Situated close to Canary Wharf underground station, the bright and homely nursery is perfect for working families.

Every aspect, from the carefully planned rooms to the experienced staff, is designed to help your child’s development, from the age of 3 months to 5 years.

Canada Square children enjoy the use of a huge indoor garden with a life size climbing train, ride on bikes and cars, and lots of space to run around. They also take advantage of the location – with daily trips out along the riverside to watch the clipper boats.

Bright Horizons nurseries have a wide range of play and learning activities designed to encourage happy, confident children who are ready to enjoy a lifelong journey of learning. This includes a unique Growing Programme, a unique set of enhancements that focus on improving preschoolers’ reading, writing, science, maths, physical activity, art and more.

The children also enjoy weekly visits from a Sports Coach, and Bilingual Beats extracurricular sessions at no extra cost.

The nursery is such a lovely environment for kids from very young age up to pre-school. The staff are extremely kind, friendly and warm. My daughter who is nearly three has been here since she was 8 months and the first thing she asks for when she wakes up is that we take her to nursery.

The key strength of the nursery is the staff, they are superb. Highly professional, always tuned into the needs and development of each child.
Our son was in the starter room from 4 - 16months, 5 days a week and we could not have wished for better, more fully engaged care. The staff in that room gave
him an excellent start in life and those in the toddler room are continuing in the same vein.
Communication with parents is extremely good - staff take the time to tell you about your child's day on top of written feedback.
Our son has high-quality time at the nursery and has formed important bonds with the staff there.
We have been extremely pleased with the provision and have absolute confidence in the nursery's staff.

My son has attended the nursery since he was 10 months old. He is now 4 years old. He has built many wonderful relationships with the practitioners and has also made some key friends within his home room. The only thing I would mention as a negative is my son is a fussy eater and the nursery will not
let me bring food from home to the nursery for him to eat. I take time out to go to the nursery to ensure he has something to eat at lunch time as don't want him to be hungry. The practitioners do really encourage him to eat the nursery food but he is not always very keen.

Khaleda is delighted to introduce herself as the Manager at Bright Horizons Canada Square.


She joined Bright Horizons in 2017 and has worked across several roles in a variety of settings, continuing her passion for supporting children, families, and staff.
