Brightsparks Day Nursery and Preschool New Malden

Brightsparks in New Malden is a great nursery. The staff are so friendly and we trust them completely with our daughter. We have noticed since she started nursery that she has learnt a lot of things since being there from songs to speech, and from colours to animals etc. We can tell she enjoys nursery and loves her 'carers'-she tells us so!

Brightsparks is a wonderful day nursery. Our son went there from 22 months until 4 years, and our daughter started this year at 9 months. They have both loved it there. The staff are incredibly caring and make a real effort to get to know the children and parents. My son has just started reception and started without a hitch - a testament to the great work they do!

In essence, the staff at Brightsparks are what makes this provider second to none. The care they provide the children is outstanding. They ensure every child receives the support they need whilst providing a 'home from home'. The key workers are both caring and loving but ensure, when needed, that every child understands the difference between right and wrong. A true test at any nursery is how your child feels about the people who care for them in your absence. My eldest asks every year to invite at least 3-4 of the staff to his birthday party and my youngest son gives his key workers a massive smile every morning to only get upset when he leaves at the end of the day.

Before my sons started nursery I was looking for a provider that could provide them with a safe, caring, learning environment. Brightsparks does just that as a facility, but the staff provide so much more.

I couldn't recommend this nursery more!

Our daughter has just graduated after a very happy 3 1/2 years at Brightsparks. We could not have been happier with the care and support shown by everyone at the nursery, which has helped prepare both her and us for school.

The manager has always been very helpful and accommodating. The nursery arranges lots of nice, fun activities such as a graduation party for the pre school leavers and a summer BBQ. Two of my children have now left for school and I feel that they have been well prepared for this new experience through their time at the nursery.

What a fabulous nursery school. My daughter has been attending Brightsparks Day Nursery since May 2015 and has absolutely loved her time there and made many friends. As have I!!! Carers have all be so lovely and genuinely adore their key children!! Am going to miss taking her there twice a week.

I would strongly recommend Brightsparks Day Nursery to my friends and colleagues as it has definitely given my son the right start in life.

Highly recommend Brightsparks Day Nursery. Staff are professional, caring and friendly and my son loves attending this nursery. Jo Jingles and Playball come into the nursery as additional activities which my son loves. I highly recommend this nursery.

A lovely nursery - smaller than a lot in the area but it does mean it has a lovely family atmosphere with the staff knowing all the children well, regardless of what room they are in. This contrasts to the larger nurseries where only the key workers know the children.

We sent our daughter at six months as I needed to go back to work. I felt very reassured leaving her in their care. She has a severe dairy allergy and at the time was very prone to ear infections but they coped with both beautifully. The baby room is lovely and each child has a proper cot which is a real plus for us.

Our daughter stayed at the nursery until she started school recently. She progressed well and was very settled. There's a real sense of community amongst the parents and we have several good friends from her time at Brightsparks Day Nursery, New Malden. Our son continues to be at the nursery, currently in the Toddler room, he is also very happy and settled.

We have been at Brightsparks Day Nursery for 8 years. It is a very homely nursery where the children are loved and looked after very well. My children have always been happy there and I have been very happy with the staff. We have developed wonderful friendships with the carers. I would feel comfortable recommending anyone to the nursery.

Extremely friendly nursery with a lovely family feel to it. Staff are all pleasant, trustworthy, helpful and enjoy playing with the children. My son has been going full time to Brightsparks Day Nursery for 2 and a half years now and is very happy there and has made loads of friends (and so have I!) Nice for me to go to work everyday with piece of mind that he is being well looked after.
