We feel so lucky to be able to send our daughter to Toad Hall Nursery Chessington when we moved to Chessington last summer. The Owls room staff have been so helpful and caring to her and there is not a single thing to complain about. Our daughter loves to go to nursery every day, play with her friends
and show us what she learnt on the day. She has been so happy and confident there. There are so many activities to help the children learn and develop, I can't say how much we appreciate all staff there, feel sad to leave in September this year for Reception.

My second child attends this nursery. The staff are lovely, always caring for each child individually. They have lots of amazing and very creative ideas for entertainment, making every day a fun environment to go to which is very important. Also, I really like the fact they prepare food for kids in
the nursery, my daughter loves eating there and I know that she has a good, balanced diet.

There is so much to say about Toad Hall Nursery Chessington but I'll keep this short. My daughter is due to start pre school soon and up to date not a single complaint to make. The staff are what makes Toad Hall special, my daughter is always keen to go back to nursery and every so often she surprises
us with new skills and language which is also developed from nursery. The staff are very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

All three of my children have started their early learning years at Toad Hall and the staff have been unbelievable throughout. My youngest is in her first class at Toad Hall and every time I pick her up I am always greeted with a happy smiley face.

I am very pleased with the nursery we choose for our son. The staff are very friendly and attentive, they helped a lot to adapt when my son first started attending the nursery and was upset because of the separation from his mother. The staff helped to ease this period easily and quickly.
Now my son
happily runs to the nursery and urges us parents to get ready faster. I really appreciate the individual approach and attention paid to each child. My son became more independent, began to eat better and communicate more confidently with other children and adults.

From the moment I walked into the nursery all staff and management have been welcoming and friendly. My daughter has flourished and is learning so much each day. Toad Hall Chessington is a phenomenal nursery. I cannot speak highly enough of them. We visited all of the nurseries in our area trying to find one that ticked all of our boxes until we found Toad Hall (all day access to outside space, smaller class sizes, forest school etc.)
My son started here at
2 years old after being a covid baby and never attending nursery. The staff here were kind and patient and really allowed him to settle in. He loved going every day and would run straight into class. His speech and vocabulary exploded.
Sadly, my son fell very unwell earlier this year. The nursery staff were incredible with the support and kindness they offered our family. Our son eventually returned to nursery, but this time with complex additional needs. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure they could meet his new needs. They have attended courses to learn more and even the specialists have commented on how amazing they've been. My son loves Toad Hall and his support has been incredible.

Wonderful nursery in every way! The staff are all brilliant with my daughter and have formed a real connection with her. I have seen a massive change in my daughter, in every aspect of her development. Her language and communication skills, relationships with other children and general behaviour. Staff
exude professionalism, kindness and patience. Building and rooms are always clean and bright. Lots of educational toys which are updated. The food is wonderful with a varied menu. All freshly cooked on-site. I could not have wished for a better place for my daughter to go to nursery. Would thoroughly recommend Toad Hall Chessington to anyone who is looking at where to place their child.

Our son is in the Butterflies room and we are really pleased with the care he has received. His learning is going from strength to strength, especially his speech which the teachers have been encouraging. He is always smiling when we pick him up, showing his joy in being there. A special mention for
one member of staff who has been brilliant with our son and has helped with his separation anxiety when dropping him off.

Very happy with Toad Hall Chessington, all lovely people and my little girl loves going there. She's always talking about her favourite nursery person and excited to see her in the morning. When I pick her up, she's very happy and eager to show me what she has been doing for the day. Since she started
around a year ago, I can see a significant development improvement. Felt at ease with the nursery as soon as I walked in there and dropped her off on the first day.

We came to view Toad Hall on a recommendation from a friend who has a child there. As we are first-time parents, there were a lot of nerves and questions from our side. The staff were excellent in answering all our questions and providing the information we needed to give us reassurance. My son absolutely
loves it there. He is a very busy child and is provided with an amazing range of activities that meet all his needs and encourages learning. The staff are absolutely amazing and show a genuine passion for what they do. They have created a very safe environment for our little ones. The rooms are well equipped with a wide variety of toys and the outside play spaces are any child’s dream. Meals and snacks are healthy, well-balanced and cater for my picky eater.

I can't recommend this nursery highly enough, my son absolutely loves it. The nursery provides a great range of activities that meet his developmental needs and ever-growing curiosity. They celebrate a wide range of topics which promote learning and inclusivity. The nursery environment is very welcoming
and safe with excellent facilities, the outside play area is excellent with a wide range of outdoor toys. They offer a healthy well-balanced food menu, my son will literally eat anything! Aside from all the above, the best thing about the nursery is the staff, they are just great and genuinely care about the children. From the first time I visited the nursery, I knew this was the place for my son and have always felt absolutely confident that he is receiving the best care.

We have had a wonderful experience with Toad Hall Chessington. The staff were so patient and understanding while helping my daughter to settle into the nursery for the first time. Their communication was excellent and they were compassionate towards me during the difficult settling in journey. The first-day

Toad Hall nursery was an important part of my son’s development. All staff are fantastic and I am very reassured in the way things were done. Love the photos that were taken when the photographer came in at Christmas. My son also received the Christmas present from Santa at the nursery. Highly recommended.

With over a decade dedicated to early childhood education, starting as a Nursery Apprentice, I've grown into my role as Nursery Manager, always driven by a passion for creating nurturing spaces where all children can flourish.


My passion lies in fostering a positive environment for our staff, providing them with the support and development they need to create an environment where children thrive and develop a lifelong love of learning from their earliest years.
