Bright Horizons Spitalfields Day Nursery and Preschool

Our son has been at the nursery for over a year. He is a child that found settling in hard and it was something as parents we were really worried about. But the whole team were so patient and caring and now he runs into nursery. They realized he likes certain routines and have always allowed him to do them. The toddler room has so many activities and lessons and we now have a thriving little boy. The staff are beyond amazing and I feel really comfortable and happy leaving him there. He now asks if he can go which we never thought we would see! The garden is his favorite. 10/10 from this family x

Our son has settled into the nursery so well, and we couldn't be happier with the care he receives. The staff have been incredibly patient, warm, and accommodating from the very beginning, which made the transition much easier for both him and us as parents.

It's clear that the team genuinely care about the children - they've taken the time to understand our son and make sure he feels comfortable and happy. He really enjoys going in each day, which is the best reassurance we could ask for.

The staff are always friendly and approachable with both my husband and me, and they keep us well informed about how he's doing. We're very grateful for the supportive and welcoming environment they've created.

We've seen great progress in his development and confidence, and we feel very comfortable leaving him in their care each day. We're pleased with our choice of nursery - the location is very convenient for those working in the city and being open until 18.30 is very helpful too.

My daughter has been attending Spitalfields nursery for almost a year now and has settled in really well to the baby room. Her confidence has grown massively and she has learnt so much since joining. All of the staff are super lovely and show so much love and care towards the children. Sadhia and Agne have particularly done a fabulous job of making our little one feel loved and calm which has put us at ease, and we know she is always in safe hands. An amazing nursery, we would highly recommend.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for 6 months now and she loves it. The staff are all wonderful and she loves her time here. The facilities are spotless and the staff put a lot of time into creating fun activities for the kids.

Each room is thoughtfully set up to encourage exploration, independence, and creativity. My eldest has blossomed socially and emotionally, and my youngest is always full of smiles at pick-up time!

Our daughter (who is now two years old) has been going to this nursery since she was 8 months old. She has progressed from baby to toddler room and is always happy to go there! The staff are really kind and reliable. We are amazed at how much she is learning and at how they have supported her development through the various stages while encouraging her to be independent from really early on. We also enjoy seeing what she does and eats through the nursery app. We highly recommend this nursery!

Our son started here in June 2023 and we have been very happy with our choice. We looked around a few nurseries in the area but this one felt like the best fit immediately.

All of the staff we have met here are exceptional and truly care for the children. They all know my son's name and likes and dislikes, even the staff members working with other age groups.

Staff always have time to update you on how your child is doing.

My experience with this nursery has been absolutely amazing. I was worried my little 3-year-old girl would struggle transitioning from home to nursery, as she had never been to nursery before, but after less than a month she wakes up with a smile on her face, telling me she wants to go to nursery and she happily talks about her key person, other carers and nursery manager, often, when she is at home. The nursery truly managed to create a stimulating, fun, caring and loving atmosphere for my daughter. The carers are incredible and went the extra mile to suggest slight changes to her routine to help her settle better. They treated my daughter like their own and knew when to cuddle and reassure her. I was amazed at how everyone at the nursery knew my daughter and her initial difficulties settling in and how each one was also aware of her improvements. I felt I was in a big family and that all the carers were aware of where my daughter was on her journey. I recommend them without hesitation!

My daughter attended the nursery from being 14 months old to 2 years and 10 months old. Once she started there, her development accelerated and she has surprised us many times with how much she had learned and continued to thrive throughout her time there. She always enjoyed attending the nursery, she would happily go in each morning and come out with a smile at the end of the day. This was very reassuring for us as parents, especially as she started there in the early days of covid and we couldn't go inside with her. The activities they do are well thought out and ensure the children are exposed to a variety of learning, including about different cultures. The toys are clean and well kept and there is a sweet garden that they play in. The staff were always friendly and built genuine relationships with the children. I would recommend the nursery to anyone looking for a safe and happy environment for their child.

Our child started at Bright Horizons Spitalfields when he was 6 months old and we cannot recommend the nursery enough. The manager and her team have done a wonderful job settling our child in and helping him with his development through the various stages. The communication is excellent and we have always been able to speak to the team when needed. He is now 2 years old and sadly will be leaving the nursery, but we will always be grateful to Bright Horizons for keeping our child happy, healthy and supported.

Overall we were very happy with this nursery and are recommending it to every one of our friends.

Our son settled in very quickly due to the attentive care of the staff. Communication was frequent and proactive. Highly recommend this nursery as staff and management provide a high-quality service.

I have two kids attending Bright Horizons Spitalfields. I have been amazed by the care provided. Both of my kids are extremely happy to go to nursery, they have bonded extremely well with their carers. I have seen great behaviour and intellectual developments. In Covid times, the communication remained opened and frequent which made us feel still very connected to our kids and the nursery.

Lovely nursery - the staff are always friendly and my son loves it. Lots of activities to keep him entertained. Their approach to menus is outstanding and they are very thorough when it comes to safety. Highly recommended.
