Bright Horizons Spitalfields Day Nursery and Preschool

My son really enjoys going to nursery and has settled in well since starting a couple of months ago. I can see him thriving in all areas of his development (social, physical, language) - he is learning so much with the varied activities and days out. It is a lovely little community where he can learn about different cultures and celebrations too. The staff are so lovely, attentive, and caring which has contributed positively to our son's experience at nursery. Communication with us has also been excellent. We love and look forward to seeing photos of him and hearing about his day from the staff.

Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel reassured that she is in a safe and nurturing environment. We feel very grateful to have found this nursery and can clearly see how much she is thriving there.

We just started two months ago so it is still early to say everything, but so far experience is quite good. Staff are friendly and welcoming. My child needed some days to adjust but now seems comfortable. Place looks clean and organised. Communication with parents is okay, could be little more frequent. Overall we are satisfied and hope it continues like this.

The outside space is a positive aspect and not very common for nurseries in the area.

I started my son at this nursery in April, and have found the staff super welcoming and friendly. My son is quickly acclimatising to the nursery and they have made the drops offs and pick ups easier than expected. The updates on the app are super helpful to ease my worries about how he's getting on; and I enjoy seeing photo updates, and would love to see them more frequently. I highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been at this nursery for over 2 years, she is very happy and the staff are amazing. The staff make the atmosphere- it's friendly, supportive and positive. The facilities are good and children are well looked after. She's been supported through potty training too which was very helpful!

Loved being regularly updated with pictures and what the kids have been up to during the day.

We started our son 2 months ago when he was 9 months old. The staff are genuinely very caring, friendly and really helped him with settling in. The facilities are well maintained, tidy and clean. There is a small outdoor space for the children. Overall, I would recommend this nursery.

The staff has been very supportive of our daughter's dietary and feeding differences. We are also pleased with the number of bilingual (French/Greek/Spanish) children attending and the nursery has helped support our goals for our daughter's language development.

Our daughter has been at Spitalfields since she was 11 months old, she's three now and has thrived in that time. It's a supportive and nurturing environment - she loves it and we're incredibly grateful for the care each member of staff provides.

The staff are very caring and look after him well. The head office have also been very accommodating when I've asked for some flexibility on dates / pick up times. All in all highly recommended

My daughter has join from Jan 2026 and she has settled in well which us a big relief . The staff is really good and takes good care. My daughter has been at this nursery for a year now and its been great. The rooms are always clean, they prepare and serve nutritional food, the staff are always happy and treating each other and the kids with care and love.

We could not be happier and would not change a single thing. We never thought we would be so comfortable having a daughter away from us, but knowing she's at nursery and truly cared her gives us a peace of mind most parents strive for.

My first daughter began her time at Spitalfields in 21' and for the four years she was here has set her up for school with great life skills. Cristina and Lisa we can't thank enough for making her pre-school years wonderful. We now have a 7 month old in the nursery who we feel is looked after by all members of that team. The whole staff across the nursery and management have been amazing and it's the best team currently in all our years at the nursery.

Our son started at the nursery at 9 months old and has been there for five months. We've been so pleased with how well he's settled and how much his development has progressed. The team works closely with us to support key skills like feeding himself, walking and developing his speech.

The staff and management are kind, friendly and genuinely caring. Our son is always excited to see his carers, which says everything. He loves the extra classes such as Dance and Drama and French. The menu is healthy, with a good variety of balanced meals prepared by their onsite chef.

Located in central London near Spitalfields Market, space is more limited than some nurseries further out and the garden is smaller than others we viewed. However, they've recently introduced local trips, which is a great addition. Although it is expensive compared to some options, we feel it offers very good value for the quality of care provided.

Great nursery, amazing staff. My daughter is 3 next month and she has been attending this nursery since she was 10 months old. Highly recommend - size of the nursery, cleanliness, caring adults, great food, lovely place overall.

The facilities are bright and well organised, with a great mix of activities that encourage both learning and play. We've seen such a positive difference in our daughter's confidence and development since she started. We're very grateful to the team for everything they do.

My son loved going there since day one. The nursery does a plenty of activities and keep kids engaged for the day , my son is very happy and calm when he comes back from nursery . The staffs are smiling and welcoming.
