This nursery is exceptional and we couldn't be happier. We have sent both our children here including for pre-school. The nursery provides a caring, creative and joyful environment where our children have thrived. The environment is charming and homely, with the garden space a particular hit. The nursery manager is wonderful, always present and makes an effort to know each and every child. The staff are fantastic, constantly striving to provide fun, friendship and active learning. I would highly recommend.
My daughter has been attending Buttercups Acton for 7 months now, having started there at ten months old. I only have hugely positive things to say about the nursery. The team are so professional, kind and caring. They take such an interest in the children that no detail is too small for them to know, from sleep routines to food preferences and allergies. When my child first started there, she was still having two naps a day. Buttercups's babies room has actual cots, which meant she could continue her sleep routine. I looked around at other local nurseries and none offered that, plus I kept hearing other places wanted her to drop a nap! Their space is brilliant, always clean and has a huge garden. The nursery caters for anyone working, which can be such a pain point: I love that they are open all year round and provide three meals a day, which are always balanced and nutritious. Plus, they keep evolving in their comms and the activities they put on.
Our daughter has been attending Buttercups Acton for half of her life, starting when she was just 9 months old. During that time we have seen her transform from a baby who initially cried at drop off (despite the warm welcome from the staff), to a confident toddler who is delighted when she arrives and still full of smiles at the end of the day. From the beginning we were impressed by the kind professionalism of the team - they get to know the children, genuinely care about them and their development, and display an individualised approach; including taking food allergies in their stride. The manager is exceptional - approachable and fun, but serious and across the detail - she knows every child in the place, and they all know her. You cannot put a price on feeling your child is safe and happy. We feel so lucky to have found this nursery and would recommend it without hesitation.
We love Buttercups. It has a very friendly and homely feel and my daughter is happy going in everyday. Her confidence has really improved since attending. Lovely garden space and the staff are all warm and attentive.
Otherwise, all good.
I am very happy with my son's development, he is showing signs of independence which is a joy to see. I am very confident in the staff caring for my son and I am sure I will continue to see more development from him.
My child is very much enjoying himself. All going well this far.
My son loves the nursery, his teachers and his friends. The standard of care and learning is fantastic. There's a wealth of experience amongst the teachers/carers. Over the past four years they've built - a high level of trust with our family.
My child loves this nursery and everything about it. The nursery manager and her team are friendly, experienced and full of energy, constantly finding new activities and adventures for the children. The nursery has a lovely atmosphere where all the children know each other.
My daughter looks forward to going to nursery every day! The nursery puts a lot of time and effort into creating a fun and engaging learning environment. We are made aware of all the activities they have done during the day and get to take home all the work which is lovely to see. I've been particularly impressed by the range of activities and the resources that are available to the children, my daughter has learnt about so many new ideas and concepts. Teacher-parent communication is also strong, we feel comfortable with the staff and it's reassuring that they are caring and empathetic with the children.
Our second child, who is three and a half, has been at the nursery since he was one. I couldn’t give them any more praise - there is an incredible core group of teachers who are so engaged and hands on with the children. The nursery manager is exceptional with the children, and holds her team to a high standard. Our five year old left last year to start school, and the base knowledge she had on phonics from Buttercups set her up for such huge success in school.
I’ve had a very positive experience with Buttercups at Acton. Very polite and friendly staff. Always feel comfortable speaking with the team if I have any concerns. My daughter loves attending and even the days she doesn’t attend she’s always asking to go to nursery. She always comes out with a spring in her step and has a great relationship with the staff. The level of communication is really good, I’m always kept up to date with any changes etc. I feel happy and comfortable knowing my child is being looked after well and have no concerns.
This is a fantastic nursery. We send both our children there and they have thrived in this warm and welcoming nursery. I feel all staff really care about the children and their well-being. The manager and her team provide a nurturing, kind and stimulating environment for the children. It is a great relief to know that our children are being looked after so well.
At Buttercups Acton, the atmosphere is one of warmth and welcome. As soon as you enter, you're enveloped in a sense of belonging, with staff who greet you with genuine care and enthusiasm. The team at Buttercups Acton is not just highly qualified; they're also deeply passionate about fostering the development of each child in their care.
We’ve had children at Buttercups Acton since 2019. My youngest attends now and is really happy here - staff are very kind and treat the children as their own. Every day is full of fun with lots of varied learning opportunities. Thank you!
My daughter has loved going to nursery from the day she joined post-pandemic at 16 months. Her growth has been exceptional and her confidence is through the roof. The team at Buttercups Acton has supported every milestone she has come across. They have provided a safe, healthy, nurturing and fun environment for every child to thrive in. She will be truly sad leaving behind Buttercups this September.
Very caring and professional. Both daughters have come here and they both love it. We really appreciate all the hard work. Would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone who has children in this area. Excellent.
I am so happy with Buttercups Acton - our son joined at 11 months and I was worried about many things - napping, eating, being left with 'strangers'. But the team made sure he settled in so well, and he now beams as we approach the gate and smiles at all his caregivers at the door. They look after him really well and he's doing great. It is such a relief to know your child is safe and happy. Thank you!
An excellent nursery. All our four children have attended, and our youngest is attending now and loves it. She’s well cared for and happy and can’t wait to get into nursery every morning. The staff are friendly, and you can tell they just adore all the children. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!
