Lovely staff really make the nursery. The food is also wholesome and carefully planned. More than anything our daughter seems happy there and that's really comforting as a parent. We love the updates on the app too.

Brightsparks is a Great nursery with friendly and very competent staff. My son loves it there and I can see his development coming along very well since attending. The whole place is managed well and very transparent with approach to care for the children.

Brightsparks is a fantastic nursery giving our kids the best experiences. The owner knows all the kids and makes sure that the nursery runs smoothly with opportunities for parents to get involved through book readings and dinner invitations. The staff are friendly and always say hello to kids, with my kids in two different rooms knowing all the staff well, and my eldest continuing to be asked after now she has left. They have opportunities for the kids to engage with the nursery guinea pigs and dogs and share experiences with home life through the app. I have felt both my girls are supported and cared for by this nursery.

Activities are carefully planned and are varied for the children to enjoy. We really value the time spent outside. Social skills with peers and adults are supported to develop. The updates shared with parent are really welcome and we feel involved with the nursery. We have valued the observations of our child from their key person and the progress meeting to give us an insight into our child's development.

we moved our child to this nursery from a diff one by far the best descion. the staff is so so accommodating and so professional loved the menu they create foe kids the activities i enjoy sending my lil one to this nursery myself

We have had such a positive experience sending our 2 children to Brightsparks. The staff are wonderful - very caring and kind, as well as being focused on their development and learning. We would certainly recommend the nursery to others.

Everyone at the nursery is amazing and wonderful. There is not one person my daughter does not like or come home talking about. She loves everyone there and loves going to nursery. It is all she talks about. The food is amazing and I know that because my daughter eats every single food that's given to her there. She's made so many wonderful friends and lifelong memories. The manager is quick at updating and making sure all my questions were answered being a first time mum

I have my daughter and son at the nursery and both absolutely love it! The staff are the best thing about the nursery who all really care about my children. They always end the day very happy. Both children are developing very well and i simply could not recommend it more highly.

Bright Sparks is an exceptional nursery. The staff go above and beyond to look after our little one. They know her so well and she feels so safe with them. We are a same same sex couple and Bright sparks is so sensitive to this. If I have ever (very rare) had to raise any concerns they immediately support and go above and beyond to move things forward positively.

The nursery is always very welcoming and has excellent procedures in place when collecting children to safeguard them. I feel that our grandson, and now granddaughter, are cared for by individuals that really know them and their individual needs and preferences

Our son has been attending this nursery since he was 9 months old and is very happy there. There is very low turnover of staff so he has had the opportunity to build up a good relationship with his carers, who know him well and have really encouraged his development. The food is also excellent and he eats really well there. We get regular updates about our son's progress and the manager is very quick to respond to queries.

Our nearly 2 year old son is thriving at Brightsparks. He has been there 3 months and his development has been amazing. He comes home saying new words all the time and his motor skills have improved considerably. They have a lovely garden which he particularly enjoys. He loves going in the morning and has a huge smile on his face whenever he sees the staff. The staff give us updates throughout the day and are so friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend Brightsparks.

We moved into this area in October and our daughter has been a regular at this nursery since. She got along with the class and the caretakers very quickly and I am very happy with her progress. Something that I really appreciate is the outings the kids have to the park, grocery stores nearby which gives the kids an amazing life experience. We also get daily feedback about the kids which helps us a great deal. Off late we've been also getting to know the teachers a little better through their profiles which are shared by us. This is a fantastic initiative

My child has only attended for a short time but is very well looked after there. The staff are excellent at communicating with parents and providing updates, I never feel like I don't know what's going on with my child. The facilities are lovely and clean. The onsite chef is fantastic and my child sometimes eats more at nursery than at home! I trust my child is in good hands there and always comes home happy so that's a great sign.

Our son had a great time at Brightsparks Day Nursery and Preschool New Malden. They had great activities prepared for the children every day. They also have a lovely little garden with different outdoor toys. They even got taken to the near by playground sometimes. I can definitely recommend this nursery.

Our son joined the nursery 5 months ago. The staff are lovely and very caring. He took quite a while to settle in but the staff were reassuring during this time and sent photos and messages during the day, which helped. The app is brilliant, recording exactly what they ate, how long they slept and nappy changes. I find this so helpful, especially in that transition time. He is now very very happy in the Shooting Stars room and comes out beaming every day. I feel really comfortable taking him to nursery knowing he will have a better time there than with me!!

I have two children at the nursery, eldest since 2020. My experience is all positive. The current team are fabulous, warm and always very friendly and helpful. My children are very happy! I recommend this nursery.

Our little boy loved going to Brightsparks Day Nursery and Preschool and now our little girl does too. We're very impressed with the friendliness, care and knowledge of all the staff there. Different learning activities are planned for each day ensuring that children are kept engaged and are developed at the right pace. Children are also taken for outdoor activities every day, as long as it is safe to do so, and parents are kept up-to-date with what their child has been up to via an app. Three meals and a couple of snacks are provided each day and the food is healthy, nutritious and freshly cooked on-site. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our choice to send our children to Brightsparks and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Bright Sparks is a brilliant nursery. Our daughter has been attending for the last year and loves it. The staff are caring, friendly and knowledgeable. They support us and work with us to help our daughter to make progress. We have been so impressed with how much she has developed and how happy she is there. She goes in happily every day and the nursery staff are always able and willing to answer any questions we have. Would highly recommend it.

Wonderful nursery and I would highly recommend it. My son has attended for just over two years and he is really happy. The staff are kind and caring and the activities they set up and provide are great for child development. Communication has always been excellent and staff have been really supportive through all milestones.
