My child is very happy to be at Brightsparks. She is looking every day to get to the nursery. The activities they are performing are great and the food is delicious. We are also very happy with Brightsparks.

Our eldest used to attend Brightsparks and now our youngest goes - he was two years old when he started and would get upset (like most children starting!) but the staff were so loving and caring that I knew he was in the best hands! He's now moved into the pre-school class - since attending Brightsparks
his vocabulary has excelled and confidence.

Our daughter joined Brightsparks when she was 10 months old. She is now just over 2 years old and is loving it there. She was quite upset in the mornings when she first joined but the staff worked with us to settle her in well and now she doesn't even turn around at the door to say goodbye. She is a
fussy eater and the team have worked with us to try to support her in tasting new foods. We genuinely feel that those working with her, are as invested in improving her diet as we are and celebrate any new foods tried as much as we do. We feel like the staff really care about our little one and she clearly feels this too, as she is so excited to go to nursery in the mornings.

We have been using Brightsparks since 2016 when our daughter first joined at just over one-year-old. She had the best time at nursery and formed wonderful attachments to her keyworkers. Our son is currently at Brightsparks and is also having a brilliant time. The staff are lovely and friendly. We feel
completely at ease with the nursery and happy with the care our son receives.

Our son has been attending Brightsparks New Malden since summer 2020. He has settled in very well and is very happy to go into nursery every time. He sometimes even asks to go in on days he is meant to stay home with us (always a great sign). The staff have been excellent so far and we know that he
is being well looked after when he is there.

My 2-year-old daughter started when she was 1 in the baby room and has been in toddlers for 6 months now and she absolutely loves it. The team are so friendly and you can tell they really care about the children. The menu is varied and healthy with the odd treat. The messy play is great and my daughter
definitely enjoys all the activities, indoors and outdoors. There is plenty of outdoor play too.

Our daughter really likes this nursery and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. When the weather permits they have an outside space that is well equipped and kids like it a lot.

My son has been attending Brightsparks Day Nursery for 3 months now and I am really happy with his development and progress. The management and staff are fantastic. They really care about the children, I know my son is well looked after and he is always happy. The staff are very likeable, have good
manners and are very caring towards my son. The nursery manager is one of the best people I had the pleasure to be acquainted with. She knows her stuff, I trust her implicitly and I feel if I ever had any queries that I am able to call/speak with her at any time. I would have no hesitation to recommending Brightsparks Day Nursery to friends and family.

Highly recommend this nursery. I last reviewed in 2018 when my older 2 kids had attended. We’ve since had twins and so began our Brightsparks journey all over again. Like their older siblings, our youngest are completely happy here and so well looked after. The staff form lovely relationships with the
kids, and many have worked in the nursery for years, which I think is a positive sign that it’s a happy place to be for everyone. Our twins are treated as individuals which I think is important for them. They started in summer 2020 and I’m very happy with all the changes and extra safety measures for Covid, there is a good balance and I know my girls get the affection they need, still being very young.

My son has been going here since the start of the year. He comes home as a happy bunny after each session. During lockdown, he would ask about when he would see his key workers and friends again. The staff are all absolutely wonderful and my son adores them! They make the effort to do different activities
with the children and parents are kept well informed about what they have been up to. I would definitely recommend Brightsparks without hesitation.

The staff at Brightsparks are lovely and really care about the children. My son is in the pre-school room and missed nursery and his friends during lockdown, I'm happy he has been able to go back to Brightsparks prior to starting school. The communication during lockdown was great and happy with the

Wonderful nursery! The facilities are sufficient but not the most important thing, it's all about the staff and the care they show for the children. The staff and manager really put the children first, taking a pragmatic, no-fuss approach and the lines of communication are always open. Our child has
been going to the nursery since he was 11-months and is incredibly happy here. He always does so many activities we could never replicate at home especially the creative ones! We are very pleased with how he has re-settled back after lockdown and admire all the efforts gone in by the staff to make it a safe but welcoming environment. It's also incredibly reasonably priced for the area. Would not hesitate to recommend!

The staff at Brightsparks, New Malden are lovely people and they create a welcoming and safe environment for young ones. My sons both attended the nursery and both formed strong bonds with some of the staff there and that can only be because they felt safe and secure with them. I know they do their
very best to look after the children and provide interesting and exciting activities for them each day. They are also very supportive when your child goes through a developmental stage such as learning to walk or toilet training.

Both my children have attended Brightsparks so I've now been using them for 4 years and am very pleased with what they offer. The quality of the care is great and my children have always been very happy there. They develop a really strong connection with their carers and love all the additional activities.

I now have my second child attending that fantastic nursery. They both made great relationships with the carers who are always very welcoming, happy, warm, nurturing. I feel my daughter is spending her day in a very safe and stimulating environment. Huge variety and great planning of different activities

My daughter has been at this nursery for about 6 weeks now and I’m so pleased I did my research. The staff are amazing with her. After being very anxious about leaving my child for a day the staff put me at ease and I know my daughter has a lot of fun because she sleeps so well after a hard day of play!
