Kids Inc Day Nursery - York Road (Ilford)

Amazing, helpful and caring staff. I can't recommend them enough. I am so grateful for all they do for all the children. My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and I love seeing everything she gets up to on the app. Thank you Kids Inc Day Nursery.

It's an amazing place for kids to spend and learn extracurricular activities, my son started this nursery in April and he loves to go there. The staff and all the other things are really good. Overall great experience.

My daughter joined the nursery in January 2022 and has settled in beautifully. She’s made so many friends in such a short time and has developed really positive relationships with all the staff. She gets served a really varied menu and has been really supported in becoming more independent and ready for big school. I highly recommend Kids Inc and will definitely send my second here when the time comes!

My son has started York Road Nursery, I am very happy, he has been settled very well. The staff are very reliable and supportive and they made me comfortable when dropping him off at the nursery. Amazing nursery and amazing staff! My son currently attends Kids Inc Day Nursery (York Road). He thoroughly enjoys time spent at nursery, has built very strong relationships with the staff and his peers. My oldest daughter also attended York Road, and up till this day remembers the good times she spent there.

My daughter has been going to this amazing nursery since she was one year old and I couldn't be happier. She is always happy and excited to go, which is so important for a parent to see, they do lots of nice activities and stimulate the kids. The staff are simply wonderful, they are always smiley, positive and understanding; they all always refer to the kids by their names (even if they are not their key person) showing a lot of preparation and dedication. I didn’t have any doubt when I chose this nursery for my second daughter, 6 years ago I chose it for my first daughter and there are still some of the staff that welcomed us the very first time. I recommend this nursery 100%!

Kids Inc York Road is an excellent nursery with amazing facilities. They also have caring and attentive staff. My son who is 20 months just started a few weeks ago and is really enjoying his time there. He settled in quickly and the staff were very caring towards his every need. I have thorough feedback each day and I also enjoy all the lovely artwork he brings home. There is an app they use to update you with all the learning activities they do, which is regularly updated, and as a parent, you can see what your child is getting up to at nursery. I have had an amazing experience so far and would highly recommend for childcare.

My son is 32 months old now, he has been going to Kids Inc Nursery, York Road, Ilford for the last year and a half. He just loves all his carers and whenever we ask 'who is your best friend?' his answer will be his carer. I see lots of improvement and changes in him. The team at York Road, Ilford are very kind, helpful and nice. From his first day in nursery to today, he always enjoys and loves going there. I highly recommend the nursery and love and respect the team for how they take care of every child going there.

I would like a move away from the daily report sheet to a digital platform. It would save on paper whilst helping the environment, plus helps with the documentation of the report for easy reference. There are more up-to-date apps that do all of this.

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was seven months old. I have been really delighted with the level of care she has received. The staff are excellent, they are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and they will help in any way they can. My daughter's progress at the nursery has been excellent and without doubt the staff have contributed to her growing cognitive skills and social skills. They have also increased her confidence and supported the development of her motor skills as she learned to crawl and is now on the cusp of walking. Crucially, my daughter has a lot fun at nursery and loves being there. She also loves the food! I know that the last year has been incredibly challenging and all the staff have worked exceptionally hard to keep the children safe during the pandemic. The processes they have in place in response to Covid-19 have been excellent and I have been very confident to send my daughter to the nursery. They've helped her to prepare for reception and I was so surprised to see her using a knife and fork to cut u her dinner at home (no credit to me!). The nursery is really conveniently located near the station, but also as ample parking for pick-up's and drop-off's.

I cannot speak highly enough of all of the staff at Kids Inc Day Nursery - York Road Ilford. They have made such a positive impact on our daughter's early life and made us feel completely at ease knowing she is in their care during the day whilst I am at work. The staff have been amazing throughout, especially during these difficult times, always smiling, following safety procedures and continually giving her the support and knowledge that she needs to thrive. Our daughter has developed so much in the time she's been there and I am amazed by the new things she says and does each day when she comes home, it makes us so happy! I cannot fault this place and we are so sad to leave but we are relocating. I have found it very difficult to enroll into a new nursery due to our standards and expectations being so high because of our experience at Kids Inc Day Nursery - York Road Ilford. Wishing everyone there all the best in the future, professionally and personally and a massive thank you for a truly wonderful experience that we will never forget.

My daughter attended the nursery from 1-year-old. We are due to leave due to relocating. The nursery is excellent. Our daughter struggled to adapt to the change at first and the staff were extremely considerate and attentive. She has since thrived in confidence and developed amazingly well under the care of the nursery. I have also been incredibly impressed by management’s dealings when accidents arose - kids do fall over after all. They quickly informed us of each situation and dealt with the issue in a professional manner. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My daughter was only 4 months when she first started at the nursery. This was a big decision for us, the management team and staff were so helpful and understanding of our worries about her being so young. The staff in her room are so amazing and care for her so much. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I changed my daughter's nursery when she was a year old as I was unhappy with their services. She came to Kids Inc Day Nursery and I was immediately so much happier with them. Their service is impeccable very high standards, staff are so pleasant and always wanting to help. They take great care of my daughter and she loves it there. My daughter has attended Kids Inc since she was 1 year old. I must say my daughter's educational experience has begun amazingly with such a nurturing environment and amazing staff. They have always been on the ball and worked with me as a first time parent to ensure that she has a pleasant experience at school. The team at Ilford, York Road, have been amazing. We have built up a relationship for almost 10 years (all 3 of my children have attended York Road). Whenever we have had any questions/queries, the onsite staff/management have always helped and given us choices/options. They are efficient in every way. We will miss them once our youngest daughter leaves the nursery.

My children have both attended Kids Inc and I have always been impressed by the high standard of care and devotion of the whole staff team. They really take the time to get to know the children and make them feel at ease within the setting. The staff are all extremely caring and very friendly. It is amazing to see the progress that my children have made while attending Kids Inc and that is thanks to the hard work and dedication of the staff. I could not recommend this nursery more highly!
