Brightsparks Day Nursery, Old Coulsdon

Our daughter started at this nursery when she was nine months old and from the very beginning we've all been so happy we chose here. The staff are all brilliant and really build lovely bonds with the children. We've always been so happy with every key worker our daughter has had, to the point where she still runs to her very first key worker she had. The app is great and updated well. The food provided is of great quality so we know our daughter really eats well. I honestly believe a large part of her development has been as a result of going to this nursery so thank you so much to all at Brightsparks!

Both my children go to Brightsparks and they love it! The staff are very friendly and clearly care about the children. Staff have always been very supportive of the difference between home and nursery and try to follow habits and routines. Overall this is a great nursery and at a reasonable rate when compared to other nurseries in the area.

My son has been coming to Brightsparkes since he was 18months, the staff are always super kind and encouraging for our children. My son loves his key worker and coming to see his friends each day. Keep up the great work team!

Our daughter has been with the nursery since February 2022 and loves it there. She has required some extra SEND support which has been delivered by the staff extremely well and has put us at ease and really helped with our daughter's confidence and development. All the staff are lovely, friendly and approachable and our daughter really enjoys her days at nursery. The app to keep an eye on what they get up to is also really handy and helps us with conversation when she comes home. Would highly recommend Brightsparks to anyone, we'll miss it when our daughter leaves later this year.

My son really enjoys his time in the preschool room and has a very relationship with the staff members, as a nursery they continue to evolve to the needs of the children, adding more facilities and activities.

I feel at total ease leaving my daughter in the care of all of the staff. I would definitely recommend to all!

We chose this nursery because of the great levels of communication and not disappointed a year onwards. My son loves it there, he has a lot of fun and the staff are very welcome very friendly, warm and welcoming.

Fantastic nursery - our child is well looked after, happy, healthy and loves going there. So much so she doesn't want to leave!! The staff are all brilliant and hold themselves to high standards. The facilities are clean and well equipped. Activities are well thought-out and evidently very fun as our child loves to come home and tell us about them! Would recommend 100%.

I contacted Brightsparks (Old Coulsdon) after my daughter failed to settle after 6 weeks of trying at a different establishment. I was absolutely gutted because on paper it ticked all the boxes, but my little girl was unhappy. Another mum and I struck up a conversation in a park and she recommended Old Coulsdon. I called them and we haven't looked back since. My daughter settled on her very first visit! I was adamant they would not be able to get her down with a no contact nap, she was napping with all the other babies within two days. She was happy, comfortable and safe. She is still there and we are still very impressed with the care and attention she is given. We've since had another baby and she also attends. Yes the staff have changed over the years, but the care and attention to detail have remained. Would highly recommend them.

Our boy has flourished being at Brightsparks, Coulsdon. He can't wait every morning to see his teachers and friends. Everyone at the organisation is approachable and friendly. We couldn't be happier.

My grandson attends this nursery. He loves it here and his mum is also happy with services provided. He is a happy, lovable child who is thriving due to the care amd attention he receives on a daily basis.

My 9month started here at the end of January. I was very anxious about leaving her but the manager and staff made me feel comfortable and helped explain everything to me really well and friendly. With the millions of questioned I have had for them they have always taken the time to answer and help me with completing paperwork and explaining systems. My daughter enjoys playing with all of their tiff tray activities and communication has been very good with plenty of updates. A warm and welcoming atmosphere and environment, friendly and helpful staff and Manager would more could you want. Very happy to send my baby here. Credit to all staff

My eldest daughter went to this nursery and now my youngest is also currently here. We are very happy about the care and encouragement they are given. Both of my daughters have been very happy. We find that the nursery wants to work along side us as parents which really helps.

Our son has attended Brightsparks for 2.5 years and loves it. He adores all the staff who make him feel welcome and safe. He has made a lovely friendship group and is always happy when dropping off. We couldn't recommend Brightsparks enough, the staff are the best, communicate excellently and always engage with the children. We couldn't be happier with Brightsparks.

The staff at Bright Sparks are fantastic and attentive to our son. He loves it there and has been going since he was 9 months old and is now a thriving 3 year old - thank you to the caring staff for this!

We are happy that we chose to send both our children to Bright Sparks in Old Coulsdon. Our eldest transitioned with ease to primary school in Sept and our second is very happy playing and learning in such a friendly, caring, warm and welcoming environment. We are very comfortable leaving our child in their care.

We are very happy with this nursery, the nursery workers are great and care for the children well. I've had 2 children here who have both been happy. Lots of activities to keep the children engaged, and staff are responsive to the children's needs. The app is great for looking at how the children spend their day, our son loves to look back at his day. Management are also very responsive, caring and understanding.
