Kids Inc Day Nursery - York Road (Ilford)

Excellent Customer Service, good carers, proactive and very professional staff. We would highly recommend my family and friends to send their kids into the Kids Inc. We found them one of the best in our area.

As a working mother, I was very nervous about leaving my little one but I’m so glad I decided to go with Kids Inc York Road. The staff are friendly and show the utmost care and respect for my child. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent all round care. Always kept informed of progress. Picture uploads onto Tapestry online are absolutely fantastic and give parents the opportunity to stay involved with day to day activities at nursery.

Choosing a nursery for my little one was incredibly hard, but these guys just get it right every day. I go to work knowing my little boy is safe, secure and loved. The staff are helpful, always smiling and caring, my boy learns so much and has so much fun! He loves the garden and so do I. The managers are hands-on and they could not do more for the children and us parents. Breakfast bags, cake, hot drinks and a friendly chat really make a difference to our mornings and evenings. I would recommend this nursery over and over again.

My daughter enjoys attending and my son recently started in the baby room. I don't feel apprehensive leaving the children here and the staff are quite experienced.

I would definitely recommend this nursery to friends and family. I feel my child has the correct balance of activities per day, outdoor space is really nice and the nursery is very spacious. The staff members who I have got to know are very nice and friendly especially those who look after my child on a close regular basis. I enjoy interacting and gaining feedback via their tapestry portfolio, which I receive every week. Overall really happy and my child has settled in very well :)

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was 9 months old and she is now 3. She has become a very confident and chatty child. With the support of the staff, she has become fully potty trained. She has a great relationship with all the staff and goes into the nursery with a smile. I would recommend anyone to go and have look around.

My son has been at this nursery for 10 months now. The staff are brilliant and helpful. I was recommended by a friend this nursery. It was the best decision I made for my son. The care he gets is par excellence. He is happy and comfortable. The best nursery ever. The staff go above and beyond.

I have found the nurseries communication, to be very good, always informed of any child's well-being, development and daily activities. My child is well fed, sleeps well and has others to engage with. He seems happy to be at nursery and is friendly with staff.

Staff have a warm disposition and do a great job, they are appreciated by myself, I have great admiration for the work they do and the level of energy they maintain.

Already thinking of putting our second child in Kids Inc.

My daughter moved to Kids Inc a few months ago and I can tell the transition was very smooth. Within a matter of days, my daughter felt extremely comfortable. She expressed her delight in being in the new nursery.

Both children have attended this nursery and I cannot recommend it enough.

The staff have been fantastic and the management have been extremely supportive.

Our first child was with the nursery back in 2010-2011. We decided to bring our second child here as well. She loves coming to nursery. The staff are excellent and very supportive of her and provide us with assistance concerning her development. We are very happy with the facilities they provide and with the learning our child receives. I would highly recommend Kids Inc Nurseries.

- The management - very friendly, always available by phone, and replying to emails within the same business day.

- Outdoors time - I wish they could take them out every day (not just when the weather is good) as fresh air is very important for their development.

The nursery is a good environment. The staff are very helpful. It feels safe to leave my kids there. Fully CCTV monitored so no fear of anything happening. But sometimes I feel that small things make a big difference. Sometimes kids nappies are not properly done or face is not cleaned properly but overall a good experience.

First child started in 2012, was very happy with the nursery back then and I am still happy with it now. Staff are very friendly and really respond to the children and interact with them very well. If you have any concerns they will discuss them with you straight away. My daughter who attends the nursery now loves it. That can only be down to the carers and staff members making it a comfortable and happy place for them. They also do a lot of learning through play and in pre-school they start getting ready for school. Great nursery!!

I couldn't have chosen a better nursery for my first child to attend. When my child was 1, I was ready to return to work full time so I enquired by email at York Road. I got a quick response and was able to set up a visit to have a look around. Everyone was friendly and the facilities looked adequate, clean and spacious for my child. My child has been attending York Road for a year now and it's been a delight for the both of us. She has learnt and developed so much from the 0-2 room and now in the 2-3 room. The communication I get from the nursery is excellent, whether it be through tapestry or email. My child transitioned very well between rooms thanks to the experience of her key workers. I'm delighted with the skills and knowledge my child is gaining from York Road. I definitely have peace of mind whilst at work knowing my child is in the right hands and expertise at York Road.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kids Inc (York Rd) for being the place my lil one loves to be at. Nothing more satisfying than the flashing smile on my daughter's face when I collect her each evening, which tells me she has had a great day again

Staff are well trained and parents are kept well updated on their child's growth & learning, including concerns. The whole staff is extremely helpful & welcoming in any discussion, at times they have gone out of their way to discuss, opine and help on my parental concerns and nightmares!! It feels good to share thoughts and have expert opinion when it comes to handling & negotiating with a "not-so-interested-to-listen" toddler / pre-schooler

Nice & cosy rooms for all age groups (my lo has been in every room) & a great learning capability in each, excellent daily meals, the well-equipped garden is what still keeps us tied to this daycare! I am very glad my daughter is here for last 3 years & has had a great share of learning so far.
