An amazing and lovely nursery. Couldn't recommend enough. All the staff know all the children's names and a warm and clean setting. My little one started over a month ago and has really settled in well. Staff listen to all your feedback and take an interest in outside activities

My nephew attended this nursery from 6 months old until he left for Primary School. Choosing a nursery was a very daunting decision for his mother and the whole family were delighted to finally find such a warm loving and welcoming nursery. The staff were all extremely passionate about their role in
my nephew's life and attended to all of his needs with genuine care. The management team were fantastic and very approachable if we had any concerns. My nephew made special friendships and bonds with staff and other children, and grew in confidence. We were continuously updated with his progress and with any events which the nursery were holding. The menus were great and incorporated all cultures. I would recommend this nursery to anyone! It definitely played a huge role in our lives, I can not thank them enough.

My son attended this nursery and enjoyed his days at the nursery right from the beginning to the very end. All staff members know each child and established and maintained a safe, friendly, welcoming and loving environment for my son. They also made him feel at home and most importantly allowed him
to feel safe and welcome when he was in their care which is so important for a parent/carer.
All staff members are very friendly and professional and I couldn’t thank them enough for what they have done for my son.

Lovely friendly nursery where all the staff takes time to get to know your little one and the family. The nursery is well run with excellent communication using the Eylog app, there are daily observations with photos of your little one engaging in activities.

Choosing the right nursery for your child is not an easy job as there are so many factors to consider. We could not be happier with our experience so far and I'm very greatful to the wonderful staff for being so caring and supportive. My daughter took quite some time to settle in when she started almost
2 years ago and they were amazing from day 1, communication with us parents has been exceptional, always flexible to do what is best for her. She now tells us how much fun she has at nursery and she speaks very fondly of her friends and teachers alike.
Cleaning standards are high and they provide nutritious meals which for us is important. Outside space is not big but they go on outings to the nearby parks. My little one will start next January and having that peace of mind that he will be well looked after and cared for is priceless.

I couldn’t recommend Little Crystals enough! They provide an excellent provision and have allowed my daughter to blossom whilst in their care. Their approach is extremely personalised, meaning every child receives the best care to meet their milestones. The atmosphere at Little Crystals is vibrant,

We are very happy sending our son to Little Crystals Day Nursery, where he has thrived. The staff are excellent and it is so lovely to see the relationship that he has with them and that he has formed a bond with the other children at the nursery. We enjoy seeing what he is up to throughout the day
on our app and that he takes part in various activities such as painting, reading and dancing. His speech and language skills have also improved during his time at nursery. Thanks so much to everyone at Little Crystals.

I viewed many nurseries when searching for a place for my son but as soon as I walked into Little Crystals and talked to the staff I knew it was the right fit for our family. My son took a while to settle after being at home for two years but the staff were so patient and caring that he now runs in
excitedly without looking back!! The staff genuinely care for your child’s development and take the time to understand your child’s individual needs. I feel confident that my son will be ready for school when it’s time to sadly leave Little Crystals.

My son started Little Crystals just as lockdown was lifted. He has been there for nearly 2 months and has settled in well. The staff are very attentive, caring and welcome parents feedback. They take interest in your child’s activities outside of the nursery too. As soon as you visit the nursery you
get a family feeling.

We started sending our daughter to this nursery when she was ten months old. We were originally sending our daughter to two nurseries as we could not get the days at one. The other one was rated outstanding and had lots of outdoor space but we felt they just didn’t know our daughter as well as they
do at Little Crystals. For us, Little Crystals has been outstanding. The small size of baby room and the nursery overall means that the staff really do take the time to find out about each child and what works for each child in terms of encouragement and care. Communication is very regular and open. There is also a reassuringly low turnover of the staff which I feel reflects the tone set by the lovely manager and deputy manager. So pleased space opened up to allow us to send our daughter there for all days needed now.

Little Crystals has become an extension of our family. Sending your child to nursery can be a daunting time but the care, professionalism and experience the staff at Little Crystals have shown to our son has made the experience great for him and us.
He thrives having a variety of activities to do (that
I would never think of at home) and we don’t miss out with written reports, photos and links to his developmental progression.
The staff have been great at helping with developing routines with napping when he was little to potty training and their experience has proved invaluable.
I wholly recommend Little Crystals and with our second baby on the way we have got it on the waiting list already!!

Both my boys attended Little Crystals with one still attending. I have since day one found this nursery to be a place where I've been completely happy to leave them. They've both enjoyed attending too. The staff are genuinely affectionate towards the children and it feels like they have a personal investment
in them rather than this just being a job. They have been helpful with usual parenting issues, helped get through potty training and been supportive with my son's eye problems. They give good feedback on your child's progress and it feels like there is a really good rapport with parents. The nursery feels well managed and organised and clean and they are well fed. They've just been taken over by a small nursery company which staff are positive about and is bringing investment. There is a low staff turnover which indicates a good staff team. The building is small but I think there is enough space and it actually adds to the personal feel of the place. Definitely recommend.

You are probably reading this because you are at that anxious time where you are trying to find the very best place to leave your child - look no further because you have just struct GOLD. Little Crystals is everything you could wish for and more, the staff here are absolutely amazing and our little
girl absolutely adores them! The nursery is a lovely safe, secure, clean and cared for environment. I cannot express how excited our daughter is when she knows she’s going to Little Crystals, when we started her off it was only a couple of days a week but because she loved it so much we ended up making it 4! Both of our daughters attend Little Crystals, in the toddler room and baby room. They both absolutely love the nursery and the staff. We have been so happy with our experience with the nursery over the last couple of years - the communication, support and care given to the children has been consistent
and excellent. It genuinely feels more like an extension of the family and both girls have flourished from their time there. We would highly recommend the nursery.

My son was 9 months old when he started at the nursery in 2017. It was a daunting task finding the right nursery but as soon as we visited little crystals we knew it was the right place; it felt like a home away from home. As the nursery is smaller than many of the others we had visited it felt more
friendly and welcoming. We also liked that all the children were on the same level rather than having the baby room upstairs as we had seen in other nurseries. This means children of different ages interact which was important to us. My son has thrived at little crystals, forming close relationships with both the staff and his peers
My daughter started at the nursery in 2019 and also loves it. The staff are very attuned to the individual needs of the children which I feel has helped them thrive and settle. We would highly recommend Little Crystals to other parents and I know my son will really miss going when he starts school in September.

My daughter loves little Crystals Nursery. She has been there since she was 2, she is now leaving for school. The staff are so caring and as its a small nursery all the teachers know all the children, which really adds to the warm environment. We are really happy with our daughter's experience there.

This nursery has not just been childcare for my son it is also a home, he is so happy at this nursery he has attended since he was 10 months old. I as a parent feel safe and happy to know that the amazing staff are looking after him.
The communication is outstanding, this is done through emails, handovers
when you are collecting your child, parents evenings etc.
Since returning after current time off the nursery staff have made me feel my son will be well cared for and he has settled back into the settling quickly.
I would also like to say how lovely the manager is and how the staff all follow, they have been so helpful and go above and beyond to help you, my son wouldn't be where he is now if they hadn't of given him and me the help to communicate.
