Bright Horizons Bromley Day Nursery and Preschool

I'm really happy with the nursery and everyone who works there. They provide great, attentive care to my son and he learned a lot since he joined the nursery as a 12-month-old. Staff always gives me updates on his day and progress and I feel confident leaving him at the nursery. I'm also very happy with the facilities and food that is provided. Overall, I will recommend this nursery to anyone who lives in Bromley, it's a great place for little ones.

The nursery recently underwent renovations and the results are wonderful; it is bright, it feels fresh and welcoming but most importantly, it is always very clean and the layout is perfect; I particularly appreciate having the babies room on the ground floor so I can get there directly with the stroller and not to have to carry her up any stairs.

I am always so very grateful for the lovely staff my daughter is looked after by, they have become family to my daughter and friends to us with their genuine caring nature and without any doubt in my mind would 100% recommend this Nursery to anyone that is looking for a place for their little ones.

We couldn't be happier with the experience our child has had at Bright Horizons, Bromley. The staff members are incredibly caring, attentive, and nurturing, providing a supportive environment that feels like a home away from home for our little one. The setting is well maintained, with plenty of engaging activities both indoors and outdoors for the children to explore and learn from. Our child has also shown remarkable growth since starting nursery in late 2023 and we attribute much of that to the dedicated team who go above and beyond to ensure she not only has a great time but also continues to learn new skills. My children have been attending this nursery for almost three months now and so far, it has proven to be an extremely positive experience. In particular, I am pleased with the engaging activities provided to the preschool children, such as cooking lessons and community outings. Similarly, my younger child, who is enrolled in the nursery, has flourished in recent weeks and has formed a wonderful bond with his key worker. Furthermore, the building has recently undergone renovations, creating a nice environment for the children. Overall, the staff members are friendly and I am genuinely satisfied with my decision to choose this nursery after evaluating multiple options.

We are really pleased with the nursery. The facilities are excellent, the chef prepares some fantastic meals and the staff and management have always been kind, caring and attentive. A big thank you to everyone in the toddler and preschool rooms who look after our son so well. Under the nursery's guidance, he is learning and developing tons. We will be sending our baby to this nursery soon too.

My son has been going to Bright Horizons Bromley since it reopened in September 2023. The setting is the perfect place for my boy, it’s spacious, clean, inviting and stimulating. The staff team are very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming, they have gone the extra mile to ensure my child settled in with the home-from-home care they provide. When I collect him, the staff can’t wait to tell me all of the amazing things he has been up to, when I receive pictures of him on a daily basis, I know he’s happy and well cared for. I am always greeted with a smile and when I see my son run into his class, it fills me with confidence this nursery is the right one. He learns something new every day and is growing in confidence. The staff at Bromley have been amazing, the chef cooks outstanding food and the outdoor play area is perfect for my little boy. The management team are efficient and supportive.

Everyone at the nursery is really focused on making sure all the children are their first priority and are really good with communicating with the parents in relation to what they have done for the day etc. as well as their progress and development.

Highly recommend Bromley Bright Horizons. The nursery has just been renovated to a high standard and you can tell. All new, well-kept furniture and toys. The staff are friendly and always have a smile on their face. Management is always helpful. Huge space for the kids to play outdoors with a different range of equipment. Lots of space indoors too. Updates via the app all day and always doing something new and fun. Great menu choices too. My daughter has additional needs and the SEN coordinator in the preschool room is wonderful. She has given her a learning plan that is spot on to her needs and makes sure she is included in all activities. Also working with all outside professionals ensures she has the best care.

Very good nursery, with extremely warm and friendly staff. Good facilities for child development. I also love the fact that I am constantly updated with her engagements at school and I can see positive growth in my daughter. The staff are very attentive to details. My daughter is always happy to go to school. I would highly recommend.

The facilities are excellent and the environment in the preschool room is warm, and inviting and inspires learning through engaging activities. The genuine affection staff have for the children is palpable, and the special educational needs support available for my child is so valuable. The Special Needs Education support provided in support of our Education, Health and Care plan application has been robust and reliable, and staff are actively helping my child by seeking ways to help them meet their learning targets. Verbal updates and effective use of the app gives me a meaningful insight into the activities my child participated in, and a reliable understanding of their progress. My child runs from the car to the front door every morning and waits excitedly to be let in, and is happy to leave at the end of the long day knowing she will be back again the next morning. I chose this nursery because of the staff, and the staff are what makes this a great setting.
