond with the other children at the nursery. We enjoy seeing what he is up to throughout the day on our app and that he takes part in various activities such as painting, reading and dancing. His speech and language skills have also improved during his time at nursery. Thanks so much to everyone at Little Crystals.

I viewed many nurseries when searching for a place for my son but as soon as I walked into Little Crystals and talked to the staff I knew it was the right fit for our family. My son took a while to settle after being at home for two years but the staff were so patient and caring that he now runs in excitedly without looking back!! The staff genuinely care for your child’s development and take the time to understand your child’s individual needs. I feel confident that my son will be ready for school when it’s time to sadly leave Little Crystals.

I’m extremely happy with Little Crystals and would encourage any parent/guardian to give them a visit.

We started sending our daughter to this nursery when she was ten months old. We were originally sending our daughter to two nurseries as we could not get the days at one. The other one was rated outstanding and had lots of outdoor space but we felt they just didn’t know our daughter as well as they do at Little Crystals. For us, Little Crystals has been outstanding. The small size of baby room and the nursery overall means that the staff really do take the time to find out about each child and what works for each child in terms of encouragement and care. Communication is very regular and open. There is also a reassuringly low turnover of the staff which I feel reflects the tone set by the lovely manager and deputy manager. So pleased space opened up to allow us to send our daughter there for all days needed now.

It's been an absolute pleasure having my son attend the nursery, not only are the staff wonderful, helpful and caring, but they have made my son enjoy his time there so much. It has helped him grow, learn so many things and make lots of new friends. I would recommend anyone in the local area to give the nursery a go as my experience with them has been brilliant. A huge thank you to all the staff at the nursery!!

My daughter has attended Little Crystals for two years. She has had an incredible experience. Little Crystals provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the carers are attentive and take the time to explore each child's unique personality.

Both of my children have attended this nursery since they were babies and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. It is genuinely a 'home from home' for them. The facilities, meals and level of care are exceptional and the staff have been incredibly supportive during the settling periods for both of my children.

Both my boys attended Little Crystals with one still attending. I have since day one found this nursery to be a place where I've been completely happy to leave them. They've both enjoyed attending too. The staff are genuinely affectionate towards the children and it feels like they have a personal investment in them rather than this just being a job. They have been helpful with usual parenting issues, helped get through potty training and been supportive with my son's eye problems. They give good feedback on your child's progress and it feels like there is a really good rapport with parents. The nursery feels well managed and organised and clean and they are well fed. They've just been taken over by a small nursery company which staff are positive about and is bringing investment. There is a low staff turnover which indicates a good staff team. The building is small but I think there is enough space and it actually adds to the personal feel of the place. Definitely recommend.

You are probably reading this because you are at that anxious time where you are trying to find the very best place to leave your child - look no further because you have just struct GOLD. Little Crystals is everything you could wish for and more, the staff here are absolutely amazing and our little girl absolutely adores them! The nursery is a lovely safe, secure, clean and cared for environment. I cannot express how excited our daughter is when she knows she’s going to Little Crystals, when we started her off it was only a couple of days a week but because she loved it so much we ended up making it 4! She cannot stop talking about what she does day to day with her friends there and more important raving about her lovely teachers - To all of you at Little Crystals from the bottom of our hearts thank you so so much!

Both of our daughters attend Little Crystals, in the toddler room and baby room. They both absolutely love the nursery and the staff. We have been so happy with our experience with the nursery over the last couple of years - the communication, support and care given to the children has been consistent and excellent. It genuinely feels more like an extension of the family and both girls have flourished from their time there. We would highly recommend the nursery.

My daughter started at the nursery in 2019 and also loves it. The staff are very attuned to the individual needs of the children which I feel has helped them thrive and settle. We would highly recommend Little Crystals to other parents and I know my son will really miss going when he starts school in September.
