My daughter has been at Buttercups since June of this year, and she was c.8 months old and hadn't been looked after for more than an hour by anyone else other than me and my partner. The team have demonstrated such personal care and attention to my daughter, flexed to suit her needs and supported her through her transition from 3 naps a day to two, crawling, walking and talking. I get regular updates on her wellbeing, get notified if she hasn't been herself and sent daily adorable picture updates that are welcome in the evening, after we have settled down for the day. Our daughter has grown in confidence and I believe it's due to the staff, their care, attention and commitment to offering personalised care. Thank you and we could not have asked for a better experience.

My daughter has been going to Buttercups for about three months and she is now walking in with a smile on her face every morning and a big smile when she comes out at the end of the day. She even misses the place at the weekends, I can't give a higher recommendation than that!

I just want to say a big thank you to this lovely nursery on Nursery Practitioner Day. From the very start, my son has loved it here. He took his first steps in their spacious, beautiful garden, is learning English as a second language (we're Dutch), and comes home every day with new words, stories, and ideas. The staff are so hardworking, dedicated, and genuinely caring. You can really tell they truly care about the children's well-being and development. They make sure every day is full of learning, fun, and kindness, and they keep us in the loop with a detailed daily newsletter and especially with the daily photo's. This nursery has such a warm, homely feel. It's obvious the moment we arrive, when my son runs in happily and is always greeted with love and kindness. We couldn't be happier, and I'd happily recommend this nursery to any family looking for a caring and joyful place for their little ones.

Our daughter was at Buttercups since she was just a year old, and having now graduated at 4, I honestly couldn't be happier with the care she has received. The staff are so kind, patient and genuinely loving. This was evident from the tears we saw in the teachers' eyes, not just in all of us parents' at the preschool graduation party! Over the years we've seen our daughter grow in confidence, independence and curiosity. She's made lovely friendships, picked up so many new skills, and comes home full of stories, songs and excitement about what she's been up to. In the last few months we also started getting a daily newsletter with pictures and details of the day's activities which is really helpful. As a mum, it's such a comfort to know she's safe, happy and thriving in such a warm, welcoming environment. We're truly grateful for everything Buttercups Acton, Ms Toni and all the lovely teachers have done for our little one in these precious early years.

My son has been at buttercups since he was 18 months and just finished preschool, he made such a lovely group of friends, the staff have been so caring and important to him since day one, he is happy when I drop him off and happy when I pick him up, loves the food there, and does so many fun activities! Also the garden area is huge so they are outside a lot if not most of the day running around which at this young age is essential. All about learning through play and fun. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been attending Buttercups Acton since she was about 1½ and I couldn't be happier with the care, warmth and support she receives here. This nursery is extra special to me because I also attended it around 20 years ago with the manager as my teacher. It feels like a full circle moment seeing my child grow and thrive in the same environment that had such a positive impact on my own early years. I still remember so much from my time here and I truly believe Buttercups gave me a strong, positive start in life. Now, watching my daughter enjoy her nursery journey, I can see that same nurturing, fun and supportive environment being carried forward. The staff are incredible, attentive, caring and always putting the children first. The nursery has such a warm, family-like feel and I'm so grateful for all that they do. I couldn't recommend Buttercups Acton more highly.

My granddaughter is thriving in a safe and happy environment with excellent care and a positive learning experience. Her own mother attended this branch under the same leadership so I can testify to proven history of success as she is an all rounded individual going into primary teaching herself!

My son has been going to Buttercups Acton since he was 1 year old and loves it. He has been attending this nursery for the last year. He has learnt and is happy. The staff is always welcoming and happy in the morning. Great staff, my son loves going.

Our son has been attending the nursery for almost a year now, and he's incredibly happy there - he loves spending time with his friends and absolutely adores his carer who has been kind, supportive, and a real comfort to him. The staff are warm, professional, and create a nurturing environment where he's clearly thriving. The only downside is the lack of a digital portal or app for real-time updates, which would help us stay more connected to his daily activities. Overall, we're very pleased with the care he receives and feel confident he's in great hands.

We are thrilled to have our son at Buttercups. The staff are so welcoming and our son evidently loves his time there. He sprints in every morning without a backwards glance and we love the daily newsletters with photos of him taking part in a huge array of fun activities. No holiday, festival or special day goes uncelebrated! It is evident he is learning a huge amount and his development has come on in leaps and bounds since he started there at 10 months.

We've had such a positive experience with Buttercups Acton. It has a warm, family-like feel, and the staff are genuinely caring and build lovely relationships with the children. My little boy has settled in really well-he's happy, developing his language and social skills, and always comes home beaming. The environment is diverse, welcoming, and supportive. I feel completely at ease dropping him off each day, knowing he's in good hands. It's clear he feels safe, understood, and free to be himself. Couldn't ask for more, really.

My daughter has been attending Buttercups Acton for 7 months now, having started there at ten months old. I only have hugely positive things to say about the nursery. The team are so professional, kind and caring. They take such an interest in the children that no detail is too small for them to know, from sleep routines to food preferences and allergies. When my child first started there, she was still having two naps a day. Buttercups's babies room has actual cots, which meant she could continue her sleep routine. I looked around at other local nurseries and none offered that, plus I kept hearing other places wanted her to drop a nap! Their space is brilliant, always clean and has a huge garden. The nursery caters for anyone working, which can be such a pain point: I love that they are open all year round and provide three meals a day, which are always balanced and nutritious. Plus, they keep evolving in their comms and the activities they put on.

This nursery is exceptional and we couldn't be happier. We have sent both our children here including for pre-school. The nursery provides a caring, creative and joyful environment where our children have thrived. The environment is charming and homely, with the garden space a particular hit. The nursery manager is wonderful, always present and makes an effort to know each and every child. The staff are fantastic, constantly striving to provide fun, friendship and active learning. I would highly recommend.

Our daughter has been attending Buttercups Acton for half of her life, starting when she was just 9 months old. During that time we have seen her transform from a baby who initially cried at drop off (despite the warm welcome from the staff), to a confident toddler who is delighted when she arrives and still full of smiles at the end of the day. From the beginning we were impressed by the kind professionalism of the team - they get to know the children, genuinely care about them and their development, and display an individualised approach; including taking food allergies in their stride. The manager is exceptional - approachable and fun, but serious and across the detail - she knows every child in the place, and they all know her. You cannot put a price on feeling your child is safe and happy. We feel so lucky to have found this nursery and would recommend it without hesitation.

We love Buttercups. It has a very friendly and homely feel and my daughter is happy going in everyday. Her confidence has really improved since attending. Lovely garden space and the staff are all warm and attentive.

I am very happy with my son's development, he is showing signs of independence which is a joy to see. I am very confident in the staff caring for my son and I am sure I will continue to see more development from him.

My experience with Buttercups has been good, I haven't had any issues. I would prefer more communication in between moving from class to class. Otherwise, all good.

My son loves the nursery, his teachers and his friends. The standard of care and learning is fantastic. There's a wealth of experience amongst the teachers/carers. Over the past four years they've built - a high level of trust with our family.

My child loves this nursery and everything about it. The nursery manager and her team are friendly, experienced and full of energy, constantly finding new activities and adventures for the children. The nursery has a lovely atmosphere where all the children know each other.
