Welcome to Bexleyheath Day Nursery and Preschool, where dedicated staff are committed to providing the best care and early education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. With a beautiful garden, which includes four dedicated areas for each of the age groups, the children enjoy free-flow access from their classrooms and have access to a wide range of activities and resources to support their development while having lots of fun. They are fortunate to have their very own chickens, which the children adore making friends with, and a qualified sports coach runs regular sports lessons to encourage a love for physical activity.

The team are warm, patient and attentive, and it's clear how well they know and care about each child. Communication with parents has always been excellent, and we've felt reassured knowing that my child was in such kind and capable hands.

I cannot recommend Bright Horizons Bexleyheath enough! From the baby room to pre-school, they have been wonderfully supportive and transparent every step of the way. Parents get fully visibility into activities, food, social interactions throughout each day so I always had peace of mind that my child was in good hands. They are always in hand to address any questions immediately which has been so helpful. Its truly set her up for reception and I cannot thank all the staff there enough! Cannot wait for my second one to start soon too.

Bright Horizons Bexleyheath were very supportive, welcoming and reassuring in the whole process. They adapted the settling in for our child and our family's needs and all went so smooth. Going to nursery for first time at 2 years old, our child adapted very quickly and we are very happy we chose this nursery. We can see she is thriving, learning new things every day, expressing herself more and more and we are always receiving valuable updates and feedback from the carers. Even though we like all the staff, Beth, Erin and Lauren in Toddlers room are the favourites for our child and she brightens up everytime we drop her off and one of them greets her. I can't recommend this nursery enough, I don't think anyone will make a mistake for sending their child to Bexleyheath Bright Horizons.

One of my biggest worries about sending my child to nursery was staff not having the time to always pick my daughter up when she cried but all the staff at Bright Horizons are very attentive/responsive to the children's physical and emotional needs. In addition, they have been excellent with managing his dietary needs, as he has a number of allergies. I find the staff to all be enthusiastic and happy to be there, which to me is the most important part of being comfortable in sending him there. I have worked for Bright Horizons for 20 years, starting with Teddie's group as a nursery nurse. I progressed to Room Leader, then to Assistant Manager and Manager by 2005. I held the role of Nursery Manager for 8 years then enjoyed 2 years as Regional Manager covering the SW of London. I started working at Bright horizons Bexleyheath as Nursery Director in 2017. I have many fond memories, of working with some truly amazing and inspirational people, families and children. I feel privileged to watch children play, learn and develop. Hi, my name is Gemma, I have been a part of Bright Horizons since May 2008.
I started my journey as a part-time worker at Teddies Greenwich Day Nursery and Preschool and since then I have progressed and worked from Senior Nursery Nurse to Room Leader and Third in Charge.
I started my deputy role at Teddies and in December 2016 I took on the new challenge of starting up and opening a brand-new nursery, Greenwich Day Nursery and Preschool.
I am excited to become a part of the Bexleyheath Bright Horizons team as Deputy Manager and look forward to maintaining an outstanding nursery setting to help care, nurture and educate the children within our care.
