Bright Horizons Bexleyheath Day Nursery and Preschool

My son attended Bright Horizons, Bexleyheath since he was 1 right up until he started school this year. I have had nothing but the most positive, encouraging and reassuring experience with this provision and so much so that my other son is already enrolled to start in 2021. The staff, facilities, conduct and professionalism is second to none, all of which I feel have contributed to developing and nurturing my son's needs and abilities. He has started school with confidence and great social skills which I believe so much has come from Bright Horizons. The staff will forever have my gratitude for the genuine time, work and effort they have put into my son and I feel nothing but reassurance for when my second child begins here. The children have fantastic facilities including a huge, accessible garden with toys, play areas and parents are updated daily with activities their children have done, how much/well they have eaten and sleeping routines. Fantastic provision and brilliantly run!

My son joined this nursery when he was 16 months old. He first started in another nursery which unfortunately wasn't good with his settling. I regret that we didn't visit this nursery at that time. My son was extremely hard to settle at first but with their love and patience, he thrived and simply loves this nursery. This nursery is his second home as he spends 5 days there. From management to carers and kitchen, they look after your child and support them amazingly. Our son has had learning difficulties and they guide us in every aspect for our child to thrive. Kindness and support is something that you will find here and we couldn't be more happy and grateful. We can go to work in peace knowing that he is happy and growing in a healthy environment.

This is a fab nursery! The management team is great, always striving to ensure the children have the best possible environment. The garden is huge - so much space to explore! The staff are knowledgeable and attentive. My daughter started school in Sept this year and she still talks about her key worker from when she was in the 2-3 year old room. Would definitely recommend.

The staff are amazing, so friendly, a great variety of activities are provided, varied and tasty meals provided and a very large garden at the back. My son had everything he needed and more!

I would highly recommend this nursery and preschool. My son progressed amazingly academically and socially. It has put him in good stead for Reception this year at school. The staff are kind, professional and supportive. No question is too silly and they are always there to lend a listening ear. I felt so supported as a parent and my son was sad to leave in the summer. My daughter is developing at a good pace, can count to 100 and write a couple of words in birthday cards at the age of 4, which is fantastic. I can't fault nursery much, it is a good place for my little one. The only points for improvement I see are the cleanliness of the floor and more frequent hand washing. I would use you again.

Bright Horizons passion for excellence is evident, not only in their continuous achievement of outstanding Ofsted ratings but moreover, as a parent, I am confident in validating this nursery as a trusted education provider. I have seen great improvement in my son's vocabulary and social skills. He has developed a growing interest in reading, a curiosity to learn and confidence in forming relationships which is very reassuring as this prepares him for his transition into school in September. I am most impressed with the dedication, passion and caring nature of the teachers. They create a happy, safe and creative learning environment for our children. This nursery has exceeded our expectations and we are pleased with our son's development throughout the years. He has grown into a happy and confident little boy and he is definitely ready for school.

My wife and I were so worried about leaving our daughter at a nursery while we worked, as I'm sure all parents are, but we quickly found we'd made the best decision and that picking Bright Horizons was the right choice. Our daughter has really grown and become more outgoing. She loves her friends and her carers. I'm also really happy with the carers who are all lovely people and also the other staff who have helped. It's a pleasure to use this nursery.

We have seen rapid development in our sons interaction with others and communication skills. The staff at Bexleyheath Bright Horizons have consistently gone above and beyond to facilitate our sons integration into daycare. The sense of assurance that your child is happy and developing during the day provides great comfort and allows parents to focus on working without niggling doubt. My son has gone from heart-wrenching screams on drop off to simply not looking back as he runs into the room. This is a direct result of the outstanding work done by the staff. It provides immeasurable comfort.

The boy learned letters and numbers. We appreciated the good care by some staff. However, more attention needed for cleaning after using the potty.

The staff in the pre-school room take a real interest in my child's development. He is extremely happy at Bright Horizons Bexleyheath Day Nursery and Preschool and he's grown in confidence over the past 16 months. He is learning to write his name and can recognise letters and numbers. He can count to 100 and knows the days of the week and the months of the year. The members of staff change quite a lot but the changes don't seem to affect the children.

The teachers are very good and engaging with my children. I'm well pleased with their progress.

Management staff are equally responsible and always provided regular communication and updates as required.

The learning activities are very nice and cover all aspects of children's development and learning while they do not stop playing and most importantly, they find it fun! The staff always encourage good behaviour and sharing.

It really is a great nursery. The staff are super nice - our child really gets along well with all his teachers. We appreciate the way they have a calm approach to handling children.

My son is more than happy to attend the nursery. Every morning he literally jumps out of bed ready to go to see his friends and teachers. My son's feedback says how valuable the nursery is and how happy we are as parents. We are welcome to ask for advice and can check our son's improvement. We have never had any problems with staff or children. Our child loves everyone especially his friend and teacher. We are happy to be part of the nursery.

Both my daughter and son have come to Bright Horizons Bexleyheath Day Nursery and Preschool and enjoyed their time here. Both have learned skills socially and mentally and have become highly independent. My son, who still attends, is very happy and gets on with his key carer. He describes her as very funny and caring. This to me as a parent makes it a lot easier to leave him in the care of nursery.
