Bright Horizons Bank Street Day Nursery and Preschool

We have been truly impressed by the nursery on a number of levels. The staff act as trusted partners with our child and we are delighted that this key stage of his development can be spent in this environment.

The team at the nursery are wonderful and our son loves attending. They took away all the worry about him starting nursery that we had. They have become such a big part of his progression and it’s great to see what they are helping with next.

My daughter has been in the nursery for 2 years and she has grown so much during this time. The staff are very friendly, caring and professional. My daughter loves all the fun activities both indoor and outdoor. She has grown to be much more confident and has made many friends. Overall, I am very impressed with the care provided at the nursery.

The nursery staff are very nurturing and always leverages different resources, to make learning fun for the kids. My daughter is thriving and really loves her nursery.

My daughter has been in Bright Horizons preschool for 6 months already, she learned so many things and magically she started to eat veggie! She has many friends in school now, she can write her name and simple sentence. Very impressive!

Bright Horizons Bank Street Day Nursery and Preschool is a great nursery. The staff are friendly, professional and compliant. My daughter has progressed very well at the nursery. My daughter has been there since she was 2-years and a few months old and has done very well.

All three of my girls attended here, my eldest was first and my twins were at another nursery as we were on the waiting list here. We were so happy to get places for my twins at Bright Horizons Bank Street Day Nursery and Preschool. It’s by far one of the best nurseries, the staff really looked after my girls and tried to support their development, it’s worth investing that bit extra for them. Also, the calibre of parents whose kids attend is high and everyone is friendly.

We started sending our baby boy to Bright Horizons, Bank Street Nursery, for mornings, when he turned one year old. He absolutely loves the staff, facilities and friends at the nursery. There is a strong focus on developing the children and our baby enjoys a wide range of activities, food and education. I can certainly say we’ve seen ongoing differences with him, being self-confident, independent, not fussy about food (I think he gets a better variety of food than me!) and is keen to engage. Thanks to the staff at Bank Street.

Bright Horizons Bank Street Day Nursery and Preschool is my son's first-ever nursery. The teachers did well to help him settle down. Recently they started to guide him in eating by himself, being polite to people and showing gratitude for others’ help. Gradually we see changes in him, in a good way and we appreciate the patience and effort from all preschool teachers and staff in making that happen. We’ll be expecting more surprises from him in the coming weeks!

We've been at the nursery since my son was 8 months old and our boy has grown so much! The staff are excellent, always very easy to connect with, provides wonderful updates, well-informed recommendations and thought through activities. Despite covid, the nursery was run to the highest standards and we never regretted a single day of joining it. Thanks very much, to the wonderful staff at Bank Street.

Our experience so far with the nursery has been amazing. The staff are doing an awesome job with entertaining and caring for the children and the management is also very much involved in the day-to-day. The children are able to express themselves and learn at a rapid pace, without realizing how much they are actually progressing. Management and staff have also shown great flexibility when called upon and are highly appreciated by both children and us, as parents.

Sometimes child activities are not updated on the app, need to ensure this is properly followed.

Overall staff are nice, more brain-stimulating activities will be a plus as well as revising the food. It’s a pity there is no natural light in the rooms as well as helping a bit more each child developing the motor skills.

The care at Bank Street is evident from all practitioners and the management is truly top-notch.

We are very pleased with Bright Horizons Bank Street Day Nursery and Preschool. My baby is in the toddler room and the teachers are all very nice, kind, helpful and helping my child to adapt to the new environment. Teachers are gentle, professional and activities are fun and engaging. I notice that baby becoming increasingly happy and enjoy herself playing with friends and learning new things, all good. We do not worry about anything when the baby is in the day care, very grateful as parents.

My daughter who is over two years old goes to the nursery from time to time as a backup plan. She really enjoys going there and she's always happy when I pick her up. We are surprised that the nursery staff even prepared a birthday card for her near her birthday, even though she only goes there occasionally.

Our daughter has thrived since joining the nursery at 15months old. She enjoys interacting with other children and has built a very good relationship with the nursery staff, especially with her key worker who provides us with regular updates and helps her reach her developmental milestones. There is a wide range of activities to keep her busy throughout the day.

My 22-month daughter loves going to the Bright Horizons (Bank Street) daycare. While my husband and I are working from home currently, we feel reassured that she is well taken care of. Her favourite thing about the nursery is the close relationships she has forged with her friends and nursery staff. Since she is sociable, she enjoys the group activities involving sharing and caring and the many cuddles she gets! As a bonus, she gets to learn so many new things every day in an environment that is fun and creative.
