Our daughter has been to this nursery since she turned 1 and I can tell she really enjoys going there, which is reassuring as a parent. Everyone in the team provides great care and ensures parents are updated regularly throughout the app. I highly recommend this nursery.

Our son has settled in so well at Crystal Palace Day Nursery, always big smiles at drop off! The staff are so warm and friendly - they really take the time to get to know each child. I'm constantly impressed by the variety of creative, educational and fun activities they plan each day. It's clear that the team cares about the babies development and happiness. So grateful to have found this nursery!

Our baby boy started here at 10 months and left at 16 months because we moved house. We were absolutely heartbroken to leave the CP Day nursery family! The staff were all absolutely wonderful, so attentive and creative with the little ones. It's such a nice environment that you want to stick around and play during drop off and pick up! We couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Our boy was so happy going to nursery every day and created real bonds with the staff. Thank you to everyone there!

This is an absolutely wonderful nursery. Our little boy is so happy here and has developed so much since he started going. The staff are all lovely and so caring, and our son has really bonded with them. We really like the outdoor space and the fact that as the children are all 0-2 they all play together - it's a great set up. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a nursery in Crystal Palace.

I have felt so assured that my son is in the best most professional and loving care which has made the whole process of going back to work so much better. My son had been coming since he was only 8 months old and I've always felt like he was getting all the love, attention, cuddles and stimulation he needs. They really are the best

Lovely staff. Our son settled in so quickly and is very happy there. Good communication via the app. Very flexible around our needs as parents regarding drop off times and the like. Our son seems to love the food and all the team there. Also very good hours and no random early closures or similar that we had at our previous nursery. They also do lots of activities and trips.

It's a wonderful nursery - my daughter goes here and really enjoys every moment. The staff are kind, attentive, and always willing to answer questions about her day. The app is excellent too, keeping you updated on everything day to day and giving real peace of mind.

Our child has been with this nursery since turning 1. The care, love, and attention the staff provide is absolutely heart-warming. There is a set of experienced core staff, with apprentices helping as needed. Every day has new activities, and our child absolutely loves going. Illnesses and incidents have been handled professionally, we've never had any worries that our child is very well looked after. The management are experienced and responsive. The small group size is also a real bonus for the little ones. I would absolutely recommend this nursery!

My daughter has been at Crystal Palace Day Nursery for around 6months and it's been a dream. We are so happy with the care and attention she receives. We are always so pleased to drop off and collect a happy little girl. We get plenty of updates, on when she sleeps and eats and lots of lovely pictures of the fun they get up to while in their care. It's been brilliant all round. We would highly recommend, the nursery and the team :)

Our LO loves this place and the staff. They are super attentive, great with updates and observation, the food our LO gets is nutritious and our LO eats almost all. The staff is flexible and accomodating. There is loads of activities on a daily basis.

We feel very lucky that our son gets to attend this lovely nursery. He has been there since he was 6 months old and all of the staff have been so warm, loving and kind with him. They are so patient and encouraging and our son has developed and learnt so much from all of the varied activities that they do there. The food is also great and freshly made. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at Crystal Palace Day nursery!

My son goes to Crystal Palace Day Nursery and he loves it. The staff are lovely they really get to know the children and the whole nursery feels safe, loving and friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

This is a great nursery, with very attentive and kind carers, healthy and delicious food and lots of opportunities for learning. My daughter runs in and is always happy when I pick her up. There is a lovey garden at the back and children go for walks at the local park.

From the moment my daughter joined the nursery, she has been nurtured and supported in her early years development. My daughter started at 6 months old and I was very nervous with her being so young but I need not have been, due to the excellent care that my daughter received from day 1. She quickly built a strong relationship with her key worker and was able to form solid bonds with all of the staff, which put my mind at ease. My daughter has developed beautifully in the time she has been at the nursery. We enjoy the homework we are given by the nursery and most recently, as a family, we have helped our daughter grow her own plant which was potted at the nursery. Seasonal events are always fun, such as the autumn and Christmas parties. The nursery is very family orientated meaning that you truly get to know the staff looking after your child and the environment is extremely warm and welcoming. My daughter has flourished here and she has been given a great early years foundation.

The staff have all been so friendly, accommodating & professional. Communication through the app & in person has been great, making my transition back to work so much easier. The nursery has a homely feel and is always very clean. Our son is enjoying his time there & all the activities they do. We have noticed a lot of positive development since he started.

Our child has been at the nursery since he turned one in September: the staff were absolutely brilliant with the onboarding process and mindful to his needs and preferences as they changed over time; they encouraged him to explore the various spaces in the nursery at his own pace, developing him into a confident little dude; and kept a mindful eye as his mobility increased. It's a shame the kids are only allowed to stay until they turn two, but we are grateful this first experience with childcare has been such a positive one!

Ever since our child joined the nursery they have gone from strength to strength in their social well-being, cognitive development and communication. The staff are really caring and knows all the names and needs of the children that attend. They regularly hold events that allow the children to showcase their work such as painting etc. Management respond quickly to any questions you may have and are always checking in on how we as parents are doing as well which is a nice touch! Our child is really happy at the nursery and really grateful for everyone being involved and hands on in these formative years of development. The staff are experienced, well trained and have their qualifications and details displayed on the wall. Each child is provided with a key worker who works closely with the child and will regularly provide updates on the app on their progress. Children have lots of opportunities to play and explore which is crucial for development at this stage.

This is a lovely nursery with warm, caring staff who know my child well and make sure she is well taken care of. The nursery feels like a family and my child has settled in here so well. I would absolutely recommend this nursery.

My daughter started at Crystal Palace Day Nursery at approximately 10 months old, settled in quickly, and continues to absolutely love it. The staff are genuinely so caring and loving towards the babies, and they offer a wonderful range of activities including lots of time in the garden when the weather allows. It feels like a home from home, and no matter who I speak to at pick up, all members of staff have an anecdote for us on what our daughter got up to that day. The photos and app updates are also wonderful to give us a glimpse into nursery life. Our child is excited to arrive in the mornings, and we feel very happy leaving her there.

Overall my daughter has settled in very well! She now recognises the staff and looks forward to her time there. Personally, I find the staff very helpful, friendly, and accommodating, and feel like they have my daughter's interests, safety, and well-being at the top of their minds. The food is always great lots of choice and nutritious! My only bit of feedback would be a few occasions the app wasn't updated but this seems to have been sorted now.

Our baby boy started here at 10 months and left at 16 months because we moved house. We were absolutely heartbroken to leave the CP Day nursery family! The staff were all absolutely wonderful, so attentive and creative with the little ones. It's such a nice environment that you want to stick around and play during drop off and pick up! We couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Our boy was so happy going to nursery every day and created real bonds with the staff. Thank you to everyone there!

This is an absolutely wonderful nursery. Our little boy is so happy here and has developed so much since he started going. The staff are all lovely and so caring, and our son has really bonded with them. We really like the outdoor space and the fact that as the children are all 0-2 they all play together - it's a great set up. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a nursery in Crystal Palace.

My daughter has been at Crystal Palace Day Nursery for around 6months and it's been a dream. We are so happy with the care and attention she receives. This is a great nursery, with very attentive and kind carers, healthy and delicious food and lots of opportunities for learning. My daughter runs in and is always happy when I pick her up. There is a lovey garden at the back and children go for walks at the local park.

It feels like a home from home, and no matter who I speak to at pick up, all members of staff have an anecdote for us on what our daughter got up to that day. The photos and app updates are also wonderful to give us a glimpse into nursery life. Our child is excited to arrive in the mornings, and we feel very happy leaving her there.
