The staff are very caring and professional. My son has an allergy to egg and dairy. The management team will keep us updated regarding any response/symptoms of allergy. We will do care plan regularly to monitor his progress. On my son's birthday, the chef even baked a big birthday cake with no dairy
and egg and made his day. Thank you so much for your help.

Our son has been attending the nursery since he was 1 and he has become a lovely little boy. The nursery give him the level of care that exceeds my expectations and he always seems to be very happy and developed every day he comes home. I found choosing a nursery really hard. It is a big decision. I couldn't be happier with Bromley Day Nursery. Our son loves to go to nursery - he has made some great friends, loves the staff and loves to talk about his day and what he has done. He is learning loads from being at nursery.

My son has been attending Bromley Day Nursery for a year now, starting when he was 2 years old. I was very nervous about sending him but my nerves were put to rest by the wonderful staff. The settling in sessions really helped as I got to know where he would be and he got used to the environment, The
rooms are very open and bright and they have easy access to the garden which my son enjoys. His learning is amazing, he's always coming home singing new nursery rhymes and counting higher and higher. The office staff are always polite and very helpful. The best part, however, is the staff with the rooms. I feel 100% confident leaving my child with his keyworker. I feel that she genuinely cares about him and is invested in my child, all the others in the room are also wonderful when she is away.

I am very happy bringing my son to Bromley Day Nursery. An outstanding nursery in every way and my son loves it. The staff are always very friendly and professional and I'm impressed with the quality of the facilities and catering. The food is always excellent and they have been very accommodating with
his food allergies too.

We are very happy with the nursery, in particular, the quality and care of all the staff. One thing that stands out is that all the staff are happy and very engaged in actively encouraging and coaching the children. I think that is clearly driven from the nursery management and we only have positive

I am very happy with the care my daughter is receiving at Bromley Day Nursery. Following a very comprehensive settling in period, I was able to return to work with the knowledge that she will have the best care, especially important given her young age (7 months). The staff are always very friendly
and professional, and I'm impressed with the quality of the facilities and the catering.

This is a wonderful nursery. The building is well equipped with an excellent outdoor space with equipment for older/younger kids. The atmosphere is friendly with good staff to child ratios, which are always maintained. The place is always extremely well organised/managed and always seems to stick to
their policies/procedures.


I have always felt my son was very safe. Asquiths do have a policy of only acknowledging positive behaviour, dealing with negative behaviour by ignoring it until the child behaves - if your child is particularly disobedient/pushes boundaries, then one of their nurseries may not be for you.


The food is always excellent with such inventive menus that introduce the children to new things. There is a good balance between free play and activities. The management and staff are lovely, caring and fun. The only downside is that billing is confusing, however that is a company issue, not a reflection on this nursery. This nursery is rated outstanding and it is well deserved.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Hi there, I'm Nikki, the Nursery Manager at Bright Horizons, and I couldn't be happier to be part of this wonderful team! I'm proud to say that I have a CACHE level 3 in childcare and a Level 5 in leadership and management, which helps me excel in my role.


Additionally, I hold a managing safety certificate from IOSH, which further enhances my expertise in this field.


My journey in childcare started back in 2007 when I joined Bright Horizons as a nursery assistant. It's been an incredible journey of growth and learning, and I'm grateful for every opportunity that has led me to where I am today. In 2016, I reached the position of nursery manager, and it's a role that truly brings me joy.


One of the things that really drives me is my passion for coaching and supporting my staff. I believe in providing the best care and nurturing environments for the children we serve, so they can thrive and reach their full potential. Collaborating with parents is something I strongly believe in, as it ensures a consistent and harmonious approach to the children's learning experiences.


Seeing the children in our care grow and develop is a source of immense happiness for me. From their earliest days as adorable babies to blossoming into little individuals with unique personalities, it's incredibly fulfilling to be part of their journey.


I'm thrilled to be part of the Bright Horizons Bromley family, and I can't wait for the grand reopening in September 2023 under my leadership. Together, we'll create a nurturing and inspiring environment where children can flourish and families feel supported and valued.

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Hi, I'm Natasha, the Nursery Manager.


I have worked in childcare for over 10 years, I hold an NVQ level 3 in childcare as well as a level 3 diploma in management. I started my career as a student and worked my way up the ladder. A core part of my experience has been in pre-school, since then I gained more experience in a management role.


I have a great passion for early years and love being part of a nursery team to support staff and provide an excellent environment for all children.


Since becoming a parent, myself in 2022 now more than ever my job role enables me to see how valuable early years settings are for all children.


I strive for excellence in all I do, and ensuring I create a positive partnership with parents is essential in my role.
