A lovely and friendly nursery that feels like home. From day one my son loved it. The kids are involved in lots of new activities that stimulate their interest.
They have an amazing garden where the kids go and play every day, no matter the weather.
It was difficult to leave this beautiful place,
where everyone is always smiling and happy to do their job.
All of the teachers took care of my son as if he was theirs, especially one member of staff and the manager and owner provided a lot of support in the development of my son at home.
We will really miss you guys.

If I could give it 10 stars, I would do it! My daughter really enjoyed coming every day to Children's Corner Day Nursery! The food is fresh and varied. The team are amazing, very competent and dynamic! The manager finds new activities every day, one, in particular, is kind and the children's development
is her priority! If you want to see your baby happy every day and grow up quickly, it's here that you have to go! Thank you to the manager and all the team. We missed you a lot.

My daughter has been with Children's Corner Day Nursery since she was 10 months old and it has been the best decision we've made. The owner and staff are the most caring and totally child-led. Their approach has enabled my daughter to flourish and develop a strong personality. It's a very friendly and
warm atmosphere for kids, just like a second home. My daughter has benefited from the substantial outdoor time that the nursery is dedicated to providing each child every day - irrespective of the weather (unless it is extreme).
We had to move our daughter out of the nursery because we moved houses but we were completely gutted to do so. It's been two months since we moved and my daughter still talks about Children's Corner staff and I haven't been able to find an equally good nursery near our new house. Most nurseries, I've found, are run by business people who are more commercial focused, and it is rare to find a nursery run by an educator dedicated to honing every child's unique personality. Children's Corner Day Nursery has set the bar really high.

My son attended Children's Corner Day Nursery since he has 18 months until he was 4 years old. I am proud to say that the experience was extremely positive! The whole team at the nursery are very professional and kind. The manager was always friendly and accommodating with us, during the Covid-19 pandemic
she helped everyone in the uncertainty and kept us positive even when days ahead were difficult. I'm super grateful for this nursery because I know that they looked after my son very well, they also helped us with tips on how to help our son at home with speech etc. The food is always fresh and healthy, they have lovely facilities and the setting is like a house, my son loved this place! Kids learn a lot about different cultures and celebrations.
I recommend Children's Corner to everyone who is looking for a nursery that cares about kids and their families.

Lovely nursery that is really taking care of toddlers (and parents). The manager is amazing. She will accommodate all your needs and will always try to help. Our kid stayed at the nursery for two years, full-time and really enjoyed it. Thanks to all the staff, it has been an amazing experience.

My son has been attending Children's Corner Day Nursery since he was 2 years old, he is now off to school and I feel that Children's Corner has really prepared him for the transition. The standard of care is excellent and the manager really takes time to recruit staff who not only are qualified but
who have experience and are dedicated to the children. The meals prepared are fresh and nutritious, our son comes home and tells us that the chef is the best cook. The children are given fresh fruit throughout the day and our son has been introduced to a range of new foods.
If you are looking for a nursery which genuinely cares about the development and welfare needs of the children then look no further.

A lovely nursery, our toddler son has really developed since he started at Children's Corner Day Nursery and is now more confident and a lot more talkative!

Great nursery. My son has always been really happy here and it's been like a second home for him. He's made good progress and he's been really happy. The kids are all kept well entertained come rain or shine. They have a good number of outings for the kids, I would say more than most and they engage
the kids and teach them about different cultures and take part in a range of celebrations throughout the year. Couldn't have been happier.

I highly recommend Children's Corner Day Nursery. We have sent both our children there and they have therefore been part of our lives for almost seven years. We love the home-cooked food, family atmosphere and confidence in dealing with unexpected situations with professionalism and a calm approach
(e.g. Covid). Thank you also for encouraging the children to play outdoors and with natural materials, as well as for being independent little helpers and players.

We cannot recommend Children’s Corner Day Nursery highly enough. It has been a loving and nurturing environment from which both of our children have emerged happy, confident and independent individuals, more than ready for school. The manager has built a fantastic team of kind, attentive and patient
carers who were adored by our little ones. Our children learnt a lot whilst having a huge amount of fun.
Communication between parents and the nursery is excellent. The staff were always ready to share stories of our children at pick up and we were also updated frequently via the app. The team were very supportive when any issues arose (for example, when our son had a slight stammer, they were so effective at following the advice we received from a speech therapist that his speech improved in days).
The homely atmosphere of the nursery makes it a very special setting. We will be forever grateful to the manager and her team for having such a positive influence in our children’s early years.

Children's Corner Day Nursery has been a huge and significant part of our life as a family. It has been a second home for our daughter from the age of 15-months to 2.5-years. Nursery supported our daughter spectacularly through major life transitions like becoming a big sister and eventually moving
cities. Staff care deeply about the children and are invested in their wellbeing, take any concerns seriously and provide a highly personalised approach to each child depending on their needs. The staff mix provides a wonderful balance of fun and energy with maturity, direction and care. Our daughter formed genuine friendships with staff and peers alike. We absolutely could not recommend Children's Corner enough to any prospective parents.

A home from home.
Staff in the baby room are professional and caring. They are the only nursery that I know that provided such gentle and supportive settling in for my 1-year-old baby. They always updated and reassured me in her first few weeks. The outdoor space is amazing! And my girl loves it. My
girl had never eaten or slept with anyone but me until she settled at nursery with the amazing support of staff.

I have registered my child at the nursery based on the online reviews on this website.
To begin with, everything was smooth and quick. Then after my child's settling sessions, I had a serious concern over my child's health which I raised to the manager. I was shocked with the way she handled my concern,
extremely unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and ignorant. Instead of being kind and understanding and trying to look into the matter, she asked to terminate the contract because she, as a manager and director, could not deal with the matter efficiently and professionally.

Am sorry you feel this way... my response was to your harsh tone and aggressive allegations from a settling period of four hours that your child was going to get hypothermia! Sadly, you were not hearing anything I was saying and not allowing me to respond. I had to ask to be allowed to speak during the phone call. Your general tone (verbal and email communication) and mannerism in the way you addressed the issues was one of hostility and no matter what I said I sensed that you were not going to allow me the opportunity to clarify the situation. Your child was supported immediately when she was feeling cold by taking her inside, which you were informed of on the day, at pick up, by the staff. It is unfortunate, that we were unable to establish a trusting professional relationship and on those grounds, I felt it was best that you find a service that can meet your needs and I did not make that decision lightly. You can only rate Management, all other areas you had not experienced.

Our son started as he turned two and he spent almost three years in the Children's Corner Day Nursery. As a first time mum, I've learned a lot and got so much support on all his transitions such as potty training or better eating, sleeping habits. The food at the nursery was always a good quality, balanced
diet for the development of the little ones. Our son loved doing lots of physical and intellectual activities, develop some skills through educational games, learn stories and routines which helped him to get ready for the "big school". We were instantly connected with the nursery through an app giving you insights and feedback, all at your fingertips. If our son will have a sibling in the future, I will definitely send him again to Children's Corner Day Nursery. Definitely recommended.

Our children were at Children's Corner Day Nursery from when they were 11-months-old (now nearly 4 and 2) until they left in June due to us moving out of London. We were extremely happy with Children's Corner and our children loved being there. They made great friends and thrived in the caring environment
that the nursery provided. If ever we had a problem the staff were quick to offer help and advice.
I was always amazed by all the wonderful activities that they managed to fit into their day.
I would highly recommend Children's Corner.

We brought our son as soon as he turned 1, and he spent almost three years in the Children's Corner Day Nursery, where he learnt a lot.
He developed his personality, discovered empathy and sharing with his peers.
The staff has always been really caring, loving, patient and look after him very well.
The meals are very healthy and varied, which is quite important for the children's physical development.
They are doing a lot of physical and intellectual activities, develop some skills through educational games, learn stories and routines which helped channel our son's energy in a friendly and joyful atmosphere.
We, as parents, were constantly connected with the nursery through an app, which is a great and modern way to be aware of our son's daily activities and reports.
We are very grateful for this nursery and strongly recommend it.

Our daughter spent three years at the nursery and has just started school. It has been a fantastic journey for us and a second home to our daughter. As parents, Children's Corner Day Nursery has a special place in our hearts. We can't commend the manager and her team enough for the fantastic atmosphere
they create for the little ones. The manager has a wealth of experience in child development and she is extremely good at building her team. The teachers are very caring and support every child based on their development and interest. They are always willing to help us address any concerns we may have. Being a family run nursery, it has a family-like vibe and they make you feel like a part of it. Our daughter has so many fond memories of her teachers, made so many friends and has learned so much while having a lot of fun. We miss the nursery and are forever grateful for the care given to our daughter that helped her grow into her confident self. We would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

We sent our twin boys to Children's Corner Day Nursery at 18 months and they stayed there until they started school this September. We found the nursery to be wonderfully supportive, caring and nurturing. Both twins have food allergies and the nursery was extremely accommodating when it came to cooking
special meals for the boys and encouraging them to eat. The twins would always come home so enthusiastic about their day; all the fun activities they'd done and what they'd played on in the garden (they've got a lovely play area) or what they'd baked! I really can't recommend the nursery highly enough, it's a wonderful environment for little people to have fun, learn and grow!

I would wholeheartedly recommend Children's Corner Day Nursery to anyone looking for a nursery! The manager and her team of staff have created a welcoming and nurturing home-from-home environment where children really thrive. My 1-year-old and 3-year-old were so happy at the nursery right from the settling
in period and we as a family always felt very welcomed. Our children have had lots of fun and got to take part in a wide range of great activities. Communication between the nursery and parents is fantastic, both face to face and via the app. The app gives an insight into what the children have been up to each day with pictures and videos of special moments. Staff turnover at the nursery is low and as it’s a small setting the children develop good relationships with staff from all rooms, which really adds to the homely feel. The garden is a really well-used space and absolutely jam-packed with fantastic and ever-changing activities. You can end your search for a nursery here!

If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 27 number of registered child places is 5.4, which has been reached with 12 Positive reviews. Points = 1

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

  • If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
