As expected it was initially quite difficult, (more for me than her I think) as drop-offs and pick-ups were quite teary at times. The staff helped to alleviate my concerns and reassured me that it was normal and more times than not she was fine within minutes of me leaving. We're nearly 12 weeks in now and I can honestly say she loves it. When the door opens at drop off she has a huge smile on her face and places her arms out eager to go, something I never thought would happen. I enjoy receiving the weekly newsletter and reading what she's been up to and also receiving feedback at each pick-up on how her morning has been. This was the best thing I could have done for her as it boosted her confidence and independence, we love Buttercups!
Truly great staff and nursery - the staff are so caring. The kids do enjoy going there and have learnt a great lot - you know when it’s an enjoyable environment when kids enjoy going there every day.
My daughter has been attending Buttercups at Acton for the last 12 months, and she clearly loves it there. She has been in the baby room (Caterpillars), and all the staff have been so diligent, kind and clearly love the children. She comes home talking about staff and children alike as her good friends. We are also very happy that her dietary needs are always adhered to, and that initially there is a separate sleeping space for the babies with cribs. While staff always prioritise care, they do take the time to send lovely updates with pictures often. We are glad she is now continuing in the Butterflies room and can’t wait to see how much she will develop with their further support!
The care and development of my children is brilliant. I always feel 100% confident they will be well looked after. They do a variety of activities, and my child always talks about what they have done that day. My child is so happy to go to nursery every day.
We are incredibly happy with the care and learning environment provided by Buttercups at Acton. All three of our children have attended/attend and loved their time there. They have had fantastic well-rounded development that helped them transition to school very well.
Thank you.
Buttercups at Acton is a wonderful nursery, who have supported and cared for both of my children for more than 3 years now. The entire team is very caring kind, and attentive to my children's needs. My children always come home happy and well-stimulated. I would recommend Buttercups at Acton!
Our little one is always happy when I take her to the nursery in the morning and when I collect her back in the afternoon. You can see how comfortable she feels there and how much she is learning every day.
Buttercups Acton is a wonderful nursery. The staff are extremely caring, friendly and helpful. My son started at Buttercups at 10 months. The staff were great at settling him in and also giving me reassurance regarding his progress and development. He has grown to love the nursery in the past 18 months he's been attending, and warms to the staff and environment. I see daily positive developments in my son due to the excellent activities and learning that keep the children stimulated and interacting. I have recently increased my son's days to 5 days as he loves going to the nursery and is always leaving in good spirits at pick-ups. The hours the nursery operates are very flexible for working parents. It's very reassuring knowing my son is in a safe and loving environment.
Lovely nursery. The staff are experienced, attentive, and caring. My son loves going there and it is clear his development is enhanced by the activities being provided. We moved our son to this nursery after his first nursery closed. The difference in standards was immediately apparent, as was the level of my son’s engagement and enthusiasm. When my son first attended napping was quite challenging and staff (especially the nursery manager) took time to bond with him and personally settle him to sleep.
This is a fantastic nursery run by a well-established senior management team. Our son had to move unexpectedly from another nursery at short notice after it unexpectedly closed and the difference in professionalism and organisation is astounding. He has come on in leaps and bounds and clearly loves going there; it is clear that the staff nurture the children, treat them as individuals and that they leave confident and ready for school. The bond that all the staff establish with the children is clear from the number of "graduates" who are obviously delighted to see them when they are brought along to collect younger siblings. Would highly recommend, we are lucky to have this nursery so close to us - I know other parents travel some distance to bring their children here which speaks volumes about the quality of care.
Buttercups at Acton is a fantastic nursery. Great staff who are warm welcoming and friendly. My son looks forward to going to nursery every day and has come a long way. The activities planned by the manager and staff are stimulating and interactive supporting the EYFS.
We are very happy with Buttercups Acton. Our son has been attending for a couple of years now and is very happy at the nursery. Friendly and welcoming staff, great facilities with nice outdoor space. Wide range of activities with plenty of learning and stimulation.
We are sending our daughter there next month.
Staff are lovely and they provide good feedback about how the children’s day has been and communicate any concerns about the children's wellbeing.
Very nice nursery with caring staff and good infrastructure. My child goes there happy and is happy to keep going. He’s developed a lot of skills and eat more diverse food, it’s overall a very good place where I trust my child is being very well taken care of.
My son loves Buttercups. It is a caring environment that enhances each child's learning experience. It is a fun nursery that challenges the children to be inquisitive and enjoy learning.
My son has been coming to the nursery for almost a year now and we are very happy with the service and care provided. He always goes in and leaves with a big smile on his face and has formed strong bonds with all the staff. You can tell they genuinely care about him and I love knowing that he is happy and well looked after. Hard-working, friendly and caring staff. Definitely recommend.
Buttercups at Acton have been the perfect nursery for our son since the very beginning. He has settled very well there and never looked back since. The manager and all the staff are all doing a fantastic job and we couldn't ask for a better second home for our son. I would definitely recommend Buttercups at Acton to other parents.
My son attended Buttercups, Acton, for the past two years and he really loves it. The staff are very caring, great activities and teaching skills. My son's personality has strongly benefited from the nursery, making him more mature, confident and aware. He made a lot of great friends there. The manager of the nursery is really fantastic. Highly recommend the place.
