Our youngest son has been coming to Bright Horizons Bromley Day Nursery and Preschool for the past one and a half years, following on from his older brother's stint here four years ago. We have been very impressed by how well looked after and loved our son's have been treated. The staff all have the
child's best interests at heart and link in their learning and activities based on the child's interests. Our son always comes away really happy after his days at nursery and his speech and development have come on massively since he has been at the nursery. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of putting their child into this nursery.

My daughter started at Bright Horizons at just over nine-months-old. After a very well planned out settling in period, which centred around my daughter's needs, especially in the middle of the pandemic, my daughter was soon very excited to go into nursery. Now at sixteen-months-old, she attends four
days a week and barely turns around to say goodbye. She has developed far beyond what I could have even imagined at such a young age and I put it down to the energy and input of her carers. I am so glad that we chose Bright Horizons for our daughter, it was the easiest and best decision we made.

The most amazing nursery with professional, nurturing and fun-loving staff! Our daughter has been attending Bright Horizons nursery for the past 6 months and has developed the most beautiful bond with her key-worker and is enjoying every moment. Every day, I watch her skip into nursery and welcome her
home with new words, experiences and many smiles! The staff are outstanding, nothing is too much trouble as they go above and beyond to make sure that my daughter has an amazing learning experience and that we are kept up to date and involved. Our key-worker makes every effort to mirror our home learning and build upon existing learnings, we have seen so much progress in a short space of time. They also go out of their way to make seasonal events memorable with keepsakes for Christmas and Valentine’s Day - something that is so meaningful as a parent. I am thoroughly happy with our choice of nursery, I’d recommend Bright Horizons to anyone in the area.

My daughter has been with the nursery for over two years now. Staff are fantastic and caring and we have always felt so supported every step of the way, from helping her to settle down, to transitions between rooms and being proactive in supporting her special needs. She is now in the preschool room
and absolutely loves being there. It's so lovely to see her being so happy and confident and telling me about what she has done during the day. The nursery has good facilities which include great activities, spacious rooms and a lovely garden. There is a lovely chef who makes healthy varied foods. I would like to say a huge thank you to the management team and staff for all their hard work and support.

The staff at Bromley day nursery are superb. My daughter has loved going there since the age of 9 months old. My son has been with the nursery for last 2-years. He had some speech delay in the beginning. I started the nursery when he is 2-years-old, he knows only 5 to 10 words, but after he went to the nursery, he started talking a lot, got attached to his teachers and friends and he is so much happy to go

My daughter has been attending Bromley Day Nursery for nearly two years. She has always been super happy to go, loves the staff and has great fun with the other children. She has always been given wonderful care and has enjoyed her time in each of the three rooms she has been in (babies, toddlers
and investigators). The staff can see when she has been ready to move the next room and always made the settling in process seamless. The activities they do are great, age-appropriate and really develop her learning.
One great asset of the nursery is the big garden which they use daily. I personally feel this is really important and love the fact she is able to run outside every day. Another strength is the varied and healthy food they cook, I know my daughter is fed very well each day which is such a key thing. These things, along with being really friendly, help make the nursery a lovely place for my daughter go to each day. I would not hesitate in recommending this nursery to others.

We decided to move my son to Bromley Bright Horizons as he was constantly getting sick at his previous nursery/Preschool and wasn't enjoying his time at the nursery either. I wasn't sure at the start what to expect from Bromley Bright Horizons, as I was under the impression all nurseries would be the
same but at least we would benefit from the nursery being within walkable distance from our house.
To our surprise, its been close to two months now and my son isn't getting sick as he used to at his previous nursery.
He likes the nursery and seems to be enjoying his time there.
We no longer have to force him to go to the nursery, he is keen to attend.
It's turned out to be a win-win situation, as the nursery is within walkable distance and my son likes it.
I would like to thank everyone at the nursery for their hard work and support during these difficult times.

My son has recently started attending for the past few weeks since I have returned to work. He has settled well into the nursery. I have seen a big change in his communication and he is much happier. The nursery staff are fantastic with him to me they are an extended family. He eats well with a variety
of different foods, he plays and takes let in different activities. He has really come out of his shell since being at the nursery and is picking up new skills and experiences since he has been at the nursery. The staff are brilliant not only for the way care for him, providing regular updates each day. It’s very reassuring for me since I returned to work. Every day is different for him and he takes part in different activities which help his learning. Fantastic facilities and care I would highly recommend.

This summer our toddler moved up to the preschool room and we cannot be happier. She loves her key worker, wants to go in to see her friends and she is learning so much. We will be sending her brother in the new year and we know he will be in good hands. Keep up the great work!

Our son attended Bright Horizons Bromely for four years. He greatly enjoyed his time there, was looked after by some wonderful staff, and made great friends. The fees are definitely on the expensive side, but we found it worth it for the flexibility offered by the longer opening hours and standard of

During COVID we have moved house and the team at Bright Horizons supported my little girl settling into the nursery. Not only that she was very recently potty trained so moving into a new nursery environment came with additional challenges for her.
The whole team have been so flexible, patient and
caring towards every aspect of her care. She has built her confidence rapidly up over time interacting with the other children which is a credit to them all. I am so happy every day when we collect her and she comes out excited to tell me what she has done and learnt.

My child has been at the Bromley Day Nursery for the last 2-years. We've been extremely happy with the nursery and all its aspects. The management and staff are fantastic. The communication with parents is excellent, which gives such a peace of mind because I know that if anything ever comes up I will
be notified right away. The lockdown was a very difficult time, juggling full-time jobs and full-time childcare was a real challenge. We were all very happy when the nursery reopened. Even after three months, my son settled in straight away. The Facebook page also helps a lot with getting an insight into what the little ones are up to. We can see how diverse activities are and how much our child enjoys them. Our son's development has also been very strong, speaking, story-telling, counting, vocabulary and his physical abilities are constantly improving. We're very grateful to the nursery family for all their wonderful care and support. Definitely, there's no better place for our son.

Our child attended for just over 3 years having left now to start school. We loved the outdoor space the nursery provides and the separate garden for the little ones. The 8 week settle period is very generous and ensured our child was more than ready to start. We have seen our child transition from
babies through to the pre-school and have always been very happy with the professionalism of the staff. We liked that this nursery has age-specific rooms And the transition from one room to another was well managed and taken at the child's pace. Met some great team members over the years, some of which we will definitely be staying in touch with!

Staff are very experienced and love to share childcare knowledge. There is a well-established reporting system on the child’s development progress on a daily basis. Job Title: Nursery Manager

Hi there, I'm Nikki, the Nursery Manager at Bright Horizons, and I couldn't be happier to be part of this wonderful team! I'm proud to say that I have a CACHE level 3 in childcare and a Level 5 in leadership and management, which helps me excel in my role.


Additionally, I hold a managing safety certificate from IOSH, which further enhances my expertise in this field.


My journey in childcare started back in 2007 when I joined Bright Horizons as a nursery assistant. It's been an incredible journey of growth and learning, and I'm grateful for every opportunity that has led me to where I am today. In 2016, I reached the position of nursery manager, and it's a role that truly brings me joy.


One of the things that really drives me is my passion for coaching and supporting my staff. I believe in providing the best care and nurturing environments for the children we serve, so they can thrive and reach their full potential. Collaborating with parents is something I strongly believe in, as it ensures a consistent and harmonious approach to the children's learning experiences.


Seeing the children in our care grow and develop is a source of immense happiness for me. From their earliest days as adorable babies to blossoming into little individuals with unique personalities, it's incredibly fulfilling to be part of their journey.


I'm thrilled to be part of the Bright Horizons Bromley family, and I can't wait for the grand reopening in September 2023 under my leadership. Together, we'll create a nurturing and inspiring environment where children can flourish and families feel supported and valued.

Hi, I'm Natasha, the Nursery Manager.


I have worked in childcare for over 10 years, I hold an NVQ level 3 in childcare as well as a level 3 diploma in management. I started my career as a student and worked my way up the ladder. A core part of my experience has been in pre-school, since then I gained more experience in a management role.


I have a great passion for early years and love being part of a nursery team to support staff and provide an excellent environment for all children.


Since becoming a parent, myself in 2022 now more than ever my job role enables me to see how valuable early years settings are for all children.


I strive for excellence in all I do, and ensuring I create a positive partnership with parents is essential in my role.
