The staff at Brightsparks made my son feel comfortable and welcome from his first day. He settled in very quickly and is happy around his keyworker as well as other nursery staff. The staff are incredibly helpful, flexible and accommodating.
He loves all the creative activities that are scheduled during
the week and enjoys learning new things at every visit.
Both my husband and me couldn’t be happier to send our son to Brightsparks.

My elder son left the nursery this September to start school after 4 years there. He left as a wonderful confident outward looking little boy and a lot of that was down to the exceptional nurturing environment at Brightsparks and the professional and dedicated attitude of all the staff there; helping
him understand social values and behaviours but letting his personality flourish too. The nursery is being just as attentive with my younger son and there's really only good things to say about the place. The staff build a wonderful rapport with all the children and genuinely care about them and are kind and patient dealing with any issues and always willing to listen and act on anything the parents have to say. From 8am to 6pm the children are actively engaged and all this comes at a very fair price compared to many of their competitors. Send your child there and be forever happy!

My son has been going to Brightsparks for the past 3 months and is thoroughly enjoying it. It is his first experience with nursery and he has friends there and enjoys the activities he does. Both of our children love the people who work at Brightsparks in New Malden, which for me is the most important thing. They have recently updated their menu to include a healthier range of food and more fruit in the snacks and desserts. We think that is fabulous. Both of our girls enjoyed going and
whenever they were sad or unwell, I had full confidence that the staff there would take care of them until we could pick them up again. They do a wide range of activities including lots of messy play, which I am a particular fan of as can’t bear all that mess at home! They learn phonics songs in the pre-school class and offer a range of extra clubs too. It’s great.

My child started in the "Little stars" room last month and is 6 months old. Obviously a very difficult time when a parent has to go back to work when their child is so small. However the staff in the Little Stars room are caring, thoughtful and really down to earth. My son is exhausted when going home
due to all the excellent things they do and he always has a smile on his face. I feel assured that he is safe and that he is getting the early years education for his development he needs.

Going back to work and leaving your baby for the first time with strangers is a very daunting experience but Brightsparks really helped me/us with the transition. The Brightsparks team are so caring and the environment is so family orientated. My son settled in so well and has been enjoying every day
that he is there.
So many activities, learning experiences, great meals, lots of friends and a safe environment.
We are so happy we chose Brightsparks New Malden.

My daughter has been here for a year now and the staff at the nursery have been amazing at taking care of all of her needs. Having been ill so frequently for the first half of last year, they not only looked after her medical/dietary needs but absolutely showered her with attention and love so she felt
at home. Keeping in mind that my daughter attends full time, they all are like a second family to her !!! And she thoroughly loves her friends, fun activities and all else that the nursery has to offer. It's a fun environment where the kids learn in ways that suit them best rather than one way fits all! Cannot recommend them enough and I go to work knowing my most precious child is in excellent hands!

My son has thrived at Brightsparks Day Nursery, New Malden. The staff have encouraged him to come out of himself and really helped with potty training and when I was worried about his speech. My son has very much enjoyed moving to Brightsparks. He participates in a number of planned, stimulating and educational themed activities on a daily basis. The staff are friendly and approachable and most importantly welcoming. He really enjoys the outdoor activities in their garden where he gets to

Our daughter has been going to Brightsparks since she was ten months old and has always been really happy. It's a small nursery and it feels homely. The staff are really caring and our daughter has always been very attached to her key workers.
The management is very dynamic and they keep well in touch
with the parents. They have this great online learning journal where we can follow her development and some of the activities the kids are involved in.

My son has been at Brightsparks for 9 months now and he absolutely loves it there.
He started from the age of eleven months old, so as a new parent, I was very anxious about leaving him and returning to work... the staff at Brightsparks made this transition as smooth as possible and within days I
was so comfortable leaving him there, knowing that he was in a safe and caring environment.
I cannot recommend Brightsparks enough, it's such a welcoming, friendly nursery. I feel like my son is learning so much, it's lovely to see the skills he is picking up and how happy he is with his keyworkers and his friends.

My son has been going to Brightsparks for a year.
The staff at Brightsparks are what makes this provider so good.
The care they provide the children is outstanding. They ensure every child receives the support they need whilst providing a 'home from home' feel.
The key workers are both caring
and loving but ensure, when needed, that every child understands the difference between right and wrong.
My son gives his key worker a massive smile every morning and kisses when he goes home. This makes me happy to know he is comfortable around them.

We have had our children at Brightsparks Day Nursery for almost a year, our daughter since she was one and our son since he was three. The staff adore the children and our children love it there, what more can you ask for? Both children are thriving and I continue to be impressed by the variety of activities

My daughter has been at Brightsparks for 18months and thoroughly enjoys it (as much as a 2/3year-old can provide feedback!) At the end of each day she is full of beans and is a very happy and contented little girl, which I believe is the best feedback you could expect from her day at nursery. I thoroughly
enjoy viewing the feedback from nursery on my child's development through the Learning Journals, which include photos! The staff are welcoming and are approachable should you have any issues you wish to address. Brightsparks is ideally located and the team does well to use the space creatively to enable the children to take part in activities and enjoy the outdoors!
