Great nursery, the staff are friendly and caring. Provides a good range of activities to engage children. Great feedback online in day book and verbally. Couldn't be happier and my daughter loves the days she attends "Highly recommend".

Communication with parents is consistent and regular, the staff are compassionate and caring. The food is freshly cooked to a very high standard, the well-researched menus are second to none. Regular healthy snacks alongside breakfast, lunch and tea keep my grandson satisfied and energetic through the day. Thank you, girls, you do an amazing job.

Brightsparks Day Nursery, Old Coulsdon has been a second home for our daughter. She has been attending since she was 10 months old and now, at the age of 4, she is leaving with sadness. All staff is very caring and listen to parents and concerns. We went through some phases where our daughter needed extra support and we knew we could count on all staff. Direction/management team was brilliant in addressing/resolving our concerns. We all will miss greatly the nursery and its family-like atmosphere.

The nursery is very clean and tidy. The food menu is excellent and the opportunities afforded to the children are exceptional. Bringing in sessions such as 'Sing and Sign' have become the highlight of the week. The staff are brilliant, very friendly and create an amazing environment to leave your little one in.

My son has been at the nursery since he was 10 months old. I could not be more thankful for the care that they show my son. They treat the children with such respect and care deeply about their development. The staff are knowledgeable and have transitioned him between rooms really well. They have great activities on offer such as football, phonic stars and leaps and bounds which my son loves. I am so glad that I chose Brightsparks.

Very friendly and caring environment. My 2 year old thoroughly enjoys going to nursery, no one day is the same as there are always plenty of activities scheduled. Lovely extracurricular activities too from animal encounters to sing and sign lessons. The nursery menu is excellent, always a good variety of foods throughout the day and all is healthy and homemade. The staff are all wonderful and my child is so well looked after.

My son has come on so well since starting Brightsparks, they put a lot of time and effort into helping him settle and he now loves nursery! He is growing into a very confident and happy little boy and I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you girls.

Brightsparks in Old Coulsdon have been amazing. Our daughter has come so far from a shy little 2-year-old to a more confident 3-year-old. The staff are outstanding and do a brilliant job. I cannot recommend this branch enough.

The nursery is warm and welcoming to all families. They are very accommodating to the needs of all children. The time my children have been there has been safe, fun, varied learning and enriching to their whole being. The setting and the staff are lovely and my children love it there.

We currently have two children at this nursery and they are extremely happy with their experience here. All members of staff are friendly, professional and very helpful.

Both our children really enjoy their time at nursery and have built up positive relationships with their key workers - they arrive and leave nursery very happy.

All of our queries/information for our children has been dealt with quickly and efficiently by the excellent manager also.

The staff at the nursery are lovely - caring, patient and trustworthy. They put in a lot of effort with the children to do fun activities, expose them to lots of learning opportunities and allow them to develop independence. My child has developed a strong bond with the staff and really enjoys nursery days.

Brightsparks Day Nursery in Old Coulsdon is an excellent nursery! My little girl started when she was 9 months and I was quite worried about her settling in. The staff are very experienced and they are also very helpful. I'm very glad that we have chosen Brightsparks and my little one settled in as smoothly as I could hope for. They also do a lot of interesting activities that we can't manage at home as well.

Friendly nursery. Staff take time to find out children’s interests. Varied food menu and play activities. Children’s play activities are themed around seasons and events such as firework night and Valentine’s Day. The rooms are always kept clean and tidy. The outside play area is astroturfed and has a good selection of toys for the relevant age groups. Outside space is a bit limited but overall, a lovely nursery and my son is very happy there.

I am so pleased with Brightsparks Nursery and all they have done for my two girls. I have used them for the last 5 years and I can highly recommend them. They keep you informed as a parent and care for the children so well. Both my girls have loved going there from the age of 6 months. I will be sad when my youngest leaves to go to school next year. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful and made the children feel cared for. Thank you for all your continued work.

Our experience at Brightsparks started when we moved to the area last Sept 2017. The manager was extremely helpful and accommodating in arranging some sort of care setting for our daughter. The staff at Brightsparks were very understanding and experienced in dealing with transitioning from a childminder to a nursery setting, a few months on and our daughter absolutely loves it. The nursery is a lovely, supportive setting which has really allowed our daughter to shine and grow in confidence. The children and staff alike are great, we couldn't be happier with the care and we plan on sending our second child to the nursery when the time comes.

I cannot recommend more this place to allow your child their first steps into the outside World!

Excellent nursery. My son has been going Brightsparks - Coulsdon for over 3 years and he is very happy there. Free flow play truly means free flow play and you will actually see children playing outside and indoors as they wish anytime in the day - of course in appropriate weather. Nice new toys that rotate so children are not bored. My son likes the food cooked freshly on site. Secure entry system. Staff give updates daily on my son's activities. Management responds to emails on the same day. Very happy parent.
