Buttercups Isleworth are an outstanding nursery, conveniently located on the Twickenham Road. As with all Buttercups nurseries, they focus on "learning through play" where the child's natural curiosity drives their learning. They use a variety of teaching mechanisms, including Montessori and HighScope, and believe in the importance of nature and time outside.

Buttercups Isleworth is a large, free flow building, with plenty of space for active learners. They have a separate room for children under 2 and a quiet sleep room. There is lots to explore and discover at this nursery and a huge garden filled with toys and equipment. In the warmer months, the preschool visit Buttercups Syon Park for Forest School sessions.

Buttercups believe that a well-cared for team results in well-cared for children, so they are committed to making sure staff feel supported, rewarded and challenged. They continually develop the skills and qualifications of their team through extensive in-house training programmes and external courses, ensuring children are provided the very best care.

Amazing nursery. Amazing staff, they have a great policy. Staff are very friendly and kind and they focus on children's development and learning new skills.

Nursery staff and management are very caring and pay attention to each individual child and their parents. I feel that my child is in safe hands and all the children seem to like it here. I like that it is spacious and children from different groups spend time together throughout the day, meal times
and activities. The outside area is spacious as well but could be slightly nicer in my opinion.

My children have been attending Isleworth Buttercups since October 2014 and have always been happy, well cared for, energised and well fed. Our son is being really well prepared for reception and all through very play-led methods. He is very happy at nursery and so are we. Thank you Buttercups.

Since my son has started at Buttercups, I have had a great experience. I could not fault teh team. My son is always happy and always good things to say about the staff. I have nothing but good news to spread about them.

My child has been going to Buttercups for over 3 years and I can't praise the nursery and staff enough! Caring, friendly and great attitude. As a parent, security and development (any type), are your main concerns and I didn't have to worry about these. My child loves going there and has made lovely
friendships!
I would highly recommend Buttercups Isleworth.

My son joined the nursery at a very young age, he was less than a year old and I was very nervous as both my partner and I work full time. He is now 18 months and I feel he has developed really well over this time in all aspects. I'm comfortable knowing he is in good care as the staff are very friendly
and look after him well. If I have another child I wouldn't hesitate placing him/her in this nursery.

Job Title: Nursery Head Joined: 2021

Our Nursery Head Teacher, Cat, has worked in childcare for 16 years. She started as a Nursery Teacher with Buttercups at Syon Park before gaining promotion to Room Head, then Deputy Head. She has now joined our Leadership Team as Nursery Head Teacher at Buttercups Isleworth. Cat is committed to creating lasting relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Cat has studied up to a Level 5 in Childcare Management and is passionate about baby brain development.
