Bright Horizons Bexleyheath Day Nursery and Preschool

Had a nice experience with Bright Horizons Bexleyheath Day Nursery and Preschool. My child had good improvement after attending the nursery. Thank you so much to the teachers and coordinators. Cleanliness, teaching, and discipline, all excellent.

I would highly recommend Bexleyheath, Bright Horizons Nursery and Preschool to anyone looking for a great place for their children to learn and develop. All of the staff were absolutely wonderful, caring and supportive. Daily feedback is great, so is the whole communication with the preschool. The management is absolutely fantastic and very efficient. Every single member of staff, from management to the admin team knows every child by name and genuinely care for all the children. Every day there is so many new activities planned for the children that my son was astonished from the variety. We were really lucky to find such a fantastic place for our son. A big thank you to all the team.

Best Nursery around. My oldest has been attending this nursery for the last 2 years and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. My youngest now also attends. I’m an anxious mum who looked around so many nurseries but knew instantly this was the right place as soon as I walked in. You can not fault the staff, from the nursery workers to the ladies in the office, to the chefs. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the sense of belonging you receive for you as well as your children. Both my girls love going to school each day and have thrived since attending. If they could stay there forever I would let them! They also do lots of themed days and activities which is so lovely. Plus the daily updates regarding what food your child has eaten to what activities they have done is such a reassuring lovely touch. Highly Recommend

The office staff are amazing, there is nothing that is too much trouble. The food that he eats throughout the day sounds delicious and we know that he is having a healthy, balanced diet. All the information about meals, activities and any news you may need to know is all added to the app daily which is just amazing! I am sad that this is our son’s last year at Bright Horizons Nursery but know that they have set him up ready to start his school years and we cannot thank the staff enough.

My 3-year-old little boy has just joined Bright Horizons, Bexleyheath Nursery and the staff have been amazing. He was a little nervous at first, but the staff have gone above and beyond to help him feel safe and welcome. Not only have the staff made him feel calm, they have also made myself feel comfortable and happy with leaving. I look forward to our Bright Horizons journey and seeing how he flourishes in the nursery environment. Thank you for the great start.

Although it was a hard start (during covid), it was a great decision for our boy to start at Bright Horizons. He was very shy to start but everyone has been fantastic. As time has gone by, he has absolutely flourished. To help him gain in confidence, they have gone above and beyond. He's had the best start possible to prepare him for school and you can tell how much the staff care about their kids. Thank you for everything.

My baby joined the nursery when he was 8 years old and with him being so young I was quite nervous sending him, to begin with. The staff made me realise straight away I had absolutely nothing to worry about. They send numerous updates throughout the day and are very good at communicating when appropriate. My child has thrived at the nursery and I have seen noticeable improvements in his social skills as well as life skills. I have nothing but positive feelings towards this nursery.

Absolutely brilliant nursery! The staff are amazing, friendly, great carers. Very professional and efficient. I love how they all know my son's name. Feels like a close friend. We are very happy with our son's development since being here.

When my son first started he didn't settle well and the staff were great at making the process as easy as it could be. They were supportive of both us, as parents and my son. Now his confidence has grown so much and he has achieved lots and developed so well. Both my sons now attend and both enjoy the nursery and look forward to coming each week.

A wonderful nursery which has cared for and supported our daughter's development over several years. The staff have always shown a genuine connection with our daughter and looked after her best interests whilst in their care. The management are well organised and have worked well to keep things running throughout the pandemic and ensured that the standards of childcare didn't suffer as a result.

Since our son joined Bright Horizons after lockdown, he has come on leaps and bounds, thanks to the staff. They are welcoming and encouraging, kind and giving. The environment at the nursery is wonderful. They promote kindness, positive values and excellent learning. The ensuite kitchen staff put together an excellent, broad and accommodating menu across the week. The set-up is great, both inside and outside. Our son loves talking about the educational activities he's been taking part in each morning. Highly recommend!

The staff here are fantastic. Their care and affection for the children is genuine. I have appreciated the improved communication since the introduction of the app, though still would appreciate nursery activities we can continue at home or areas of learning that we could build on. Thank you though for all of your care and kindness.

One child has just graduated after being here since 10 months old. His learning and development have been brilliant and excels in all aspects. He has loved every session he has attended even throughout covid. Now our youngest child has just attended and she has settled in brilliantly and the staff have been so welcoming and reassuring. Highly recommend.

Having had our firstborn attend this nursery, it was always going to be Bright Horizons Bexleyheath again for our second child. Fantastic work was done to help our little girl settle in and the administrative aspects of organising everything was seamless. Everyone has been so welcoming and coming to say hi, how are we, it feels like an extended family. As a mummy, I was nervous about how this would have worked given covid restrictions etc and a child who has hardly had the chance to engage with other children and adults due to covid. BUT, the settling in sessions has been amazing in supporting her. I have found the class keyworker to be so friendly, warm and attentive that my heart is assured that she is well looked after. Evidence of this is that she smiles when she talks about the nursery, wakes up asking if she is going to nursery and say Yes whenever you ask if she likes nursery and wants to go back. So, thank you to everyone, you are amazing.

Pre-school has been great in developing his skills and preparing him for school.

My son started here at 6 months old in the baby room. The staff are exceptionally caring and very helpful with settling him in during the pandemic. My son is now 15 months old and loves nursery. His key workers are very friendly and always let me know all about his day as due to Covid you can't go inside. He always comes home so happy!

- Covid is hard but should not be used as an excuse but perhaps as a reason to improve (get more digital/open etc).

Great nursery with very friendly teachers and staff, doing lots of activities that my little one loves. A good place to learn and explore new things. My little one enjoys his time at this nursery. Highly recommended.

Our children have enjoyed Bright Horizon services for over 2 years, and was one of the best family decisions we made! Staff are always visible and responsive to our needs. There has been no disruption to the very high standards during very challenging times amidst a pandemic!!!

As parents, we feel it has been the best decision to send our daughter to Bright Horizons Bexleyheath. During the pandemic, the staff have been working really hard, and yet they are always so cheerful! The office staff have doubled up as chaperones to the kids, and they are so patient and kind! Kudos to them!
