Kids Inc Day Nursery - York Road (Ilford)

The staff here are fabulous and really give you the time of the day to speak about your child. The nursery is large and the play area is equally big and the children really enjoy the facilities. Particular shout out to the manager who is very accommodating and goes beyond to deal with issues and reassure you.

Excellent nursery. Staff are very friendly and put the needs of the child first. My child has been attending the nursery since October 2021 and we have always been pleased with the nursery. Managers are friendly and always greet parents daily. The nursery class teachers put the childs needs first always and take into account anything the parents have to say. Thank you!

Fantastic nursery my son went there and now have sent my daughter there they both loved it. You can see how much she enjoys herself. The skills my daughter is learning while there is amazing. Staff are brilliant and management are great and always on hand.

My daughter started attending the nursery when she was 3 years old and we sadly had to leave early for a reason. It was a sad day for us as she absolutely loved the nursery and she got very attached to her carers and classmates. I was very happy when my daughter said to me 'Mummy I sang, 'I'm a Barbie girl' and they love it. Through this, she shows her talent and we are really proud of her. Her achievements and development are very important thats why my husband and I feel incredibly lucky to have found Kids Inc. It’s a superb, warm and nurturing environment where our daughter has flourished. We are hugely grateful for the support, care and effort all the nursery staff, chef, caretaker and management in order to ensure our child have a wonderful nursery experience. The parents are friendly, and my child has been going to this nursery since he was nine months. He is now three and loves every minute he is there.

Absolutely amazing staff. From cooks to assistants helping, everyone is so friendly but professional. Currently helping and guiding my child into a new milestone. Making me feel very confident and comfortable that he will succeed. He learns something new all the time and talks about the nursery and teachers always. He wakes up looking forward to going there. Family feel with super professionalism for sure. Very happy mum.

My son has been attending Kids Inc York Road since January 2022 and we are so impressed. The carers get to know your child well and I am happy to leave him in their care. The nursery keep you informed and updated on everything and the management is excellent. My sons social skills have developed so much since attending the nursery. I would highly recommend.

Our daughter started with Kids Inc York Road from 12 months old. The York Road entire Team has done an incredible job to provide care, love, fun and education! They celebrate all cultures and religions! We are grateful that Kids Inc is the very first school for our daughter! Best decision we made sending our daughter here. We've been seeing her progress so much during her time at the nursery.

Kids Inc Ilford had been such an amazing nursery for my daughter, she has absolutely loved it and has learnt so much coming here. I will definitely be enrolling my son here too and would advise anyone I know to do so too. All the key workers are amazing and receive very thorough feedback every time I pick my daughter up.

My kid started nursery he found it difficult but the staff made it relaxing and easy for him. All staff members are great and the facilities are brilliant. The staff are always caring and accommodate my kids needs.

My son started at York Road in October 2022, and from the moment he settled, I could see the connection he has with the members of staff in his room. The manager and the team are so welcoming when we enter the nursery, and the ladies in the room always go above and beyond. Every member of staff within the nursery makes little effort in their own way to make me and my son feel welcome. Even the cleaner stops what she is doing to say goodbye at the end of the day. I have seen a huge change in his development since he started nursery and talks so much more. I was worried about his speech; however, now I have trust in his key person to support him in his development, and I follow their lead. I have seen standards maintained over the years. I have been visiting the nursery from picking up my nieces to now having my own child attend. It's great to see continuity, which has allowed me to make an easy decision in sending my second child.

Kids Inc Day Nursery and its staff really personalise the whole experience. Especially as kids are with them the whole day and away from their parents. It's a very professional service and our son loves his time there.

Wonderful staff and amazing people at the nursery. Both my kids (1 and 3 years) have been going to this nursery for the past 5 months and I have noticed a considerable change in their behaviour (in a good way). I am so thankful to the teachers and management.

The best decision for both my kids we took. The staff are fantastic and have supported my kids so well. They have been so patient with both of my kids when they have been emotional and with all their tantrums. I can see such a difference in them in the past 5 months they have been with York road nursery. The manager and the team are fantastic and we feel our kids are in a safe, supported environment while we are away working.
