My daughter has been at this nursery for a year now and its been great. The rooms are always clean, they prepare and serve nutritional food, the staff are always happy and treating each other and the kids with care and love.

Since our daughter has started at Bright Horizons Spitalfields, the staff have made her feel like she's surrounded by family every day and encourage her to explore new environments with confidence and safety.
We could not be happier and would not change a single thing. We never thought we would be
so comfortable having a daughter away from us, but knowing she's at nursery and truly cared her gives us a peace of mind most parents strive for.

My first daughter began her time at Spitalfields in 21' and for the four years she was here has set her up for school with great life skills. Cristina and Lisa we can't thank enough for making her pre-school years wonderful. We now have a 7 month old in the nursery who we feel is looked after by all
members of that team. The whole staff across the nursery and management have been amazing and it's the best team currently in all our years at the nursery.

Our son started at the nursery at 9 months old and has been there for five months. We've been so pleased with how well he's settled and how much his development has progressed. The team works closely with us to support key skills like feeding himself, walking and developing his speech.
The staff
and management are kind, friendly and genuinely caring. Our son is always excited to see his carers, which says everything. He loves the extra classes such as Dance and Drama and French. The menu is healthy, with a good variety of balanced meals prepared by their onsite chef.
Located in central London near Spitalfields Market, space is more limited than some nurseries further out and the garden is smaller than others we viewed. However, they've recently introduced local trips, which is a great addition. Although it is expensive compared to some options, we feel it offers very good value for the quality of care provided.

We're so pleased with Bright Horizon Spitalfields. Our daughter genuinely enjoys going each day, which means so much to us. The staff are warm, caring, and always welcoming, creating a lovely and supportive atmosphere for the children.
The facilities are bright and well organised, with a great mix
of activities that encourage both learning and play. We've seen such a positive difference in our daughter's confidence and development since she started. We're very grateful to the team for everything they do.

My son loved going there since day one. The nursery does a plenty of activities and keep kids engaged for the day , my son is very happy and calm when he comes back from nursery . The staffs are smiling and welcoming.

Our son has been at the nursery for over a year. He is a child that found settling in hard and it was something as parents we were really worried about. But the whole team were so patient and caring and now he runs into nursery. They realized he likes certain routines and have always allowed him to
do them. The toddler room has so many activities and lessons and we now have a thriving little boy. The staff are beyond amazing and I feel really comfortable and happy leaving him there. He now asks if he can go which we never thought we would see! The garden is his favorite. 10/10 from this family x

Our son has settled into the nursery so well, and we couldn't be happier with the care he receives. The staff have been incredibly patient, warm, and accommodating from the very beginning, which made the transition much easier for both him and us as parents.
It's clear that the team genuinely care
about the children - they've taken the time to understand our son and make sure he feels comfortable and happy. He really enjoys going in each day, which is the best reassurance we could ask for.
The staff are always friendly and approachable with both my husband and me, and they keep us well informed about how he's doing. We're very grateful for the supportive and welcoming environment they've created.

Our child has been with Bright Horizons Spitalfields since since the summer of 2025 having moved Nursery's due to a re-location.
Move across went seamlessly and our child loves going in each day. The staff are friendly and super helpful.

Our son has been attending for nearly six months and he really enjoys it. The staff are warm, friendly and genuinely care about the children.
We've seen great progress in his development and confidence, and we feel very comfortable leaving him in their care each day. We're pleased with our choice
of nursery - the location is very convenient for those working in the city and being open until 18.30 is very helpful too.

Our daughter joined as a toddler in September 2025 and she has been enjoying every day at nursery ever since she started.
She loves her carers, whose patience and kindness deserve to be noted. The full staff of the nursery is always smiling and very attentive to the kids and their parents:
Constantly making sure all goes well and proactively seeking feedback.
Activities, stories and even language and dance classes are much appreciated (by the parents as well!).
In a nutshell: I would highly recommend this nursery!

My daughter has been attending Spitalfields nursery for almost a year now and has settled in really well to the baby room. Her confidence has grown massively and she has learnt so much since joining. All of the staff are super lovely and show so much love and care towards the children. Sadhia and
Agne have particularly done a fabulous job of making our little one feel loved and calm which has put us at ease, and we know she is always in safe hands. An amazing nursery, we would highly recommend.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for 6 months now and she loves it. The staff are all wonderful and she loves her time here. The facilities are spotless and the staff put a lot of time into creating fun activities for the kids.

Our daughter has been part of the toddlers group since September 2025 and she has settled in nicely and learnt a lot with her caring and patient teachers. Whenever I go to collect her, whilst she is obviously happy to see me, 2 minutes later she is back to playing and doesn't want to leave, which I
take as a very positive sign.
The staff and her key contact are wonderful and keep us updated on her progress.
Wonderful nursery with space indoors as well as outdoors, highly recommended.

Both of my children attend this nursery, and I couldn't be happier with the care and attention they receive. From the very first day, the staff have been welcoming, nurturing, and incredibly supportive
Each room is thoughtfully set up to encourage exploration, independence, and creativity. My
eldest has blossomed socially and emotionally, and my youngest is always full of smiles at pick-up time!

Our daughter (who is now two years old) has been going to this nursery since she was 8 months old. She has progressed from baby to toddler room and is always happy to go there! The staff are really kind and reliable. We are amazed at how much she is learning and at how they have supported her
development through the various stages while encouraging her to be independent from really early on. We also enjoy seeing what she does and eats through the nursery app. We highly recommend this nursery!

Our son started here in June 2023 and we have been very happy with our choice. We looked around a few nurseries in the area but this one felt like the best fit immediately.
All of the staff we have met here are exceptional and truly care for the children. They all know my son's name and likes
and dislikes, even the staff members working with other age groups.
For us the best parts have been:
Son has a fantastic relationship with key workers and all members of staff;
Son is happy in nursery;
Very secure garden where children play daily with their own age group and also the opportunity to play with children of other ages;
Excellent weaning support helped my son move on from purees to eating most things within a few months;
Separate bedroom for the baby room allows naptime in a quiet darkened room;
Lots of messy/sensory play;
Daily updates on what our son is doing in nursery via the app.
Staff always have time to update you on how your child is doing.
We would 100% recommend this nursery.

The staff are amazing, my son has been attending since he was 5 months and loves it. His experience feels very personal and I trust he's always extremely well looked after. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

My experience with this nursery has been absolutely amazing. I was worried my little 3-year-old girl would struggle transitioning from home to nursery, as she had never been to nursery before, but after less than a month she wakes up with a smile on her face, telling me she wants to go to nursery
and she happily talks about her key person, other carers and nursery manager, often, when she is at home. The nursery truly managed to create a stimulating, fun, caring and loving atmosphere for my daughter. The carers are incredible and went the extra mile to suggest slight changes to her routine to help her settle better. They treated my daughter like their own and knew when to cuddle and reassure her. I was amazed at how everyone at the nursery knew my daughter and her initial difficulties settling in and how each one was also aware of her improvements. I felt I was in a big family and that all the carers were aware of where my daughter was on her journey. I recommend them without hesitation!
