The staff are always so friendly and welcoming.
Ethan is so happy attending pre school.
His confidence and speech have come on leaps and bounds and is learning so much from his peers.
Highly recommend this nursery :)

I have had a fantastic experience with the nursery. Staff in all departments are always professional and diligent as would be expected in any good setting. The extra effort they go to makes this nursery excellent. Where my child has needed extra help, he has been given it, with a good level of
discussion on how to proceed when any difficulties arise (for example when he is not eating properly).
Office staff are also fantastic and very helpful, making any administrative load easier to manage as a parent.

We are pleased with the nursery and the care provided to our son. He is happy, well supported in his development, and has grown in confidence since attending.
The staff have created a nurturing environment and have helped him feel comfortable integrating with the other children.
We appreciate their
professionalism and dedication, and we would happily recommend the nursery to other families.

I'm so thankful we found Bright Horizons in Bexleyheath. The staff have been absolutely amazing with my son. They are all so welcoming and friendly.
The staff in the baby room have been fantastic. The level of care is brilliant.

As first time parents me and my partner were very stressed with starting nursery for our almost 2 year old. Bright Horizons Bexleyheath were very supportive, welcoming and reassuring in the whole process. They adapted the settling in for our child and our family's needs and all went so smooth. Going
to nursery for first time at 2 years old, our child adapted very quickly and we are very happy we chose this nursery. We can see she is thriving, learning new things every day, expressing herself more and more and we are always receiving valuable updates and feedback from the carers. Even though we like all the staff, Beth, Erin and Lauren in Toddlers room are the favourites for our child and she brightens up everytime we drop her off and one of them greets her. I can't recommend this nursery enough, I don't think anyone will make a mistake for sending their child to Bexleyheath Bright Horizons.

Our son has been at Bright Horizons since January and we couldn't be happier with it, we expected him to have an initial struggle settling in as is the norm but he settled in so easily and immediately reaches his hands out for the staff when he sees them, this is so reassuring for us. We can't fault
the nursery for anything and are so pleased with our choice

My son has attended the nursery setting since January 2022 and is now graduating from preschool. The nursery has been a wonderful setting for my son to attend over the years. The nursery benefits from a wonderful and large garden space which the staff make good use of and the children enjoy their
time in the garden. My son always enjoys the food, which is made fresh in the on-sure kitchen. The management and staff are professional and attentive and my son has enjoyed his time at the nursery, and as a family we are very happy.

I'm writing this because it's not often people take the time to show how grateful they are and to recognise such professionalism, compassion and even more acts of kindness in so many ways.
My 12-month-old recently started nursery and I understand, for many parents, this can be daunting. I
genuinely thought my daughter would settle in without fuss but she's finding it harder than most.
What can I say, I have been absolutely blown away by the amount of support everyone has given us, from the nursery staff in her room to the cook and entire management team.
I have every confidence my daughter is being nurtured and loved which is priceless. It's people like all of you who make such an impact, in big ways, in small ways, in every single way... You take the time to go out of your way to brighten the lives of others. You are just all incredible.

A great nursery! My son is super happy here. He has an eating problem and all the staff have been so supportive and understanding. They are very patient with him and really make my little boy happy.
I would highly recommend this nursery. The management is also great, any issues/queries I have had
got taken seriously and they communicate really well with me, also with each other and their staff.

Amazing nursery! I have two daughters that attend this provision and I am very happy with their development and progress. The staff work extremely hard and the proof is in the quality of the children's progress. I shout about how great this nursery is whenever and wherever I can because they are
simply outstanding!
My area for improvement would perhaps be something along the lines of exposing the children to the teachings of other languages (this is in order to make this feedback well-rounded). I have seen the demonstrations and teachings of other religions, cultures and celebrations which I was really impressed with - perhaps that could go a little further with basic teachings of other languages etc. just to keep the children informed of all the differences amongst their peers.
I am very happy with this nursery and I can assure you that you will be too.

Bright Horizons Bexleyheath Day Nursery and Preschool is an amazing place, all the staff and management team are great, kind, supportive, caring, loving, friendly and fantastic at their jobs. My little girl has come along so well being here.

All the staff at Bright Horizons Bexleyheath Day Nursery and Preschool are friendly and welcoming, I'm confident when leaving my daughter there that she is well looked after. One of my biggest worries about sending my child to nursery was staff not having the time to always pick my daughter up when
she cried but all the staff at Bright Horizons are very attentive/responsive to the children's physical and emotional needs. My daughter has settled in well at the nursery and enjoys spending time there.

Both of my daughters attend the nursery, they are 1 and 3 years old. We like everything about it, the setting is lovely, quiet area and big garden. The staff are all great, they are lovely and very helpful and both our daughters find themselves very happy attending. The food, in particular, is one
of the favourites of both of them, nice and healthy.

We are incredibly happy with Bright Horizons Nursery for our daughter.
The facilities are fantastic and she receives a great level of care from the team.
The staff are wonderful and she's come on so much since she started in December.
I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Wonderful nursery! My daughter is really happy here and the staff are lovely and genuinely care about the children.
My daughter has an allergy and they do a great job of managing that and keeping her safe.
I am also pleased with the daily updates we receive via the app. It’s lovely to have
visibility of what the children get up to during the day.
I highly recommend this nursery.

I cannot recommend Bright Horizons highly enough. Our son has been attending since he turned 1 and has loved every minute of it for the past 3 years. Our daughter is due to join soon and I feel so confident in the team their abilities to care for and look after my children. The staff are so friendly
and welcoming. They've made me and my whole family feel so loved and supported through this stage of our children's lives.

My son has been attending since mid-2022 and in that time has moved from the Toddlers to the 2-3 room.
We knew straight away on visiting the setting that this is where we would be sending our son, our tour impressed us so much both in terms of facilities, plans and curriculum. We had seen a few
other places but the facilities here are spacious, well-decorated and the staff are experienced and friendly. One of the largest garden spaces we had seen locally.
In addition, they have been excellent with managing his dietary needs, as he has a number of allergies. I find the staff to all be enthusiastic and happy to be there, which to me is the most important part of being comfortable in sending him there. We have seen him develop so well in all areas and get frequent updates.

Had a nice experience with Bright Horizons Bexleyheath Day Nursery and Preschool. My child had good improvement after attending the nursery. Thank you so much to the teachers and coordinators. Cleanliness, teaching, and discipline, all excellent.

I would highly recommend Bexleyheath, Bright Horizons Nursery and Preschool to anyone looking for a great place for their children to learn and develop. All of the staff were absolutely wonderful, caring and supportive. Daily feedback is great, so is the whole communication with the preschool. The
management is absolutely fantastic and very efficient. Every single member of staff, from management to the admin team knows every child by name and genuinely care for all the children. Every day there is so many new activities planned for the children that my son was astonished from the variety. We were really lucky to find such a fantastic place for our son. A big thank you to all the team.

Best Nursery around. My oldest has been attending this nursery for the last 2 years and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. My youngest now also attends. I’m an anxious mum who looked around so many nurseries but knew instantly this was the right place as soon as I walked in. You can not fault the
staff, from the nursery workers to the ladies in the office, to the chefs. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the sense of belonging you receive for you as well as your children. Both my girls love going to school each day and have thrived since attending. If they could stay there forever I would let them! They also do lots of themed days and activities which is so lovely. Plus the daily updates regarding what food your child has eaten to what activities they have done is such a reassuring lovely touch. Highly Recommend
