Brightsparks Day Nursery, Old Coulsdon

Fantastic nursery with an excellent work ethic from staff. Every member of staff that has worked with either of my daughters has been amazing. The Nursery is really well run and staff are highly organised and efficient. Both my daughters love/d going to nursery and always come home so happy and talk about all the different activities they did. Every room is perfect for the children they have and the transition from each room was done when both my girls were ready to move on.

Would definitely recommend the nursery to parents in the area.

This is a fantastic nursery where both of our kids go to. It is great to know that they are so well looked after and are having such a wonderful time.

After having my second child I needed help with childcare for my first. This nursery helped me with my needs and made my first born's routine continue without distraction. The staff are lovely and smiley. And I am very grateful for all the nursery staff have done for my daughter.

It’s a fantastic place and our child loves to go there, they do various activities and the friendly staff take very good care of the children, they were very good when my child was settling in and helping learn new things each week.

My daughter has been at the Nursery for five months now, and from the very first settling in session, I have felt confident that she would be happy and safe at Brightsparks Old Coulsdon.

The staff have gone over and above to ensure she settled in well, helping her and I adjust to the change with nothing being to much trouble. Her development since starting at nursery has come on in leaps and bounds, and they have helped me with ideas of what to do outside of the nursery to support her in achieving goals.

My little girls attended the Brightsparks Day Nursery in Old Coulsdon, starting as babies and leaving this year to go off to school. I could not have asked for a more positive, happy, creative environment to leave my children in while my husband and I went off to work. The staff treat children with care and ensure that each day is full of fun and excitement with new experiences to stimulate learning. The Brightsparks Day Nursery in Old Coulsdon has enabled my children to be sociable, confident, and assured in all that they do. It is truly a fabulous nursery.

My son has settled in so well to nursery life that he loves telling me about the staff and who he has cuddled that day. Being very anxious about handing my son over to others to look after they helped him settle in extremely well and support them excellent when they transition into new rooms as they get older. The staff also give feedback to me to let me know and reassure me that he is happy when he is there and the feedback at parents day on how they are progressing in terms of his development is great. They also listen to feedback from parents and even the children like a recent revamp of the food menus, which is great. Love the nursery really happy we picked them to look after my little dude.

With our first child, we were very nervous about going to Nursery but the team and facilities are very impressive and he has a great time there.

We have been very happy with Brightsparks Day Nursery, Old Coulsdon. The staff are very caring, facilities good and we have always felt that our son and daughter are in very good hands and enjoy their time in the nursery.

I have two children at Brightsparks, my daughter started in 2014, she truly excelled and flourished. My son started in August 2016 and has thoroughly enjoyed his time at the nursery. I am kept up to date with the nursery theme and weekly planning. There is good communication between staff and parents. The facilities available are very good with lots of choice. I leave both my children there knowing they are being well looked after. Both are keen to get through the door into their relevant room.

Our 9-month-old daughter started at Brightsparks Day Nursery, Old Coulsdon in September '16 and overall I couldn't be happier with the nursery. From the first day, I've felt confident leaving my daughter knowing she will be well looked after and will enjoy herself with the varied activities.

We are very happy with this care and support that our son receives in the nursery. His caregivers are fantastic- they are interested in him, his interactions, his family and are more than willing to adjust to meet his needs as best as they can. All the nursery staff are friendly, engaging, competent and welcoming to both children and parents alike.

All staff know him by name and always have a lovely welcome in the mornings when dropping off.

My daughter has been at Brightsparks Day Nursery, Old Coulsdon since a tiny baby, she has formed special/good relationships with staff within each room she is in, all staff are approachable, caring, friendly and very supportive. She is more confident and enjoys going to nursery looking forward to it in the mornings and happily saying goodbye to me. The nursery itself is a fun, welcoming and a bright environment I love that photos and artwork are displayed around the rooms so parents can see their children enjoying themselves. I cannot fault the care Brightsparks Day Nursery, Old Coulsdon gives to my daughter. Whenever I go to pick her up she is beaming and giving staff hugs when she has to leave. :)

My son has been at the nursery for just over a year and I am very happy with the care that he has been receiving. Staff are friendly, supportive and very caring. We particularly appreciate how his ever changing interests are factored in to help their learning.

The manager and the staff at Brightsparks Old Coulsdon have been friendly and welcoming since my daughter started a year ago. The communication is good and the staff are always happy to help in any way they can. The settling in period was very effective and I feel confident and happy with the care provided. My daughter has made good progress over the last year, especially with her communication. She loves going to Nursery and it has been great for her. Thank you to all the staff.

The manager and the team at Brightsparks Day Nursery, Old Coulsdon branch are all absolutely wonderful, my daughter loves her days at nursery and this is down to the wonderful care, activity and environment provided here by the team.

Fantastic, caring staff who keep up to date with my son's ever-changing interests. Always keeping me informed of his progress and development and have been fantastic in accommodating his dietary needs.
